I went in knowing what I wanted. I was shown exactly what I wanted, got all my questions answered, and made my purchase all in less than 20 minutes. The salesperson was knowledgable, and respectful. I was not pressured into buying something more expensive. Delivery will be within 3 days! Will definitely go there for any other mattress needs in the future.

I had a horrible experience ordering online and working with multiple customer service chats. Online chat refused to help and would just end the chats. I called Medina Mattress Firm and spoke with the manager. He was absolutely amazing. He solved all my issues in like 10 minutes after no one else would help. I am giving their delivery service a one star but our sales consultant gets a 5 star - Christian - delivery service was supposed to deliver between 11-1 on dec 3rd got the email about 11 that they were ten minutes away, was at work missed the call, my wife was home they never showed, I called them back twice and let a voicemail, delivery team never called back. Called the store told them the issues, there was a mix up about my condo unit number. Delivery team skipped me and went about to other areas and left my area. My sales consultant was able to fix the problems and help out and able to get it delivered on Sunday. No problems with the store or staff major issues with delivery team

Im a very indecisive individual...so going in to purchase my first mattress with my boyfriend was definitely an event for us, to say the least. Ive been searching for a memory foam mattress with adjustable base and was about to give up hope when we walked into this store. First off, the sales rep, Sandy, was top notch! Extremely informative and knowledgeable. As was Don, the manager. This was something that was lacking at other stores I visited. She was very patient and had us try out many different beds to be sure we found just the right one. And we did! Bonus to this great experience was the price! Thousands less then the price quoted for a tempurpedic and they offer great financing and return/exchange policy. Im so happy we walked in this store and would highly recommend a visit here to find your perfect sleeper!

I was greeted by Sandy when I came in. She was friendly and patient with both my brother and I. The pricing was fair, but lack of stock for king size matresses was an issue. They gave an offer that made up for it, it was much appreciated. Good staff, would shop here again.

Most reps would have been irritated and tried to rush me out for being an annoying customer. Craig the store manager made the whole process, and the whole task of getting my matress back to my house, very pleasant and easy. I gave him a budget and told him what I was looking for and he gave me choices and options, even helped me strap the matress to my 2014 Chevy Cruze, it looked silly but it worked and he helped me out greatly, it was a very enjoyable experience and he told me where the matress was made, and gave me a good deal, the next time I need another matress, if Im still around, Im going here and asking for Craig, great service and good prices.
