Great guys. I was from out of state and got towed to them for a bad alternator. They told me I had a bad belt as well and repaired a couple other small things for me so I could be safe on the road. Also let me sit inside with my pooch.Will def reccommend to anyone!!

Prior to coming to Busy Bee Muffler, I called to ensure that there would be a time opening for me to bring my vehicle in to have the exhaust system looked at. On the phone, I spoke with Craig, who was very professional from the very beginning. When I arrived at Busy Bee Muffler for my 2:00pm appointment, I talked with Craig who quickly took my car into the shop to be looked at within 5 minutes of my arrival. He diagnosed the issue that I was having with my exhaust system and reported what needed to be repaired, and the cost that was associated with it. The diagnosis and repair itself took less than 35 minutes! I was greatly impressed with the craftsmanship, customer service, and timeliness that Craig and his staff were able to provide. We had a 12 hour drive ahead of us when our muffler fell off. We pulled of in Medina and were directed to Busy Bee Muffler. They couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating, moving things around to get to my car. They fixed it at a very reasonable cost (despite the fact that we were at their mercy) and sent us on our way in a couple of hours. Highly recommended

They are AMAZING!!! I had a problem with my muffler coming loose and I am low on funds but they still worked with me! They stayed later until I got off work for them to look at my car and give me a quote (For free) and in the process without even asking they temporarily fixed my muffler so it wasnt loud anymore. Their rates are fairly priced and everyone there is nice and is generally trying to help you. I will ALWAYS go to them when new car problems come up because they are absolutely amazing people! Great service! They never try to talk you into a whole new muffler system when you dont need one. I needed only a patch weld repair and a new hanger, nothing more. Saved me hundreds of dollars, maybe even a thousand, with a dual exhust. Recommended to anyone that asks.

The front man was kind and courteous even though I was stressed out beyond belief, the idea of missing my next appointment. He got me in and out, fixed the problem in 5 minutes, and did it for no charge. I am ignorant when it comes to cars, and they could have easily taken advantage of my situation. If only I lived in Medina, I would only use them for all my automotive needs. I cant recommend them more highly.Please go there. This week has been my first time ever going to Busy Bee and I will say that I wish I would have known to go to Busy Bee then any other place. I have been having alot of problems for the last couple months with my power steering pump and with in a few hours they were able to tell me exactly what it was and the price wasnt bad at all. I will for sure be going to Busy Bee for all my car repairs. Craig and all the other guys there are very nice and caring!!!!

Busy Bee Muffler is a shop you can totally trust. I was expecting a repair job to be around $2,000 but the knowledge and know how of this shop was amazing as my repair was only $150. I needed a couple of mufflers for my 2006 Hyundai Azera. I thought of Busy Bee, obviously because it appeared they specialized in mufflers. I am glad I chose them. Hyundai doesnt really like anyone other than the dealer working on their cars so there was limited information and parts available to replace the rusted out mufflers. Busy Bee really knows mufflers and was able to retrofit non OEM mufflers onto my car for a very reasonable fee. Was not interested in spending thousands on a car that has 120,000 miles on it. They are a local family that has been in Medina their whole lives which is also a good thing. I would recommend Busy Bee for any of your automotive needs as it appear they do much more than just mufflers. Good, local people. Thanks Busy Bee!
