Someone put way too much dye in your car soap. Dyed my hands pink for two days and ruined a pair of shorts. Wall advertises bug remover but there is none. Coin machine was broken.

Great people and quality inventory.I found the vehicle I purchased online and was 500miles away but that was no problem for the Godard team, called and came to a deal set up flight arrangements and was picked up from the airport with no issues. Called to ask about a vehicle and could not of been treated worse. My wife and I still came in to see the jeep we wanted, we were left to sit out side on the bench, when they finally came back with a offer for our truck it was so low it was a joke. We drove a couple miles away and got 10k more than we were offered from Godard. They also told us the jeep we were interested in was never in a collision, clearly not the case! There was visible damage to the front driver side. When I brought it up the only response was its not on the car fax so it dont count Do not go to this dealer, they will try to cheat you out of your vehicle and overcharge for theirs

Paid reviews!If I could rate no stars, I would. Typical used car salesman (Bob) tried a few if the oldest tricks in the book. Literally argued with me when he tried to hand over a different vehicle than I drove the day prior, to be looked at by a mechanic. They had 10+ similar looking vehicles, and all but called me a liar when I called him out. Then, when I wanted to look at another similar vehicle, instead of the cosmetically flawed van he tried to trick me into, he literally said I cant sell you a different one now! You basically own the one out front already and I had my mechanic work on it for you ( dead battery...never put down a deposit). I tried to chalk it up to old age, which the porter suggested to me, but after thinking the entire interaction through ( many more details I wont bore you with), its obvious he was trying to run a hustle. Bait & switch.Steer clear...

Paid $10.00 to use the car wash and the door to the wash never opened. There is nothing posted who to call to deal with disputes. I found out that this auto sale place next door owns the wash. After calling on a Monday morning to ask for a refund they said that I have to stop up to the showroom to discuss it. When I asked if they can just handle it on the phone, they hung up on me!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!I Purchased a 2004 Gmc Cab Over truck with 60,000 GREAT RUNNING TRUCK AS LISTING STATED. Should have known when they wouldnt return my phone calls after initial purchase of said vehicle. As story begins left dealership feeling awkward because stated in listing they offered 5 year warranty (NO SUCH WARRANTY EXISTS AS VEHICLE IS TO OLD IN HOUSE LOAN SPECIALIST STATES). Drove vehicle less then 100 miles noticed would not get above 50 mph. Obviously something was wrong. Took The truck to Donn sitts Isuzu in Stow (GREAT PEOPLE BY THE WAY). Had to replace 8 ft of fuel line, brakes all the way around, engine exhaust brake, defroster panel as the one in the truck was broken due to someone yanking on it. This bill cost me 2000$ to start. Tried to call dealership to see if they would be decent enough to possibly help since truck was supposedly from seller gone over throughly. Now less then a year later Motor on Truck has exploded all over road leaving me with a 13,000$ payment and 15,000$ bill for Motor Replacement. What they sell is junk and they should probably find a better mechanic to check there vehicles because this was a horrible buy.
