These guys are awesome! I unfortunately created my problems myself, but the staff (for both visits) were awesome! They helped me get a product that would help me fix my paint issues and also spent the time to match the color I had even though I had a tiny piece that they had to match by eye. Truly awesome experience and Id highly recommend checking them out for for your future paint needs.

Team at this Sherwin is slow to react in terms of getting paint mixed, solving problems and generally has poorer customer service than the south Medford store. I’ve used them when I’m in the area but it’s not worth the five minutes I would lose going to the south store.

The sales associates are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Their quarterly sales prices cant be beat. Ive used this brand for several decades and always been very happy with it.

We were looking for a paint that we could use on a handrail in our stairwell. The paint needed to be durable due to the constant use grabbing and using that handrail throughout the day. The Sherwin Williams associate carefully listened and asked a few pertinent questions. He then suggested what we should consider in paint type, mixed it up and we were on our way. He was courteous and helpful!

The store and associates are clean, knowledgeable and very polite. I gave them the information from my last order (over 7 years ago) and they mixed a perfect match.

THE LADY THAT HELPED ME WAS AMAZING!!!!!! SHE WAS MAKING NEW PAINT TO MATCH WHAT WAS ALREADY ON THE HOME I BOUGHT. SHE EXPLAINED ALL I NEEDED TO K OW ABOUT THE NEW PAINT AND DIFFERENT TYPES. I WAS SO VERY PLEASED. I HAVE NEVER HAD SOMEONE DO THAT FOR ME. SHE ALSO MADE EXTRA LABELS SO I COULD KEEP THEM IN MY FILE.

I have been going to the Sherwin-Williams store since 1994 on this particular day I was the only one in there and was being waited on when the phone rang the gal who also was there in the back didnt even bother answer the phone so the guy that was waiting on me picks up the phone right in the middle of waiting on me and for seeds to talk to this guy and basically just left me hanging!And Ill be honest with you this hasnt been the first time or the phone outweighs me being there in person and I just think its rude and Ill be honest with you I dont plan on ever going back to that store the South Medford store is by great crew down there bend over backwards for you the North Medford store Ill never go back to that one ever again!!!!
