Very rude employees. Luckily the owner is wonderful and helped us out. But the ladies working at 4pm on October 9th we’re extremely hostile and rude.(I put 3 stars because of how nice and helpful the owner was)

I’ve been in the store twice now and I won’t be back! The young adult who waited on me has an attitude and no customer service just matter-of-fact and almost in different! She definitely needs some customer service training and skills on how to make a customer feel welcome!

I can pick up my mail 24/7 and packages 6 days a week. They hold my packages 📦 as long as I need. They call me about suspicious mail and packages. They are great people.

I stopped in recently to ship out packages and was highly impressed by the knowledge and efficiency of the team member that helped me out. Bri was quick to assist me with the questions I had about package security for what I was sending off, as well as getting the line handled in a quick efficient manner. I have recommended my friends to this location thanks to Bris work performance.

I can’t thank Ty enough for all of the help and kindness when helping us get a mailbox set up after we lost our home in Phoenix Oregon to the Almeda Fire. What a stellar human! So patient, caring and helpful in the most stressful and devastating time of our lives to date. I will always remember and appreciate Ty for that! I wish I could give a rating higher than 5 stars!

I choose this UPS over the other stores because I know if I have any questions or concerns, they are quick to answer any questions I have and put my mind at ease. I was delivered a package that is meant for a medical place. I called this store and the lady that answered the phone told me to bring it in. I told her I had 4 kids and I have no plans on leaving the house for a mistake I did not make and that they needed to come pick it up. She told me to call customer service. Explain to me why I should sit on a phone to fix a mistake I did not make? Explain to me why I should bundle up my four kids to bring in a package incorrectly delivered to me? Why could she not send the ups driver back to get it?Poor customer service

Ty is amazing. We lost our house, like so many others and needed a P.O. Box. There were some hurdles to overcome and Ty was so patient and even thoughtfully picked which box to assign us! That care meant a lot to us! Thank you, Ty!

Rude and unpleasant. I’ve been a customer at this location for about 6 months. Almost every interaction with the staff during this timeframe has been an unpleasant experience. Everyone has off days... however this is systemic. As I read other reviews before writing this. Management/owners are aware and acknowledge the issue in other similar complaints. Every time I go in to retrieve mail or packages, I’m made to feel as if I’m a burden to the employees. One lady in particular is quite rude and condescending. I travel substantially with work. And have had p.o.boxes all over the country. And this one has by far been my worst experience with them.

The UPS policy re: shipping gun parts::UPS accepts firearm parts for shipment, provided the part is not a firearm as defined under federal law; the contents of the package cannot be assembled to form a firearm; and the package otherwise complies with federal, state, and local law.This store refused to accept a properly packaged and addressed rifle stock (no other items) that was being shipped back to the distributor.I feel that I was discriminated against and the victim of liberal bias.

Super rude and unwilling to help. Tried shipping something with a return label, was brushed off and absolutely zero willingness to help with the situation. Seriously some of the worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time.EDIT: I shouldnt have to call in to fix a problem after the fact. The employees should treat customers as if they want their business not as if they are an inconvenience. This will be no surprise since this a store that specializes in delivering things in a timely manner, but a response 5 days after the fact does me no good as I had to find another method of sending the package. You cannot credibly state that you strive to do 100% for your customers when I clearly recounted an incident that disproves that claim. I understand that youre attempting to save face, but the best way you can go about this would be to train all of your employees to be helpful and not bring in an individual employee to deal with the shortcomings of the rest.

Worst service EVER! The clerk kept going to the back to do something and I had to keep shouting to the back Excuse me...? Could I have some assistance? The whole process to buy a box and send a package was such an inconvenience for this clerk. I ended up just leaving and not sending my package out of frustration. I wont be coming back, Ill happily take my business to USPS or FedEx. Awful service.

Very Rude staff and it is not just one person but their entire staff. Don’t even bother to come here with any of your mailing or picking up service. They charged me for the service that should be free and it turned out it was their mistake and they didn’t even apologized for it. The other UPS access point that close to them on crater lake hwy is way nicer and faster.

The manager of this facility is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. He has a not my problem attitude and is rude from beginning of conversation to end. He needs a lot more training in customer service and should not be the face or voice of the store. He should be removed from his position. I hope the owner is aware of the incredibly awful employee they have running their store. I would give 0 stars if I could. Truly disgusting attitude and approach to customer service. The owner should be ashamed for not realizing how awful they are at hiring qualified people.

Handled Bad CustomerA lady was very mad about her shoes.The older woman tried to explain to her that it was the company she needed to talk to.She insisted on talking to the supervisor.He was really nice but she didnt like what he had to say.She swore at him and told him she was leaving a bad review on Google.I assume she was the last review.They both handled this very well.She is just a very angry woman.I suggest giving them a try. If you are normal chances are you will have a positive experience. I always do.

My family and I were recently in Spain when we ended up needing an international drivers license sent as quickly as humanly possible to us. The document was sent and when mistakes were made and delays occurred through NO fault of the store, the manager Randall did everything in his power, including sending the document a second time and spending a lot of time on the phone with UPS and me, to make things right. When we returned home to the Valley from Spain, they again contacted me to completely resolve the issue. In the future, I plan to use this store exclusively and will certainly let my friends and family know about my experience.

I was returning a Dyson vacuum cleaner that should of been easy, There was no money involved. Randall the manager of this UPS store became rude to the Dyson representative on the phone and hung up on her, then told me to get out of his store when I got upset over the fact he would not work with the Dyson Rep. I now see other people have had the same experience in these reviews.

Store Staff was friendly but apparently because the owner had a bad previous experience, they will not accommodate on creating/supplying return shipping labels and had to travel to the actual UPS hub to complete this task. Kind of a PIA. What would ya say ya do here, at initech?...
