Great service and Bob and Diane are friendly, helpful people behind the counter. Saved alot on PMB rental. Shipping supplies, decent hours, easy to get to from several Medford main streets. Both Bob and Diane a pleasure to work with, always friendly and helpful to me. 5 stars and definitely recommended.

Unlike the previous post regarding the customer service here, I have ALWAYS been warmly received as well as been treated appropriately with regimented excellence in customer service. Additionally I would like to say that you get back what you project for the most part in this life, so if youre treating others as you wish to be treated then you have no merit for a complaint... Ive been a Happy customer for just under a year now and am ALWAYS treated as such. ;)

Customer service was fantastic. Forgot an item in a hotel. Medford mailbox shipped it to me in 2 days. I would use them again without hesitation. Very well packed and mark so as not to be damaged. Thx Medford Mailbox.

What a joke, ups was closed so I stopped by to drop off a box to be shipped and I already had a shipping label printed, the guy working told me I needed a SHIPPING BOX and for $9 he could put it in one needless to say I left and went to the ups store which gladly took my box and label and told me thank you and have a great day never stepping foot in this store again. Can you say crook.

I dont often have the need for packing or shipping services but over the last 15 years I have always gone to Medford Mailbox and received great service. Recently I presented them with a challenge by seeking the packing and shipping of an antique slot machine; they took to the challenge and did a superb job, the machine arrived at its destination in perfect condition. Medford Mailbox: they are the greats and safest mail service to have..why? Because every detail of service they offer is as good as you can get anywhere in the world (in 29 years of this service (2 March 1990-presant) I have never had one problem to address with them). the owner Bob is a no nonsense professional business person who takes great pride in fulfilling a complete professional Mail Service that reflects on him personally as a moral person that cares. The place is always organized, pleasant, air-conditioned when its hot outside, machinery in tip-top order, and service is pleasant. A great service!

Only reason it’s gets two star is cause the building is cute cause it looks like a mail box.I’ve used this store 5 time even tho it’s more expensive then their corporate competitors, I like keeping my business local .Sadly every time I have felt like an anoyance to them when I tried to shop there.Today we went to have them box up and send some thing we sold on eBay there was a older gentalman there I’m going to call him “negative Neal” he was so far from helpful he iMediately was negative” it’s going to cost to much to mail, it’s to big, it will not fit in a box!” We caught the drift he didn’t want our business .dealing with him was like trying to cuddle a snake .We went across town to ups, they were friendly, happy, and made us laugh and feel good about bringing business into them exact oppisit of negative Neal .We will never go back to medford mailbox I don’t need that kind of negativity .Maybe he should retire if he’s not going to be pleasant he seemed like the owner and maybe atone time he was cool but it’s time to let someone else running the counter or they will continue to lose business .Have a nice life negative Neal we will not be back!

The gentleman manning the counter is preoccupied with ensuring you have a poor mailing experience; whether it be their exorbitant fees (more than the USPS), their small offer of cash for student books ($3 for a $100 book still used by RCC), or his general demeanor which dictates there are obviously better places to patronage.

I went to Medford Mailbox for notoriety service they refused to do. They are never to say that they cannot notarize a document it is against your rights and their jobs oath.

People that work there are weird and unfriendly simply needed to drop off a ups package and they act weird about it. Never going back to this place 🖕🏽

Horrible customer service. Tried to overcharge and send something FedEx that should have cost $6 to $8 bucks through USPS. Not all your customers are meth heads quit treating them that way. Avoid this place.
