I dont normally post reviews on Google, but felt compelled because the years I felt with them represent the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Every interaction was unpleasant and/or unhelpful. They charge extortionary prices and the same parts can be gotten elsewhere for a fraction of the price. I will never do business with them again and recommend you dont either.

I asked them to come pick up the big monster noise maker O2 machine since I live is such a small house, and just got a quieter one from a different company. I told them the the portable had not arrived from the other company and asked if I could keep one small tank until it arrives. The answer NO. So now my mom and I have to figure out how to get around this thing. I guess I can attempt to put it out in the covered patio until they send someone. I begged to no avail. Not great in customer service.

Customer service is nonexistent. Need oxygen left several messages, Pulmonologist sent email, I was left on hold for 17 minutes with local office. I gave up and hung up. They knew my concern and info but never called back. I could go on but done wasting my time on them. Actually, at very beginning when prescription was ordered, they refused saying they never received the order for couple of weeks. I became unhappy with Drs assessment because they insisted they never received the order. So I reached out to Dr .Pulmonologist reached out, I reached out several times again. They still insisted they never received order. Come to find out, they got the order the very first day, but they werent looking in the right spot. Lady down talked my Dr. and etc...

Used oxygen for 1 week, called have it picked up so I would not be charged for another month. They didnt come to picked it for 3 weeks we called several times and even offered to drive the equipment to Medford and drop it off so we wouldnt be changed for something we no longer needed. We were assured we would not be charged.BUT WE WERE CHARGED FOR AN ADDITIONAL MONTH BECAUSE THEY DIDNT PICK UP THE EQUIPMENT. TALKED TO MAIN BRANCH IN FLORIDA AND THEY TOLD US AS LONG AS YOU STILL HAVE IT WE ARE CHARGING YOU SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. SUPERVISOR WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL US BACK AND STILL HAS NOT DONE SO 3 WEEKS AND COUNTING! Local office assured us it was their fault for being under staffed and they would take care of it but still havent been refunded the charges or called back.Bad customer service and business practice!

We sre not customers but they keep calling for 7 in the morning ro well into the evening. Thry automsyed caller tells us our supplies are ready yo order. We have told them several times they have no customer at our phone number asking to be removed from their call list.

My 80 year old Grandmother is on oxygen. Her doctor prescribed her a new portable machine back in June. Its now September and she has yet to receive it from Lincare. If that wasnt bad enough, her delivery of tanks was scheduled for Wednesday. Its now Sunday and there has been no sign of her delivery. She is now on her last tank and theres a high probability that she will need to be admitted to the hospital simply due to the carelessness of Lincare.

It seems that the reviews do no good. Because I was told that the reviews are not read. In order to improve your business you must correct the issues that are important to the customer and/or patient. I have had several issues with customer service. Still do. Read your reviews correct the issues and you will be a better company.

On April 9 2020 we had a house fire and lost my cpap a new was was gifted to me towards the end of April I called lincare to see what I needed to do and the guy who answered the phone said he does not know and will have to call me back after 2 weeks to reply I called them back I kept getting the run around and then finally I was told I needed to see my Dr and get a New prescription so I did that my Dr had to fax the report several times until they finally got it then they called to make an appt and she said oh I cant make an appt I dont have the the pressures so she called my Dr office spoke with my Dr nurse then called me back said she had everything and set an appt for today but when I got there she said she never got the pressures when I started to tell her something she got offensive and rude so I just got in my car and drove away mentally I can not handle anymore being without my cpap has affected me in so many ways I feel it will never get resolved Im at the point of just giving up and hoping I dont wake uo

The staff here are rude. The drivers drive was too fast in the parking lot. I went in to the office to let them know that their drivers are coming close to hitting special needs kids and I was asked to leave. This is totally unacceptable.

I have tried unsuccessfully the past three months to obtain replacement supplies. I’ve reordered through Linn Care but my supplies were not received. I called to ask why, and I’d changed insurance companies which needed to be updated. Linn Care did not contact me to let me know the problem, but my account was just closed. I’ve jumped through too many hoops these past few months. I spoke with Pat, who is apparently a rep there who assured me he’d get to the bottom of this issue. I called repeatedly to him and each time he promised to get back to me, only he didn’t. All my updated medical and insurance information was finally in place, after several calls to Linn Care, my physician, and I was told by Linn Care last week that yes, someone would call me this week. It’s Thursday and no call. I called and was put on hold for 10”. I called back, and Linn Care still had no answers for me as to when I could get my supplies. I spoke with Mike, who had excuses of new employees. I could come pick up my copy of my sleep study, or I could get my supplies today through Linn Care. After the stress of dealing with this company, and weeks of poor sleep due to outdated supplies, I opted to pick up my sleep study and start new somewhere else. I’m a health care professional, and know my way around the system, or so I thought. Sometimes it’s better to just to take your ball and go home. I cannot see myself embroiled in this drama six months from now when I need to order yet more supplies. I’m heading over to CPAP unlimited, and hope I get some consistent care and service.

Ive been trying to get a C-Pap since Feb. I office is rude and very unorganized. I work in the health care profession and will do whatever it takes to make the client happy. Will be taking my business somewhere else. They dont deserve one star!!!!!

I got the best customer service & help from the new guy behind the desk - answered all my questions and even though I wasnt a lincare patient he treated us like family! He went above and beyond for me and my disabled daughter - he did everything to help and made several calls and finally was able to locate a pharmacy that would work with our insurance - even though we went with another company I cant think him enough for all his help and effort. Thanks Trevor for all your help from the Scott family in central point. 👍🏻

Rarely have I experienced such rudeness as I did from the person I spoke with at Lincare. I would recommend checking your insurance coverage and choosing any other option for oxygen or CPAP supplies.

Terrible people. They get very mad if you dont nuy enough supplies they even told me i would die if i did not replace my supplies fast enough, what a joke.

This place is a joke. Ive called the past 4 months to let them know that my husband and I have two insurances. Every time I have called someone has spoken to me and has given me details about my husbands account and that they will add the insurance in and send over to who it needs to be sent over to. Now they want to tell me that they can disclose any information to me because its a HIPPA violation (which I get cause I work in a medical office ) and I am not on his account. It took them four months to tell me this and then the same amount of time to tell me that my husbands insurance is out of network. So now I am stuck with a bill that I can not pay.

Called them to get a quote for a CPAP machine. Refused to give me any information, refused to email me any details for a simple price comparison (I am on a very fixed income). If youre looking for great service in Southern Oregon, I would recommend CPAP Unlimited or Northwest Medical. They are both so much better than Lincares horrendous customer service and communication.

Linacre responded immediately to supply all needed equipment when I was released from the hospital. However, I never got to use it as I returned to the hospital the next day, and from there to a rehab unit. Once released I notified Linacre to please come and pick up the equipment. Two days later I was told my doctor had ordered an overnight oximeter test (at no cost) which was not true. They have had communication with the doctors office saying no such test is needed or wanted, and they have no seen fit to retrieve the equipment. Maybe they want to run up a bill for unneeded service?

My physician faxed cpap refill rx 3 times over 6 months. They say they dont have an order. No one there cares about patient care. Finally i said i would hand deliver the rx and the staff said i could not do that.
