Communication is not good with this company nor is my job complete. I ordered a shed back on February 4th and was told 3 to 4 weeks. After 4 weeks and no updates it took multiple phone calls and visits to the location before I got a call back. Finally March 20th my install was partially done. Upon the construction of my shed the installers informed me all of my trim work was missing and not sent on the the order along with the touch up paint. I was then told this would be on the truck the following week meaning the week of March 24th. Another week goes by and no communication. I called on 3/31 and was told they would check on the status of my orders and the person who handles this is not in the office today and I would receive a call tommorow. Come 3pm on 4/1 still no call back. I call the office again and was told they don’t know why they person told me this the person handling my order is on vacation and they need to call the Farmingdale location. Need less to say they called for me and got back to me saying their truck broke down last week and my trim should be on the next truck. The quality of the shed is fine it’s the communication and time frame with the company that is the issues. So 3 to 4 of weeks is now going on 10 weeks and my job is still incomplete and still missing pieces.
