Horrible experience. Google shows their hours as opening at 830am like a normal UPS location.We get there at 10am, sign on the door says open at 11:30. Okay fine, its a simple, simple, simple process to edit this on google, but whatever.We show up at 12:30, theres a new sign that says 3:30-6pm.How hard is it to have hours that make sense? I show up for the 3rd time in the same day, finally wait and talk to the SINGLE employee there helping everyone who needs to do anything in just 3hrs, and learn they cant even ship what I want to ship. Terrific. Waste of my time 3-fold.
Zero stars. I dont know who let this person run a UPS Store. It was obviously an oversight. This place opens and closes randomly. You cant ever count on someone being there. No parking. Inconvenient location. And half the time you drive all the way there, there isnt anyone working the store anyways.
Would be great if you could update your hours on google. I just did it for you after walking up to your door (at 10:15 am on Monday) to find you’re closed. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location.
My business partner and I have had a mailbox there for a year. No issues, until now. Weve been trying to renew our mailbox all month; Weve visited in person several times - the person never knows how to do renewals. Weve called several times - no answer and full mailbox. Now we are stuck. This address is on all of our materials. Business owners, dont use this store !

Customer service here is abysmal. I had a few shipping labels printed here and the the labels were incorrectly formatted on the printed copies (too small). I took it back and asked them to re-print...for free. Why should I pay double for their mistakes? The guy at the counter argued with me before finally relenting, but Ill give him some credit for doing the right thing. Went back two weeks ago and needed ONE piece of tape to close my package. The woman at the counter was trying to charge me $2 for a piece of tape three days before Christmas. Ebenezer Scrooge would be so proud. So I go back to my car and luckily found just enough tape to do the job. When sending the package, they asked me if it was the correct box to send my item in. Excuse me, but thats not your business, UPS! As long as it has a UPS shipping label and is durable enough to survive shipment, you shouldnt care about how the box looks. Time for some new management here!
No idea why it says this place closes at 6:30 when everyones gone by 3:30.
I have been using this place over the past year or so. In general, if you want some regular business, thats pretty fine. However, when you need something special that is out of the range of the normal UPS biz, that is when it starts to get worse. I will just mention my recent two transactions:1. Amazon book return: I bought a book from Amazon that was damaged on arrival. So Amazon asked me to bring this back to a UPS store and print a Q R code without packing it. So I did on 9/25. However, on 10/13/2020 I got a warning from Amazon that the book was not returned yet. I used the UPS tracking code in the return email to check, apparently it was not sent out;2. I tried to send some documents to a different country a couple of months earlier. It took the staff person around 7-8 tries to generate the correct shipping label without any typo for the name/phone numbers. Even after I stood by their side when they typed the words, I still found typos times and again and it took around 30 minutes to get the label generated without typos.In general the staff there is nice and welcoming. I do hope, though, that more training can be offered to them to help them working with the dynamic needs from the customers...
Really slow store, the slowest UPS store I’ve been to. Save yourself some time and go to another one that’s quicker.
Place is always closed. Never seen it open for a minute.

A few weeks ago they lost our package, and instead of being understanding and taking responsibility, tried to blame me and lecture by phone.Very rude and unhelpful. its worth to go a bit farther away and use another store.AGAIN THEY ARE ROBBERS THE PRICE THE DAUGTHER OF THE OWNER GIVES ARE CRAZY AND @) TIMES MORE THAN THE NORM!!!!!
Poor printing capabilities and scanning as well. They charge a dollar for a B&W printout, which is almost the double compared to other spots.
Went to get a passport photo for my 4 year old. The associate did not know how to use the passport printing machine, and literally told me I should leave. I asked her if she could call another store to figure it out, and she reluctantly did. I got the photo in the end, but it violates the passport rules, since she used a flash and washed out my childs face, and there were obstructions in the background. Waste of time and money.
Ive gone here frequently to return amazon products. Always quick and efficient. Always provides a receipt. Never lost anything.Only downsides: its small and theres always an annoying beeping coming from near the door.
I usually have thick lenses but at Rosetti Boutique I got designer frames and the latest transition lenses for a fantastic deal.

This store should be shut down. They overcharge for everything including basic shipping. Something that is 4lbs, ground shipping to a few states over should not be $50. Went to Saugus store and it was $19.And if you every try and get something packaged by them forget it, your better off doing it yourself.
Disappointed. I spent about ~20 minutes in line, not a big deal, finally got to the front and some one off the street cut me and all the people behind me. Then, as that person was being helped infront of me, the clerk called me over and said she was ready to help me, nope. She hadnt even began helping the other person and right after weighing my package, went through the whole process of helping the other person, and getting their label wrong as well. Then was my turn, and as others were coming in, the clerk was yelling at her assistant to get them out and, him apologising, had to escort the young lady behind me from the UPS as he was was trying to answer the young ladys question from the door way. The clerk assisting people also took the packages from the people waiting out side but did not let them in? Then while trying to get my package done, nearly got the lable wrong, avoided the first mistake and then got the name of who I was sending my package to wrong. Over all really disappointed with this UPS and the fact that the person helping people thought it was professional to yell/not help the person standing in front of you that you said you were ready to help.

I think one of the staff was new and training that day but it was literally the slowest ups store Ive ever been to.
Every time I go in there, the staff are very nice! However, the computer has been broken for almost a year, which is frustrating when I need to print shipping labels. But they are happy to go in the back and print it for me!

Worst UPS Store to work and be a customer. I worked their for a few months and the owner was rude and only cared about making money. He does not care about customers, often just throws packages around like they are trash. If you care about what happens to your items never go to this UPS Store. My friend also worked there and recently quit, the owner cursed him out for doing his job and providing good customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS UPS STORE!! ITEMS WILL NOT BE SAFE
The staff is very amicable, but not staffed with a notary on a Thursday around 1:30pm. I found it dissapointing considering that was the service I required and they claimed was available here.
In 40 minutes in the store the guy working has successfully printed one lable and called his boss 3 times. This store is a hot mess.

The store is open they moved to high street, from riverside ave, was just there this week. They are not closed down.

Do not go there if you want to print something, they charge a dollar per page, and $1.25 per scanned page, definitely not what they are supposed to charge.
Go to Fedex in Medford instead. Absolutely rude manager. They mishandle packages.
Slipped a package to our place came back to me went to get a refund did not get my refund they said package was shipped to the address that I sent it to it was not when I go to this UPS again will do the US Post Office package are definitely insured at the US Post Office management for the UPS in Medford Square would not issue me back a refund
Went to the new location on Saturday, Dec 28 and the store wasnt open...not open the Saturday after Christmas???

Store (High Street) doesnt open on time. Was waiting outside with one other customer for 15 minutes and no one came to open shop. We gave up and left.

If you want packages to go missing or held hostage, this is your store. Closed for almost an entire business week leaving customers stranded and potentially out significant money as packages are stuck inside. The one star goes to the teen girls that are very cheerful to be working there when they are open. The sign is still on their door and they are closed although it is after the 11th.
