I am giving Pro-Tect 5-stars because I rate businesses by the way they WANT to help me. I have been reaching out to business after business asking for a sample of their product so I could test an idea before committing to purchasing. Over and over I was getting ignored. Pro-Tect is the ONLY heat shrink wrap business that had called me back and sent samples. Thank you for actually caring!

Ive been working here awhile, and our office never disappoints customers. Any problem that arises gets handled with answers and not questions. Never seen somebody walk away unhappy. The warehouse almost always ships same day and send out very well packaged material. Highly recommended.
