My husband and I love going to Mason supply for our concrete needs but today the guy who answered the phone was VERY RUDE! When I told him what we were looking for he was very short and simply says we dont have that color offering no solution. As I try to explain some more he just hangs up on me!!!! That is not how you get business

Good people worked there for a day. Justin and Steven very friendly. Owner I believe would only give me knuckles when I went for a shake which I found odd. But friendly enough.

Zero stars for this place. I called on a Friday afternoon to see if they were open and to talk to Jeff (who was recommended). I was told they were open until 4:30 and he would be there. I left work and arrived at 4 to find he was not there.I then called Monday morning to get some advice on a project and what products I should buy from them. I spoke with Jeff and inquired about ingredients on certain product he recommended. I was told that if I wanted to know what was in it, that I could come down there and read the label myself.

Wow, very knowledgable, helpful, and customer originated!!!! This is the place!! My husband and I went here looking for concrete color agents. We where helped right away. Not only where we helped, but the guys gave us insider tips and tricks that will save us hundreds. Love this store!!
