Not having water is stressful and for us it happened over night. Siskiyou Pump had helped me in the past so I called them again. They were booked out for 2 weeks but rearranged some non emergency appointments and made time for us in 2 days.Brian came out and replaced our well pump and we were up and going by the end of the day. All the folks at Siskiyou Pump are curtious down to earth people. I will use them again if the need arises and you should too.

Highly recommend Siskiyou Pump service for any of your well needs! They were prompt in coming out to our place to diagnose the issue we were having with our well. They were able to come out same day right before a holiday weekend. They were knowledgeable and advised us on the correct pump we needed for our well. In addition, they stayed in touch and troubleshooted over the phone after the diagnosis to ensure we were able to get our well going as they didn’t have the availability to come back out as needed. They have the commitment to customer service like no other!

Great company to work with. Scheduling was about 4-6 weeks out from when we signed. They came out when it was scheduled and crew was very nice and professional. They had to work through the rain but got our holding tank installed and the pump all hooked up. System is working great. Would highly recommend them for holding tanks, pump service, or anything else to do with your well.

Sometimes you just get to experience people with a passion and love for what they do and this was the case with Cory and Chad of Siskiyou Pump Service. Cory and Chad came to do an appraisal for some work and the balance of professionalism and friendliness was perfect. The job entailed removing a Hodgepodge of well plumbing originally set up many years ago, and worse, built onto later. The system included a pressure tank as well. It was a mess!We contracted the job with Siskiyou Pump Service and Cory came to do the work. I missed not seeing Chad as I looked forward to seeing them both after meeting them. For us what seemed complicated was made simple with Cory at the helm and we are beyond satisfied with everything.The timing of the appraisal, job commitment, and completion was above expectation. We needed a new pressure tank in a new location. Cory knew exactly what was needed to get the job done. Cory and Chad were on time, very skilled in there trade, and took there time to get the job done right. We now have increased water pressure and plan on having the back to do a water softening system for us. We would highly recommend their services.

It was only after trying repeatedly to contact two other plumbers that had worked on my houses water system in the past, not getting my calls/emails returned, that I reached out to Siskiyou.Reached a live, courteous employee who scheduled my appointment. She followed up with me the night before to confirm appt, and then day of employee (Justin) called to let me know he would be a few minutes. No problem, great communication all around.Justin was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made some (no pressure) great recommendations on what I could do in future, to upgrade and make the system more efficient/safe.They now have a customer for life. Every contractor and trades person in the area is super busy after the Almeda Fire, and trying to schedule appointments or get estimates has been a time consuming and often frustrating process. That being said, Justin and his team have communicated with us on a regular basis, updating us about timelines or delays. They recognized our difficult situation (no water) and fit us in to move our project along at every opportunity. The estimates we were given were reasonable and anticipated all of the work that needed to be done. They do quality work, as if it were for their own family, which gave me huge peace of mind. I wanted to know that our water would be tested, the pipes were safe, and that the new water system would accommodate our household needs. They were able to explain how they would accomplish all of this in a respectful and patient way. Honestly, when all was said and done, it almost felt like we were old friends. Total ripoff. They charged an outrageous hourly rate and sent someone inexperienced that had to keep calling the office for help. Called them because my water stopped working after they installed a water softener. They said theyd send someone in the morning and didnt mention a price. The guy screwed around for 4 hours and replaced a circuit breaker that didnt need to be replaced. Said he cant fix the problem and handed us a $400 bill. Called the office and they tried to justify the charge and say that a repair was made, then kept asking the technician for details and finally figured out that no repair was made, but he still thought they deserved the $400. After multiple calls, they changed the charge to $300. They also continuously tried to scare us that the pump must be broken because they wanted to sell us a new one. The pump was completely fine.We even told the technician that we thought it was an electrical short, instead of saying he cant fix it and leaving he continued to waste time in order to bill us for his incompetence. In the end he agreed it was a short and said he had to charge us even though he wont be fixing anything. Straight up thieves. No honest contractor charges such a ridiculous amount for literally NOTHING. A real professional doesnt take 4 hours to figure out there is a short.

I called with an emergency (no water) I was told by others I would need to replace my pump and was not looking forward to that cost. The tech that they sent out to Diagnose the problem took 10 minutes to find it was just bad wiring from the last company who had come out ( and still has not called me back!) I found Siskiyou Pump to be HONEST, reliable and very knowledgeable. Siskiyou Pump has a new customer for life.

We woke up on a busy Sunday morning when we were expecting guests that afternoon to no water 😳 We called Siskiyou Pump and Justin was extremely responsive and had us up in running in less than an hour after replacing our pressure switch at out pump. Justin completely saved the day. We were so impressed after speaking with Justin we made an additional appointment to have a water purifier installed in our kitchen. Absolutely recommend calling Siskyou Pump for all your water needs. They will not disappoint!

Scott was informative and very helpful with information about our existing system, options and suggestions for our excessively hard water with high manganese content. Josh came out, inspected, reviewed our options and made recommendations. Turns out they had worked in our property for many years and knew it well. He ordered the parts, returned one week later and completely overhauled our existing UV filter system, and installed a new water softener and manganese filter in a day one week later. He spent plenty of time explaining the various elements of the new system, maintenance requirements and every detail needed for us to feel comfortable and confident in our choice. We were waiting patiently for another company to replace the Well pump and piping. Unfortunately the other company failed in 2 ways, severely lacked communication and replacing the pump/piping. It was a Friday late morning, and knew the chances of having water over the weekend didn’t look good. We called Siskiyou Pump, within hours we had water again...on a FRIDAY! My power bills were insane! I had no idea why. Thats until I called Siskiyou Pump Service. They came out and installed a Goulds Constant Pressure Pump System. I can say with all honesty, my power bills plummeted! The investment has already paid for itself in power savings. I also have great steady water pressure as well.The staff are courteous, professional, and they will give you a clear understanding of what needs to be done and why. They leave their work area cleaner than when they arrived. There is no better place to call if you have any type of well issues, or just need a new system. Five Stars All The Way!

Tech came out in response to an electrical issue with my pump controller/protector. Ended up bypassing the part, his solution which he did not explain or clear with me until hed finished. So Im left with no protection, but a pressure system that works. He promised an estimate for a replacement part plus installation, and never delivered, even though I texted him several times and offered two different email addresses. So he billed me for his time, didnt solve my root problem, implemented a temporary solution without clearing it with me first; then, totally ghosted me. How is that professional?

Had an issue with my pressure tank and Josh walked me through the fix over the phone. And just like that .....BOOM! Hero of the day!! Thanks again Josh.

Had a difficult situation where squatters were making it impossible to diagnose and repair a failed residential well system. Scott and his people worked with us patiently, patched together a temporary source of water until we were able to access the well equipment, quickly fixed the real problem, and got us up and running again.They were kind, effective, concerned and very professional. I look forward to working with them again getting the farms entire irrigation system in top working condition.
