Customer service Nope, friendly,nope had to do the lifting of large cylinders myself. They wouldnt use the lift.or let me use a hand Truck to move them. Sad service at best. They ignore you when you walk in and its downhill from there

Every time I go in there to ask questions nobody knows anything dont want to give me a straight answer due to liabilities they cant tell me anything about their equipment that they installed. The guys at the front counter are not about customer service every time I go if youre I feel like I wasted my time thumbs downI dont give out poor reviews very often but every time Ive been at this place Ive had a bad experienceSave yourself some time and frustration and go to the other companies in town that care about the customer

Terrible terrible costumer service . Very slow, the employeesWhine at each other and costumers. I am stocked they stay open. I got dry ice there three times waited 70 min first time 50 min second and the fastest 35 minutes. Sour personalities,employees got irritated with questions from costumers

Hard to believe a place that is so awful to do business with can survive, especially with others in the area to buy from. They are exceptionally rude and dismissive, I would give the a minus- if I could, I wont be back.

Not helpful, seems like everyone there has a negative attitude. Its like they expect you to know how their process works. Not going back unless I have to.
