This beautiful eatery was a wonderful experience. Their gelato is delicious! We tried the Medford Pear Butter and the Peanut Butter flavors which were hands down some of our favorites. We will definitely be making this a more regular place to stop by for food and atmosphere. Very friendly staff as well.

I have been seeing the signs downtown Medford for ice cream. Finally one day I saw sign and told my toddlers we go get ice cream. We followed the sign down the weird ally, saw the sign on the door and went in. We apparently went through the back door. I was expecting just a little ice cream shop and it was more of a restaurant. Big menu on the wall. Order your food and then find a table. The food actually looked very good but it wasn’t the experience I was looking to have with my kids today. It was very confusing where to find the ice cream menu. The price looked pretty high, it’s rather confusing but it looks like it was 4.50 for a scoop. My kids are 2 & 4 I was looking for the kid scoop option but didn’t see one. They seemed pretty busy so no one acknowledged us and I didn’t know if I was going to be cutting online or not so we just left without ice cream. I would definitely consider going back for lunch it was a cute place. I don’t recommend it if you’re just trying to get a scoop of ice cream.

Came here for my dessert experience on a trip to Medford. I had an Oregon Berry scoop on a cone and a coffee/chocolate chip in a cup. The ice cream stood out for its deliciousness along with the unique doughy leakproof homemade cone. The psychedelic artwork on the walls sure lets you know that youve been zonked (I had 2 beers with my Jackson Street Pizza dinner). This experience makes me wonder if dessert was invented for the purpose unzonking (I Ubered from and back to my hotel). The reason I cant give this place a full 5 is because my first choice flavor, Lavender/Lemon-Zest, was only available in a full-size pint WHICH IS TOO MUCH TO EAT when I wanted it on a cone.

Their ice cream is delicious and they have new flavors every month. Plus all of their ice cream is made in house! If youre out on a Friday or Saturday night and you need a little treat you should definitely give them a try. Plus the little shop is kinda cool with all the old brick in there.

Im not much of an ice cream fan..at all, but my bf is and so i looked up organic ice cream near me and this place popped up. Weve been there 3 times now in 6 months! Their ice cream is amazing and they home make the waffle cones. Sometimes fresh, right in front of u in a waffle maker! Theyre always so nice too. I tried the Vegan peanut butter and chocolate once. It was fantastic. And my favorite is that they offer kid sized scoops too!!!

We LOVED having Sweet Cream at our wedding. Yumi did an AMAZING job of communicating and answering all of our questions. The ice cream and display was incredible! Highly recommend for weddings!

This place is great! My husband and I recently discovered this wonderful place! Great food thats organic, healthy and incredibly delicious!Clarissa, the chef, whipped us up some gorgeous sandwiches that we keep coming back for!

I am so sorry for the bad review. I have never been to Sweet Cream. I plan to go as soon as possible. All I can say is Im old and confused. I was thinking of Cold Stone Ice Cream. Again I am so very sorry.

The ice cream was very good. The little wooden spoon was like licking a chalkboard though; absolutely cringeworthy.

The food here is delicious!! The chef is the best! I recommend the Thai soup for the month of June! Its delicious!! My son loves the ice cream!!

I just got the lavender lemon and it tastes just like a fruit loop.... Not enough lavender. Also a small scoop is 3.50?! Why?! Id rather get a cartoon of Ben and Jerrys at this price.

Loved it.We went in for a light dinner and stayed for the icecream! Handmade food was prepared to order with organic ingredients.The Icecream was rich and creamy.We will be back!
