House brand items are low quality and overpriced. Most regular flower is overpriced and hit or miss on quality. Staff is reasonably nice although professionalism is somewhat lacking.

The staff here are awesome. They have a drive thru which is particularly convenient. They have a great selection with good prices also.

I wasnt buying anything my son was, but the service and prices are awesome. The bus tender was very knowledgeable and personable.

I went in and Gabe was very knowledgeable and Positive. He also had some very good suggestions and answered all my questions. Will definitely recommend to all my friends.

First time in, they sold me a cartridge that didn’t work. I went to return it And they told me the cartridge works fine and that’s my pin that doesn’t work. I then showed them that it does work with a different cartridge and that it was the cartridge that they sold me that doesn’t work. Then they still told me it was the tenants fault and refused to give me my money back. I would suggest going to a different shop since there’s like five on that street.

The Budtenders are awesome and knowledgeable. If there is a Special they always let you when you arrive. Great variety too.

Gabe was super helpful and took care of all my needs. Highly recommend hitting up La Mota on Stewart and go see Gabe, he is the man!

I went to this store and bought 3 prerolls and a gram of top shelf weed that was supposed to be 31percent. $24 a gram (half off) I get it home and see it says 21 percent. I call them to say I would not have gotten this had I known it was only 21 and he says sorry theres nothing I can do. I will never go back. I would have been happy with anything. But theres nothing I can do!

Visiting from Washington and the cannabis was superb, the top shelf was 50% off and the bud tender was wonderful to work with. Best store I’ve been in, in Oregon! Highly recommend

Do not go here they are extremely disrespectful. I asked for RickSimpson they put a cartridge inside my exit bag didnt show me the product and I asked this is ricksimpson oil with out even stepping away from the counter and they refused the return even though it was there mistake! The bid tenders behavior was poor as well.. I have had more issues at this lamota than I have anywhere else. I will be driving further to a more reasonable store.

I didnt go inside i was too busy smoking a cig outside. But my CLOSE friends did and they loved it. They wanted a lil of everything. They got gram for $7. And get this NO TAX! THATS RIGHT THIS PLACE HAS NO TAXES ANYWHERE! AT LEAST NOT THE PLACES IVE PURCHASED THINGS AT!

La Mota is literally the shadiest dispensary you could possibly select to do business with in the valley. Their website is never updated with current product or pricing and if you submit an order on their website they will not stand behind their website and honor the advertised price or make an appropriate substitution to make it right. Customer service is the last priority for La Mota and they have a very high employee turn over which is not a surprise. Their cartridges constantly fail as well and are distillate.... do your research, save your lungs and your health and get a full spectrum product PLEASE! Do not pay them for their overpriced trash! If you want good product for a fair price and good customer service from people that actually care about the industry that theyre in then you will go to Kanopy 7 in Medford. Oh! And if you have a medical card like I do they wont charge you tax like La Mota will. I had a manager tell me that they still charge medical patients tax on some products. THAT IS ILLEGAL BY THE WAY and I encourage anyone that has ever experienced this at La Mota to file an OLCC complaint and report them. If Google would allow for a -10 stars that would be my rating! I hope La Mota goes out of business.

Unfortunately I have found La Mota to be VERY INCONSISTENT! Theyre prices stay mostly the same however I often find myself paying the same price for very sporadic and low quality product. As well, their customer service leaves you feeling pressured and underappreciated. I would definetly recommend seeking different options.

Walked into this huge building to one girl and one woman helping two separate customers. Neither of them speaking very much to the customers they were with just barely here and there so I was extremely surprised when nobody said hello or I’ll be right with you within 3 minutes of me standing there. In business It’s common courtesy to greet someone into your store at your earliest convenience. Very disappointing. I walked right out.

The bud they offer is quality. The atmosphere is quite and clean and everything is spaced out evenly. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Price is probably the best in the Valley.

The people are nice the quality is good and the atmosphere is pleasant. They dont carry alot of different pieces or rigs, and you have to check to make sure the items your buying actually work. But over all great experience.

This is a new marijuana dispensary in Medford. There really isnt anything else around the immediate area. So its great to have this place finally open up. Its really nice inside. But kind of hard to see what it is from the outside. Amazingly low prices.

I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to help me. And had to ask if someone was available before I was acknowledged. Additionally, I was quoted a certain price over the phone that was not honored. I was told I was misinformed by a new employee, but even though it was their employee who misquoted me, management would not honor the price quote.Will not be coming back here

Has a pretty clinical feel to the building but they are open for the latest in the area and seemed to have a good selection
