We have been going to Southern Oregon Gold and silver for several years now. Even when they were originally located in Eagle point. The owner and his wife seem to be pretty honest and helpful people. I am disappointed though, that as of this year, 2021, they have jacked up their prices from $3 to $6 added to spot price, per ounce...Youch! Anyways, other than that, I have seen them to be fairly honest in their dealings. And that is very important when you are buying and selling commodities such as precious metals, gems, coins, etc.

Very good selection and excellent customer service. Got a couple coins and a northwest territorial 1 oz bar. But after researching nw territorial Im a little nervous about it but cant really hold that against them

I am from out of state, but I like the way Bill operates and have bought from him a number of times. He gives good advice and the prices are posted so you can go to competitors if you like. I like people I build trust with and that is Bill Arnold. I only know one other guy that I trust like him and he doesnt always have what I need, sometimes Bill doesnt either but that is shopping. I like honesty and no bull! Since the first time I walked in his shop, he has been the best, meets your attitude even up, and friendly too.

Bill has invested in the proper equipment to insure genuine precious metal coins. Full set of Fisch ringers, as well as a sigma metalytics verifier pro. No reason to buy gold elsewhere. Very competitive premium over spot.

With very little knowledge about precious metals and coins I was very unsure about where to go. After a little research, I found these guys are the only BBB gold and silver shop and are the only NGC PCGS coin grading rep nearby.Bill took the time to help me understand my collections value. For the items he was not familiar with, he showed me where to find the values online. After some research into my collection, I found the best bang for my buck was to sell to them and that his prices were honest and fair.Thank you for the help!
