We were given the Tower of Treats for a Christmas gift. I used to work assembling the Tower at the Harry and David Packing Plant and in the main pear packing plant. My mother knew Harry when she worked in the Packing Plant in 1947. I know the quality that used to be there. I was socked at what was sent out as Royal Riviera pears this year. Ours was super small, and came badly bruised. They had been picked too green and shriveled rather than ripening. H&D should have gone to the local Food for Less and picked up a much better quality. At one third of the price. I realize there was a disclaimer in the box saying that a windstorm had bruised the pears. Yes, we understand the forces of nature. But why did Food for Less have a much better quality of pear than H&D who cultivated their famous pears? These pears should not have been picked too green. Harry and Davids pear in on the left. Food for Less is on the right.

I like how they decorate the store. Yummy products. A bit spendy for everyday shopping. But a great place to get that special gift for someone.

Changing my review from three days ago from one star to three stars. Received my order today (April 22nd). Initially, when i first put in the order on April 17th, the arrival date was showing the 28th which would not have been a good scenario. After contacting customer support, was told the order was already scheduled for pickup and could not be changed which was the reason for the one star. Have not tried any of the goodies, but is packed very well and everything looks great. The reason for eliminating the two stars is to bring focus to Management that there must be a more precise way of informing the customer of when their shipment will arrive. Arriving six days prior to the anticipated delivery date is a positive, but way off the mark. I will continue to support this business knowing their shipping is 1st class and hoping customers in the future can be more precisely informed.

What a great store. The wine and beer selections were outstanding. Found some local craft beers that look really good. The produce was fresh and stocked full. The employees were very friendly and knew the products. I would highly recommend visiting this store!

I was surprised by the low cost of their produce. The prices were very good and reasonable. There were also some low-cost wines, but everything else was very expensive as I had suspected.

The Best produce in Southern Oregon. Harry and David offers quality gourmet sauces, relishes,wines, breads, pastries and candy. Great for gift giving or for yourself. Helpful kind employees always eager to help. The company is definitely an asset to the Rogue Valley.TValley.They have great sales which makes your shopping there very affordable.

Love their events! We went to the harvest festival this year. Kids got to paint a pumpkin and they had so many treats to sample inside. Gosh....I remember when this was an independent business and the amount of products showcased now shows BIG CORPORATE fingers. Its still a nice place to go for specialty stuff, but not as good as before.

A lot of everything, plus a ton of samples. Ended up dropping a bunch of cash on salsas, coffee, interesting sodas, Moose Munch and their signature pear.I highly recommend taking the tour. You can see their popcorn Munch being made, cakes being frosted, boxes being wrapped, boxes being assembled, ribbons being hand tied and fruit being sorted. Its not a staged tour, youre looking at the work actually being done. One interesting thing I noticed is that in the speed jobs it was all women.Tour costs $5, but you do get a nice sample out of it and a coupon for the store (which you will more than likely use).

I love Harry & David! The most wonderful produce ever. My suggestion is that the Mooseunch recipe be revised to avoid or syrup. Children should not ever have corn syrup. It is an inexpensive sugar, beneath the quality of goods Harry and David represents! But the produce...oh the wonderful produce there!

Placed an order for 26 Sumo Manderin tangerines on 31 March 2021. Notified us on 12 April 2021 they shipped. Received our order on 21 April 2021, more than 9 full days after they shipped. It took more than 9 full days to get them from the West Coast to New Mexico! We would love to know the date they were harvested from their trees, but at a minimum, our $105 tangerines were two weeks old by the time we received them. They are sweet, yes, but also already dehydrating, and you can taste the lack of freshness in them. We expected more from them, especially at a cost of $4 per tangerine.

If you love decadent chocolates and chocolate coates treats; Moose Munch (caramel corn and nuts drenched in chocolate); gourmet jams, syrups, salsas; delicious, juicy pears and other produce; and a grand selection of the Northwests finest wines; coffee, tea and more... You must visit Harry & Davids. There are always samples of Moose Munch, coffee, salsa, and other treats on hand, AND usually a clearance deal on assorted gift towers and baskets, or 8-packs of Moose Munch, at bargain basement prices. If you have extra time to kill, for $5 a head you can hop a shuttle to tour the factory where they make most of the treats they offer, and assemble gift baskets and towers.

Sans the pandemic, this can be a satisfying stop. All the standard holiday store offerings are present along with a healthy selection of local and international wines. A small complement of ciders, beers, and crackers and are also available. On the opposite end of the story you will find a corresponding selection of cheeses to choose from.In December, racks of pears and bags of cherries greet you at the entrance.

Harry and David was pretty busy, but its 2 weeks till Christmas so that is to be expected. There was dividers at the checkouts and everyone was wearing masks. So it was plenty safe to shop.The selection of products was really amazing, fresh produce, fun snacks and plenty of Christmas delights were to be discovered. They also had some really good deals.

Helpful staff, clean store.Lot of fun to look around, but they are a little pricey. That said, they have a decent selection of vegetarian/vegan friendly foods.

As always the shelves were well stocked. Check out was quick.I do wish they had sanitizing stations at the entry door since everyone picks stuff up and put much of it back down. The head count was near maximum for Covid restrictions but staff attempted to keep customers observing distance at checkout .

I am a resident as of 5 months ago to Central Pt.I loved the store and triedsome wine with family, andtook some home! I wasfamiliar with your productsbefore and they are very good!

Delivery was weeks behind, and some items were out of stock so they recommended a cinnabon replacement. Box of mini cinnamon rolls were only 2/3 covering the box while being less than an inch tall. Frosting was not sealed and already opened when it arrived just like the cinnamon rolls being only placed in a wax box and a piece of paper to partially cover. Delivery was set for before christmas but did not show up til after new years. All this for a discounted rate of $35 plus shipping? Cant believe anyone would pay $45 for this tiny box of sub par cinnamon bites.

Unfortunately a business trip has me halfway across the country from home so I will not be home for valentines day. Thought I had it covered with a nice valentines gift basket fro Harry and David. 9:30 the night before its scheduled to deliver they call me up and tell me they are out of stock. Sorry.... so disappointed. I will never buy from this place again.

I ordered a basket as a Christmas present for family that I normally spend Christmas with but was not able to this year due to COVID. I ordered it on 12/10 with the thought that I had plenty of time. Christmas came and went, and no order arrived even though it showed that they shipped it. I emailed them the day after the holiday, and was told it had shipped and was on the way and to give it time. Two days later, I looked at the tracking and it no longer showed an arrival date. After contacting Harry and David again, I was told that the reason it never arrived was due to a shortage of the product I had ordered.Why was I not contacted? I would of surely ordered something else. Aside from the embarrassment of looking like I forgot a family member at Christmas, my first business with Harry and David has been one to remember and will certainly be my last.

Love! Love! Loved it!! I live in Boise Idaho and the Harry and Davids closed there we drove all the way to Medford to shop. My sister and I made this trip, we had a great experience shopping, everyone was very helpful and friendly, letting us know all the sale items. I recommend a visit!!!

Best produce. In order of preference its my garden, local farmer, country village. Way in the back is most grocery stores. If you cant grow it or get it grown locally you should get it at the country store (and they have lots of chocolate too)!

I am obsessed with this store. We stop by here every time we venture into Oregon. My travel cooler gets filled with all the delicious cheeses, fruits and cream sodas. It is not the same as shopping in their seasonal pop up stores in my City. I literally have no budget when entering this store. The fruits and canned sauces are amazing!

So fun shopping at Harry & Davids. Everyone is helpful and many different things to choose from. Bought a $240 box of goodies for $36. Perfect. I have guests😁. Cheeses. Spreads. Sweets. Crackers. Meats. Pears. And so much more. And the red & black box perfect to store items in guest room!

He admitted it WAS NOT THERE. But his paperwork indicated that he DID. So FedEx will not correct the problem because the driver said he DID. H & D will not address the problem because FedEx told them that the package WAS delivered. NEVER buy from H & D and rely on delivery/Janelle Petersen

I visit Harry and David store quite often I work for Harry & Davids and with the employee discount I usually get more for my money and I enjoy their products.

Harry and david used to be awesome. but since being bought by 800flowers, its been downhill. prices for the same things are now outrageous. and customer service isnt much better.

We received a gift basket 3 weeks ago from friends from the East Coast. We dont know how much they paid and certainly we so appreciate the thought. But close to $50 for a few apples, pears and small cheese and crackers! Seriously. The pears smell like the paper they came covered with to keep them cold and fresh. No way getting around it. After the second one which tasted terrible, nothing like pears, we threw them out. Spend the money on a restaurant gift certificate or something else. As a recipient of a gift, I would not use them.

The reason for my shopping was to get apples for canning. The apples there are delicious ripe and crisp. I love shopping at Harry and David Country Store. Its my favorite place to shop

The worst experience EVER! ORDERED 9 BASKETS. MADE IT TO FAMILY IN Ohio, Florida, Illinois, but do you you think we could get 2 from Medford to Klamath Falls area which is only 1. 1)2 hours away!!! NO... Fedex said they delivered them but we did not get them. Now getting the run-around. DO NOT... use Harry & David, Customer Service is in the Philippines!! Seriously! Now they are saying those two kidding baskets are to be delivered on Jan. 21, 2021.. My God.

The tour of the factory was well worth the price, especially when kids 12 and under are free! They take you on a shuttle to the factory and get to see them make mouse munch, chocolates, and bakery items. The country store is full of delicious treats ands savory items. Its perfect for buying high quality fruit in a great variety, varieties meats and cheeses, and of course delicious chocolates and treats. They have several samples to try and Id say this is a must visit place.

Love the apples. I gotta have Honey crisp and they have the best 👌 plus 99 cents a pound. I go there just for that plus always something else little. Taste the coffee before you buy it 😉
