This place may not be your giant furniture store.. But the employees are very friendly and not pushy at all, there prices are Inflated but deflated greatly to close a sale. Great furniture place with everything under one smaller roof. Really great deals!!

I was looking all over for 2 kitchen stools and instead of ordering online I decided to go local - what a great decision. Tiffany Furniture salesman Bob and the staff were helpful and Im really pleased with my purchase.

I came in here searching for a dining set and sofa after going to about 4 furniture stores prior, and ended up loving this place!!! Not only is the furniture beautiful and reasonably priced but Bob and Freddy are the best two guys running the show. They had me laughing the entire purchase and put my mind at ease. Ended up coming here twice in one week and plan on getting more furniture from this place soon! Thanks guys !!!

I ordered a bedroom set through Tiffany Furniture which happened to have a long lead time. Fred and Bob Tiffany Furniture kept me updated prior to and during shipping of said furniture, provided me with a delivery window, were always very pleasant and incredibly prompt with the delivery. My bedroom set was delivered and assembled quickly and cleanly by the delivery personnel. Highly recommended and I will purchase furniture from Tiffany Furniture in the future.

We went out shopping for a table and chairs. Since we will be moving, we didn’t want to spend a crazy amount. This was our last stop. We found a beautiful table and chair set and a reasonable price. It was also a wood table and chair set. Many other stores wanted 1,000 up to 2,000$. And we didn’t want to spend that much. Most stores anything lower was some kind of composite table and chairs. I even found one across the street that wanted near 2 thousand. Bob and Fred where wonderful. We were not chased around the store. They also helped us load it in the truck!

Fred and Bob were Fantastic. They helped us make a decision about our purchase and arranged for a quick delivery. We brought part of the set home with us and they carried it to our car and helped load it. Their selection is great and so are the prices. We will definitely be coming back for our next furniture purchase.

Two thumbs up. Last week we purchased a beautiful marble counter height dinette set and a leather sofa and love seat. The sales person (Bob) was fantastic he answered all of our questions and was polite enough to let us browse without following us around the store but was always available to answer all of our questions. Three reasons why we are giving them 5 stars, fantastic prices, great sales personnel, and an unbeatable selection. Our furniture was delivered today less than one week from purchase and the delivery was also very professional and top-notch. The furniture was carried up my driveway as to not damage my newly installed driveway. They were careful as we also have a grand piano in our living room where the sofa and love seat was installed. All of the furniture was neatly assembled with professional quilts as to not scratch our new kitchen floor. True sales professionals at the store with great product and great prices in addition to professionally delivered furniture. A hole in the wall furniture gallery with the best deals in town for quality furniture pieces. One of the few stores that still carries 100% solid wood furniture. Love my Canadel dining table. Best part? The delivery fees are very reasonable & the guys who run the place aren’t down your necks while you shop. Will be back next time I need furniture. The owner Fred is amazing. Professional and respectful. They helped me with my recliner that broke. I bought it 7 years ago from another Tiffany location that closed and was owned by someone else. Fred sent a repairmen to look at the recliner, to check what part needed to be ordered. They ordered the part, called me 3 weeks later, the part was in and scheduled the repair. He only charged me for the part. Now that is SERVICE. Looking forward to having my recliner repaired.

I recently purchased a hi-top dinette set and bar stools from Tiffany Furniture on Rt 112 in Medford. The furniture was delivered when promised. The entire staff from the salesmen to the delivery men were very friendly and courteous. The salesman Bob was not pushy with his sales pitch but instead was informative and was willing to negotiate pricing to keep me within my budget. I would shop here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a dresser, left a cash deposit. Informed after 24 hours, ( when delivery was supposedly in 2 more days) that the piece was discontinued and no longer available.-- not a single apology. Had to drive all the way back to try to get my cash deposit back. Calmly- at first, said I was displeased and that its slightly unprofessional to not have told me at time of order. I kept being told in an arrogant manner its not their fault. So I said, ok, just give me my $400 back so we can go. I got yelled at and screamed at. I too, then yelled and demanded my money back. Threatened to call police and was told I would have to take him to court for it. I did NOT change my mind, or default the contract. They did. After much screaming yelling and arguing, the arrogant man gave me my money but grabbed my receipt so I would have no record of having been there and refused to give anything paper wise to me. He had more than 10k wadded up in his pocket and this was just at noon with not a single other customer to be found-- 2 days in a row-- the delivery guy was there reading both days. Clearly no delivery for 2 days. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. Theres not only rude, awful customer service, but definitely shady. At least 4 high end computers yet, no website, email, or electronic ordering available to them. Awful. Worst. I dialed my husband and never hung up. He has the whole thing on his voicemail. So I do have proof. Dont go there.

Tiffanys Furniture may look small from the outside but its what you get on the inside that matters. The owner who is always at the store ready to assist you but never on top of you is so nice and know his stuff. The men who delivered my stuff were amazing the carried out my old furniture to the curb, and work fast and efficiently, taking all the trash with them when they left.
