I have shopped this store for the past 3 yrs and have always left there happy. The salesperson Imad is very helpful and always willing to make a deal. I furnished my entire home from Gallery Furniture. They have every type of furniture as far as pricing goes. Do not hesitate to shop there, you will not be disappointed.

Gallery furniture is a wonderful place to shop for your furniture needs. great selection, reasonable prices as well as courteous and professional sales people. Max our salesman was patient and low key allowing us ample time to make our decision to purchase. all of which was greatly appreciated. we shopped around, this is a good place.

Never order from these people! I wish I could give them 0 stars. We ordered our couch back in early July. One set-up was in stock and we were told we could take it home same day, but the layout we wanted would take 4-6 weeks. So we ordered the couch and were guaranteed multiple times it would be 4-6 weeks, maybe even sooner. Well 8 weeks pass, and we call to check the status and they tell us it’s not going to come until November or December. No one had the courtesy to let us know either. So I ask for the other layout, the one that was in stock. They told us he’d order it and it would be delivered within two weeks. Another two weeks pass, and its been two months since we order our furniture. I call again and now we’re told now that layout won’t be delivered until mid-November. So they expect us to wait over 4 month for a couch we didn’t even originally order or wait 5 waits for the one we wanted. We have been offered no compensation or apologies despite lying to us time and time again. Please spend the extra money at Ashley Furniture because at least youll know youll get your furniture eventually. Do not waste your time or money here.

My family and I had an amazing experience at the Gallery Furniture. We came in and Dustin treated us right of the back. He allowed us to roam and look at pieces without hovering but was readily available to answer any questions we had. The store had amazing deals and beautiful pieces. They also have great finance options available. We spent over an hour in the store and got a lot of great things we need for our new home. Never again! The customer service is horrible and you will get a run around and no communication. I was told when I placed the order that it would be delivered on 7/21/2021. I verified a week before to be sure so I can take off work. The female I spoke with stated the same and said I would receive a call. Well here I am no call and no email waiting, so I call again. Now I am told by a male it is now scheduled for 8/9/2021! This is unprofessional, rude and not a way to do business. Needless to say I will be out looking to find new end tables today. I refuse to give business to an untrustworthy company. Please save your money this company is Horrible

The Salesman Dustin was wonderful. I was looking for a certain size Sofa. He found me a super comfortable Sofa at a great price. I was able to get financing with 6 months no interest. Plus a great price on pet sofa protection. In the event my cats happen to dirty or claw the Sofa. I am totally happy with the help I received from Dustin. In three weeks I will get my Sofa delivered.

If I could give a -5/5 review I would. I have never written a review but this place truly deserved it. All the bad reviews Gallery Furniture has are absolutely true. I wanted to give them a chance because the furniture looked promising but I havent even gotten my furniture and its been 7 months. They keep saying it will come in 3 weeks and thats every time I call. They promised it would arrive in 6 weeks but they say anything to get your money. Their stories never line up either when you ask for the status. So disappointing. If you call one time they say that something is missing but then the next time you call its the things that they say they had already. Save your money and time, its not worth it.

This place will promise you just to make the sell. We were told that we could have delivery on the weekend. Turns out they dont even deliver on the weekend. When they got the couch they just called us and said that they were going to deliver it in the middle of the day on completely different day not at all on the day we agreed on.

I went to Gallery Furniture after having absolutely no luck finding the right couch and chair at any of the chain furniture stores. I immediately found exactly what I was looking for and was given a very fair price. I’d definitely shop here again.

I shopped around and went to Gallery Furniture because they had the most selections. The entire staff was nice and Imad, who helped me, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to match and beat the prices from other stores. They even provided me with loner furniture until mine came in. I recommend shopping here.

I had a great experience at Gallery Furniture! The older gentlemen associate was eager to help answer all my questions and even helped compare different sets with pricing that I was interested in. Max was Amazing, I had an idea of what I wanted for a dining room set and he made it come to life.

We were able to find the living room couch and loveseat for our new house. Gallery has a large showroom with furniture of all types. We worked with Salesman George who assisted us in finding a set of end tables to complete our purchase. We were very satisfied with our overall experience at Gallery furniture!

Stopped in just browsing for kids furniture. Had no intentions of making a purchase that day as we were just comparing pricing we found online. Chris was salesman and he is such a great guy. He was patient with us and the kids. He is enthusiastic about his job and it makes a big difference dealing with someone like that. We ended up walking out purchasing bunk beds and mattresses. Chris made it a no brainer for us. The items along with delivery and assembly were a better price than we found anywhere for just the items. Recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture.

I wish I can give them 0 star kindly dont go to this store until the end of time I purchased a room set from them on June sixteenth 2021 my Salesman was Chris the purchasing system was exceptionally simple and Chris affirmed from the producer that my bedroom set is accessible and I will get my Bed room set in One week, heres is what happened on the delivery date when I called they told me everything going to be delivered to you by 4pm I held up till 7pm on 24th of June out of nowhere the conveyance fellow considered me and revealed to me that I dont have your bed with me do you actually need me to the conveyance for you I said let me call the store and presently the most noticeably awful client care of my life I encountered the woman who works there is wretched her name is LISA she said she knew nothing about my bed she said shes going to affirm from the maker and she will hit me up on Monday 28th June following 2 days I called her since she didnt hit me up she said we requested as of now your bed I will advise you by Friday second of July when it will convey shockingly she never called now today when I called her she said the bed is unavailable now youll get in 3 weeks and on top of that she said youre by all account not the only client that we manage we have more clients so she neglects to call me please folks dont go there if its not too much trouble, set aside your cash and time.

Highly recommend this place, I searched for a new mattress in every major store and on Amazon, and the prices here were amazing for the quality of product I brought. Definitely was the best value by far that I could find. Dustin helped me out, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, he steered me in the right direction for my price range, and made everything go smoothly. Would definitely work with him in the future.

Ordered a sectional over the phone. Price was great. Waiting for delivery but i knew i would be waiting. Fingers crossed that everything gets delivered in good shape, this is my first time dealing with gallery furniture but i expect good things.

If i could give them zero I WOULD! Whoever planning to purchase from them consider 10 times! There are many places that gives outstanding service. This place and their Staff VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!I went there July 5,2021 to purchase very first couch that when you walk-in the store. Salesperson IMAD confirmed that this couch is in stock. Even tough for in-stock item they are (ONLY)ADVERTISING IMMEDIATE DELIVERY! They gave delivery date on July 22,2021 which I okayed to wait 17 days!!! However, on July 21,2021 I called the place to confirm if everything is okay for delivery. Which they called the warehouse to confirm that they will delivery on July 22,2021. Next day they called and left a voicemail that THEY PACKED THE WRONG ITEM SO I HAVE TO WAIT TILL AUGUST 10,2021 for next shipment to warehouse which i didnt accept it. They refused to give money back.I ended up calling my bank for dispute it. They lied to bank that what i purchased was a SPECIAL ORDER?! I have to deal with these RUDE people that they dont even know how to run a business properly!

Such an easy process. After going to 4 different stores snd being told what I’m looking for (a full with a trundle doesn’t exist), then the one store I found something said hopefully you can have it by November, but no guarantee ( I know covid but to have no idea when his furniture would come in was a little concerning). Walked in told the salesman what I was looking for and he showed me exactly the options I had, picked out a bedroom set and within 20 mins we were filling out paperwork. Was told 4-6 weeks for delivery (seems logical) and received a call 1 week later to schedule delivery. So happy I went there.

The salesperson greeted us at the beginning and introduced himself as George and then let us look around and told us he was there if we needed him. He did not hover over us but he was always close by and very knowledgeable.

It was nice inside beautiful stuff but the machine was down to purchase and the guy had to go to the back of store to get the manager what I didn’t feel comfortable with was that he walked away with my card other than that it was fine I still didn’t get my purchase been waiting more than 7 days and it’s paid I’m wondering how much longer I have to wait before I call.. (this is a update on this review) the fact that everyone is now raving about this place is a lie the person got mad and told me on phone I’m canceling your order because he didn’t like my review!! sorry not going to lie in one and when telling manager seemed like he didn’t care what customers say about concerns I’m not saying who it is because there’s no point he’s still there I will never go to this store ever again! Shopping for the couch was a pleasant experience. The salesmen was very nice. Since there, not so much.I paid for the couch in the middle of a January with the expectation that it would be several weeks. I understand things are pushed back a bit due to COVID. No problem. I then called in March and they said “the manufacturer has no date and they don’t have the parts.” So, it was pushed back again. I called again a month later and got the same run around. Called again the other day and still no date. This couch was needed in January, NOT JULY. I told them at this point I don’t need or want the couch and politely asked for my money back since I don’t need the couch at this point. They told me all the other stores are are taking this long too (this isn’t true). They told me I could pay a 40% RESTOCKING FEE. What are you restocking???? I just wanted my money back. They refuse. So here I am out 1200 dollars, with no couch, and no end in sight. I’ll never buy from here again. Once again, I understood this may take a few weeks, but 6 months and a refusal to give me my money back. Never again. There are plenty of other furniture stores out there.

It was such a bad experience that it actually made me write a review, if you go there do not talk to Chris, he identifies himself as one of the bosses, he is very disrespectful and will not assist you in any way. Waiting for Monday to escalate this issue and also to follow a formal complaint with consumer affairs.Just adding to this review. The people that work at this furniture store are very professional and made our experience a pleasant one. I prefer making big purchases in person instead of online. The store is much bigger than i expected with plenty to choose from. Actually made our decision more difficult with all the furniture they have to show. Place is clean too. Ordered a sectional that has power recliners and heated and massaging seats. It does everything but cook for me lol. Received it and my man cave is now complete. Oh...Bought a fireplace too, with a remote. Perfect....

Went there looking for a recliner. The salesman was nice with a no pressure attitude. Found a nice one that not only reclines but rocks and swivels and not a large piece of furniture. Almost 20 years ago I bought a leather living room set there and the store is still open. A good store with a big selection to choose.

I give this furniture store 0 stars!!! After waiting 5 months for a couch that I ordered, they actually deliver a different couch to my house and claim that because they couldn’t get the couch I wanted, they went ahead and ordered a similar one for me!!!!! I called every other week for 5 months to see where my couch was and not one person that I spoke to employed by the company notified me that they couldn’t get the couch I originally ordered!! On top of all this they also deliver the original ottoman that I did order, which does not match the color or fit in between the 2 sides of the couch! They then went on to ask me if I wanted to keep the furniture after all this and they would take $250 off when I paid thousands for the couch I purchased that I did not receive!!! Additionally, the people that work there did not even care and were so rude to me because I didn’t keep the couch they wanted to give me!!! Horrible customer service!!!

Beware!!!I visited Gallery Furniture when I saw a livingroom set on line. Upon arriving at the store, I was greeted by Salesman George who told me to have a look around the store. Not seeing, the set I wanted, I then had to pull up the Gallery website and show them along with the advertised price. I overheard a conversation between George and another employee behind the counter. The employee said that this is a problem because a main computer went down, the prices changed and the only way he would find out is when someone wanted to purchase an item. Knowing that they had to honor the advertised price they wrote up a bill of sale with an expected delivery of 4-6wks. When I inquired about financing, the employee behind the counter said absolutely not, not for this amount unless I wanted to pay Gallery Furnitures share of the expense. Well! I never! So I gave them my credit card for the entire purchase. At the 4 wk mark, I started calling the store to get an update on the delivery. After several attempts, I could not get a straight answer. Finally, on my last attempt and being a little more aggressive to find out the status at the 6 wk mark I was told that the furniture I ordered was discontinued and I would be refunded my money on Friday evening. I was told that this is when accounts payable issues credit back to credit and debit cards. I however, did not receive a pending credit until Tuesday. I would like to thank employee Michelle for her dedication in staying on top of the situation and calling me to keep me abreast of my refund. Michelle is clearly dedicated to customer service. I believe this whole sale was a lie since the manufacturer of the furniture (FOA) still advertises this set on their website. I believe in my heart that when Gallery Furniture realized that someone had to pay the cost for this computer glitch, they deemed the furniture that I ordered as discontinued! Shameful!😡 I will never go back to this store!!!

Big 70% discount signs outside the store to lure you in to find out the discount is only applied to some plastic trees they have as decoration. And the customer service representative gave me the information with an attitude. Stay away from this place. It looks and feels that they are there only to steal from you

Not accredited with the BBB. Several UNRESOLVED complaints on the BBB website. They blame covid for everything, read about them, they have had issues for YEARS. Waited almost a year for my item, finally cancelled at their suggestion. Fully refunded, other appear not as lucky. I am grateful for that. Please do your research before spending your hard earned money. Side note: ordered item from another retailer (also custom) delivered in 3 weeks.

Just want to say I am so happy with my purchase. My furniture came quickly and the delivery men put my pieces together very quick. My salesman George was great and worked endlessly to make me happy. He gave me a set date and they surely came through for me. Will definitely purchase more furniture with them.

The couches and tables I bought less than 2 years ago and barely have used look like they are 20 years old. The leather is fading and ripping, the tables are chipped and have bubbles all over the surface. I was contemplating if I should buy furniture here again then found out my credit card was canceled because I hadn’t purchased anything in a few months even though I’m still paying furniture off on this card. Needless to say I won’t be shopping here again.

I had such a wonderful experience here that I went back 2 days later and made another purchase! Everyone was so pleasant and I will get all my future furniture from them. Even my kids were impressed! I wish I had found this place sooner!!!

Ordered furniture back in October for our basement and living room. My wife and I were told that due to Covid there would be approximately a 15 week wait on the living room furniture and the furniture for the basement would be slightly less. We received the furniture for the basement in the time alotted but when it arrived it was missing a piece. When we contacted the store they claimed to have known nothing about that (although the delivery men notified us of the situation as soon as they got to our house) About 3 weeks later we received the extra piece. As for the living room furniture it is now the 2nd week of March and still no furniture. My wife has been dealing with Tracy who has been extremely unhelpful and flat out rude at times. No one contacts us we always have to initiate the phone call and then they are always blaming something else. It has now been over 5 months. My furniture is already paid off yet I have NOTHING for my living room. They will not give me a refund but they offered a gift card. Why would I want a gift card??? So I can go spend more money in your store and have you jerk me around some more? I understand delays, Covid, all of that. But this is out of hand. Then Tracy offers a loaner? So I want a loaner couch that other people have also used? Come on!! Stay away from this store. Customer service is horrible and they dont care about you once youve completed your purchase and walk out that door.

Absolutley horrible customer service!!! September 29th 2020 my boyfriend and I went into store in Medford and absolutely loved all the furniture that they had! We fell in love with a dining room table and (10)chairs and ordered them that day. Mind you this was not a cheap table ($3,500) We were helped by George who was very sweet and great to work with. They told us 8-10 week delivery time which is double what they normally expect to recieve deliveries. They said that they were saying 8-10 weeks just to be on the safe side to insure that we got it before then..... 26 WEEKS LATER..... STILL NO DELIVERY!!!! (March 27th 2021). After calling multiple times throughout the past 6 months asking where our table was we were answered with a lot of I dont know, we have to call the manufacture... This morning we FINALLY recieved a phone call that our table would be delivered around 10am-6pm.... it is currently 5:40pm and we have no recieved an update phone call..... not to mention that we called up last week to get an update and they decided to offer us a loner table while we wait...... After 26 weeks (6 months) without a diningroom table they finally gave us that option???? After speaking with Tracy on the phone (who was the most helpful and I highly recommend) she said no one has given you that option?.... we spoke with 10 plus people throughout the 6 months and not one person offered us a temporary table to have..... horrible horrible horrible. Hoping that when the table EVENTUALLY shows up it will not be damaged or need anything.. I highly DO NOT recommend Gallery Furniture in Medford.... will update review upon getting the table and chairs...

Customer service was great and I love how they give you the time to look and not have every worker on top of you trying to make a sale they answer truthfully and give u what u ask for the only downside is some of its pricey but I guess u get what u pay for so yeah.,

This place has pretty much the selection of what you expect in a furniture store. The person we dealt with was very nice, when we looked around. I am not a huge fan of over the top ornate furniture. There was enough items to look at that I could probably find something I like.

I had to put one star to post, but which there was a ZERO star rating.Terrible service! My mom purchased furniture in November 2020. She was assured at the time of purchase that the items would be there by Christmas. Well thats a lie. It is now February, not only does she not have her furniture BUT customer service refuses to give her an update on how far out her order is from delivery. They claimed they are not responsible for the delay. What in the world??? So a customer pays for furniture, can not get an estimated delivery ever and the vendor says they are not responsible? Where does this happen on planet earth? Be responsive. Take responsibility for your business practices. People will respect that. SMH!

Terrible customer service! Not worth the hassle! Ordered a new bedroom set for my son. Was told 3-4 weeks for delivery. After 6 weeks and no phone calls from them- only part of my order was delivered. No explanation, still no courtesy calls. Took a total of 2 1/2 months for my complete order to be delivered. And they never called to update me, even after I requested updates.

Very horrible experience with this company..They are a bunch of Rip off artists..The so called managers Frank and Max very unprofessional along with the sales guy George they promise you the world until they get your then its like F@$!# buddy.The delivery guy couldnt assemble my king size Bed Brought the wrong size slots for the Bed mind you I waited around 9hrs for it to be delivered which was a Friday..so they tell me sir we wont be able to fix your bed until Monday...so I had to go back to the store and argue with Frank the store manager to get some one to come and put the Bed together by this time its after 12 a.m...they still dont have the right slots for the frame but they dont say anything the Bed collapse with me and the wife in it 4 a.m ...so the next day they send another gentle man there to fix it they should of sent him the first time...smh...save your self an headache. Stay away from them

I had the most pleasant experience with Gallery Furniture. First off they have a huge showroom filled with beautiful quality furniture. I dealt with the store manager Chris who was very helpful and accommodating on placing a special order of a king bedroom set for me. I will definitely deal with Chris in the future when I plan on ordering additional furniture for my home.

We worked with Max. He went above and beyond for us and helped us furnish 3 rooms of our new house. We will return to furnish the rest of our home. We look forward to working with him again.

So far couldn’t be happier, Max has been great. Currently we are waiting for our special order items to come in. Will update as the process moves along.

So I ordered a sectional in July . The salesman was friendly and helped us book it. Told 4-6 weeks wait due to covid. I figured it was still before my daughters wedding, so booked it. Come September, still no phone or email from them or the factory ....afyer calling, were told 6 more weeks of wait ! Meanwhile, my daughters wedding functions were coming close, needed to change curtains, rug, paint walls.... really ? They refused to refund me too ! Totally frustrated with this place, will never go there again, or recommend them. So done with them.

Great experience. Wait time was extended due to covid, understandably. Beautiful quality, well worth the wait.

The worst customer service. My couch order is way back July 2020 and till now no feedback at all.When I called they just answered its on way its on way.We wanted to cancel our order and get our money back. They wont refund.Hello!....were not buying a couch and waited 5 months to sit.👎👎👎

Based on the attitude alone of the man that just answered the phone when I called to inquire if they had something specific in stock, I would never bother to set foot in this store. He was rude, very short with me and acted like I was bothering him.

Love your store. came over Labor Day weekend and furnished my entire house.. George and Max were totally awesome. I honestly didnt think i would find every single thing we wanted in one store, but obviously didnt realize how big your showrooms is. New house and now new furniture. Life is good. The free financing for 60 months was an added bonus. Thanks for being great.
