If I had a choice I would give them 0 stars. They never told me the product couldn’t be returned. Instead they said “WHY WOULD WE TELL YOU IT CANT BE RETURNED?” Total waste of my money and time. Don’t buy from them!!!

First time buying furniture for new apartment. they couldnt have been more helpful!showed us several options, didnt try to upsell too much when we said we were just moving out. shipping was late due to covid, but what isnt now a days. very friendly staff!

Please do not shop at this store! We got a couch and it was over a year and half old and spent a decent amount of money on it. It ripped in two areas and the store did absolutely nothing for us at all! Sent them photos and still couldn’t even care. Horrible customer service. All they do is play games. Go somewhere else! Jackie the manager just tagged us along thinking the problem would be resolved. Nope! Don’t shop here!
