My neighbor across the street is a fence contractor and receives deliveries from them almost weekly. Eastern Fence truck drivers have knocked over my mailbox 3x. They paid for replacement post and box the first two times but I had to spend 3-4hours on my Saturday replacing. After the 3rd time knocking over my mailbox they sent a crew out to replace. Now they keep driving over my lawn and creating large truck tire depressions. So frustrating to be dealing with this. I would not trust a company that has total lack of respect for peoples personal property.

I purchased the supplies and installation package from Lowes, they were promising me that I would receive the supplies at a certain dates but it never came. After waiting over three months I called Lowes again and they gave me the vendor number but after I called them they were very rude and told me theyre not dealing with customer directly and Lowes is not suppose to give me their number. So if both stores dont want to deal with customer and they already took my money, who should I called then? Very2 unprofessional and rude.

Eastern Fence has got it all together. Through this tough times and all these hurdles they still do everything they can to serve everyone to their best ability. No company delivers like Eastern, normally next day. There products are top notch and unlike any other. Their sales representatives are always a pleasure to deal with. The core of a good business is good people. I rarely find the responsiveness and cooperation at the top level of an organization like I recently did at Eastern Wholesale Fence due to to a minor delivery issue. Bob E. is a highly skilled communicator, problem-solver and leader; I strongly recommend patronizing this company based solely on his presence on the other end of the telephone. Best company for work and business

They will not allow us to buy from them because we don’t install enough fences. We install about 15 to 20 fence jobs a year. They then told us to buy from a list of contractors that they provided but none of them were willing to sell to us. We were not asking for any special pricing or a line of credit, our customer saw an arbor that they made and wanted it so we inquired about how to buy from them. In the amount of time and emails it took to fill out the application and get denied we could have just placed the order. Overall my experience is they are very hard to deal with. My customer ended up eliminating the arbor and we bought the material from National Fence in Avenel NJ.

Rafael Bayona is the Sales Manager for Eastern Wholesale Fence. We had issues with our gate lock. We reached out to Lowes and the Installer who were unable to assist. Lowes gave us the contact number for the Fence Manufacturer. Afterwards we contacted Mr. Bayona and he immediately researched our gate lock mechanism; by the end of the day a new one was to be shipped to our home address. His strong customer service and assistance was deeply appreciated.Ellen S.

The business owner and staff are the most professional and knowledgeable source in the business. They supply major Home improvement stores around the country as well as some foreign countries. The product is not available for private purchases.

The woman who picks up the phone was extremely disgusting rude & extremely disrespectful and no help at all. Did not want to answer any questions I had, she actually hanged up the phone twice on me, the third time did not even pick up . I would fire her if I was the boss. If a person cannot be friendly to customers why work dealing with customers . This incident happened many times !!!

Stay away from this company totally Unprofessional. Especially Tara she is very rude.

Stopped in to get a about 70 feet of 6’ fence to replace the old stockade fence my neighbor had up on our shared property line. I have Illusions on 3 sides already for about 15 years and wanted to finish the last side myself. Was basically told by the girl at the counter that they didn’t sell to the public but I could go around the corner to a fence company she recommended by name. Since I drove all the way from out east I asked if she could recommend a place closer to me, she replied “we are not allowed to recommend anyone”. Well it appears to me she had a connection with the local place and I asked again nicely if there was any place out east and she snapped back that they can’t recommend anyone but the place around the corner could help me. So if she can’t recommend anybody why does she keep trying me to get to use to place around the corner...does she get some kind of kickback from them? I’m the type of person that likes to stay away from the big box stores and spend my money on local businesses but it’s times like this that forces you to spend your money at the Home Depot’s and Lowe’s stores. I know the quality is not as good that’s why I chose to look into Eastern Fence, to purchase fencing that will look as new and last like the fencing that I have had up for 15 years.

If youre a fence contractor looking for material, NOT a crabby truck driver who doesnt like to wait to get unloaded, this is the place to buy in the North East. Great products, great lead time and above all, a sales staff that cares.

Lol, I dont usually do reviews mainly because Im way too busy to bother. But after calling this company, I couldnt help myself. Now seeing all these awful reviews, I understand why I got the service I got. The lady that answered the phone is Dreadful! It was obvious she could have cared less about obtaining my business. She was short, and acted as if I was wasting her time. I highly recommend anybody thinking about doing business with this company to consider otherwise.

If making a delivery in this place be prepared to wait several hours and be treated with indifference.... was told receiving hours were from 12am to 5 am, i get here at 8pm and checked in at 11:58pm, now is fricking past 3am and still nothing, this place is a joke, will never deliver to this location again.

If I could rate this company a 0 I would. Boyfriend and I are Owner Operators and we are picking up a load we sat with our EDL clocks running for over 4 hours now and not even loaded yet. They have taken a lunch break plus 2 other 10 minutes breaks, loaded 2 other trucks while we have sat. This was at the Calverton NY building. Never again will we pick up a load here.

Sales reps are rude and not verry helpfull. They will make it easy to purchase and then send what they want and incomplete. We wanted it shipped and they gave us an $850 shipping charge so we contacted the shipping company our self and got a $250 quote. They did not like that so now our delivery has been rescheduled 3 times because they just simply refuse the give the driver our order. Just a shame... Now we have lost a client an we are going to turn then in to the better business bureau and we are going to contact our attorney on monday to see what can be done. They have done this on purpose because they simply refuse to just provide a service in a professional manner. Im so disappointed and will not ever do business with the.
