The Watertown company that referred me to this Somerville company had a higher opinion of them than they deserve. Based on my encounter with a male clerk at 11:20am on June 16th, I will never return to this business.

They always seem to have what youre looking for in stock. My only complaint is they are pricey. If you can wait till the next morning you can usually get the same product for at least 25 to 40% off their prices. Their products are very good and they always have what you need. But they should offer better pricing to contractors in the field. Ive been in business for 40 years taking over my business from my father and my grandfather before him. Since the 1950s we have always received discounts from any company that we opened an account with. The no discount thing is a thorn in my side. Charge the guy coming in off the street full price. It makes it tough for a contractor to mark things up that are already marked up. Nowadays my customers can go online and see what a product cost if they ordered it overnight.

We recently have heat problem, and my friend recommended this company to buy the motor, I am so glad that they have it. And I simply just called and they got it ready for us. And most important the price is so fair.

Cant say enough about Ross he was very knowledgeable about the Motor we needed for the job. The person on the counter even removed the pulley for us.Will go nowhere else for fan or motor replacement.
