Mt. View Windows & Doors is an excellent contractor for upgrading your home. Installers were professional and extremely skilled. We had interior paint done recently, and the installation was done without any damage to newly painted window trim. The new windows (and 2 interior doors) are beautiful, quality product that really improved our 30+ year old home. Great job, thank you!

They arrived on time to install the windows, were friendly, courteous, and left the areas probably cleaner than when they started. The entire house was finished in a day . Plus they took the old windows to Habitat for Humanity for (hopefully) re-use. All in all, we were pleased and impressed with Mountain View!

I purchased some frech doors 5 years ago and was very happy with it at the time. Recently the side started to change color around the blinds. I was really sad and was not sure what to do. I took a picture and went to show them and ask their opinion. When I showed him the photos he said that it was a manufacturer defect and even though it was 5 years they would fix it. I received a phone call from Mike the installer and he set up a appointment right away. He came over and was awesome at his job. I would use Mountain view windows again for sure. So happy that they stand behind their windows even if its been five years.

They have been amazing from the first moment. It was really easy to schedule an appointment even with my difficult schedule. Ray came on time and was very knowledgeable. He took the time with us, he explained what type of windows to put in our 1905 house so that it looks like they have always been here. He spent maybe an hour here, measured everything, went to his van and 10 minutes later we had a printed quote. We chatted for good 10 minutes about fixer uppers and local craftsman doing siding and molding and all the good stuff. We decided to go with them, even thought we got a slightly cheaper quote several days earlier from another company.The windows were ready in 5 weeks without a day (we were told ahead they were busy). Two guys came and installed 14 windows in about 8 hours. They were clean, did not damage anything and did a wonderful job!! I dreaded dust and just a mess but I came in and all was nice and clean and as I left it.We got the windows cleaned for free by a contracted company. We were not as satisfied with them but that is a different story.Niki has been very helpful with getting all our paperwork ready for the Energy Trust of Oregon, so we can get our refund back. We are very pleased that they mentioned it from minute one that we can get money back on this upgrade. It makes it all that much nicer.We love our new windows, they make world of a difference in keeping the home cool as our old home doesn’t have an AC, on top of that they look amazing.Thank you, you were recommended to us and we have already recommended you! I have completed 3 jobs with Mountain View Window and Door. Each time the service only gets better. The dark haired office girl- I forgot her name-is very professional and sweet. The installers Joe and Mike went out of their way to help me with my blinds and even pointed out a defect in my glass. Glass was put on reorder and was installed within 2 weeks. I can not say enough about this company. I just wish they did more than windows and doors!!!

Great experience with Mountain View. Niki was super helpful. She even sent me all the paperwork with great instructions on how to apply for the Weatherization rebate. They have an awesome showroom with windows, doors and a super selection of Emtek knobs and hardware. They finished the replacement of windows in my 1958 home before the expected date! Mike and Ben the installers were knowledgeable, efficient and tidy! I can highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend Mountain View Window & Door! I have bought windows from Z 3 times and havent had a problem yet! They took time to tell how to replace the metal rods in the side of the windows so i can fix the other windows that I am not ready to replace.You must go see Mountain View the next time you need windows. They have good prices and are very professional. Z will help you without trying to up sale you. You are not just another sale at Mountain View! THEY CARE!!

In 2016 we purchased a 30 year old home with grid windows in every room. We knew replacing the grid windows for higher grade UV clear windows would be on our remodel list.We got multiple bids but found Roy @ Mountain View addressed everything we wanted including color gradients on the transom window in the back. This is why we went with this company, DETAILS were addressed...new casings that had to match, exterior painting, suggestions on uniform design.....and their cost was lower than the other bids.Our 3 man crew was stellar - they arrived on time, installed everything in 1 day, and replaced a transom window which had a factory defect in two weeks. They also left our home as clean as a whistle. Besides modernizing the overall look (no more grids) the windows have added VALUE to our home. We are thrilled to look thru clear glass; the new windows protect our furniture from sun damage, and no more condensation on the frames!Mountain View did an outstanding job from start to finish...great products, knowledgeable staff, excellent execution, and money well spent.

As a board member for the United Methodist Church of Medford, I was tasked with overseeing some upgrades to our 100+ year old building. One of these upgrades was the windows, which were in very poor/failing condition. I contacted numerous contractors to review the project, which includes over 85 windows. We selected Mountain View and couldnt be more glad. Our curb appeal has increased, our rooms are less drafty, and outside sounds are no longer problematic. Most importantly, it felt like Ray and his crew were church family. They understood our needs, they provided us with excellent product, they worked around scheduling limitations with our churchs many functions, and their workmen were outstanding. One of the windows was broken at installation, and they were outstanding at letting us know when we could expect the replacement.When our church was vandalized, and a window was broken, they were there immediately, and fixed it for free. They made an enormous project seem easy, and certainly seamless.After the success of our windows, we realized we needed some doors replaced. They helped us determine the right type for current and future needs, and helped us to design a new entrance layout that was easily approved by city planning. I couldnt be more pleased with this company, and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for any project.

Great to work with on our new home. And had a great price. Theyre price was so good it actually made my contractor mad... he normally uses someone else, but I told him that i wanted to get a bid from mountain view and his response was ok but my normal window place gives me a special price... so when we got the bid from mountain view it was lower that the other guys and my contractor said wow, maybe my special price wasnt so special... I am going to have a talk with them.....

I havent personally worked with this company but can vouch for the personality of those working for them. They employ very kind-hearted people. I almost got into an accident that couldve taken my life, one of their employees were the only one out of a few dozen cars that pulled over to check on me and make sure I was okay. I cant stress to you enough of the effect that simple action had on my life. I will be spreading the word to use this company.

We are completing our new home construction and have shopped around locally for just about everything. We really liked that the doors at Mountain View were made locally and the customer service seemed personable and good. Until...the front door, transom and 2 sidelights were delivered. The sidelights were NOT what we ordered or wanted. We received 1/4 sidelights.We ordered 1/2.We wanted 1/2.Our plans call for 1/2.I spoke to Nikki and she could care less that there was an issue with our order. Her tone changed immediately when I called and was not helpful in anyway. Aside from the sidelights not having the correct amount of glass I also mentioned that the adhesive was very sloppy and clumps were everywhere. She said that was normal and we just needed to remove it with a razor. We have shopped around enough and been around construction enough to know that this was not normal and should have been removed before delivery.After a week of emails, calls and messages I was able to have a phone call with the manager. He was totally unprofessional and rude. He talked over me, would not hear me and defended his employee. All I asked for was for them to exchange the sidelights for what we originally wanted or to be compensated for the difference. He told me that wasnt an option but we could purchase new sidelights separately.My husband and I reviewed our order before the confirmation and payment. On the paperwork, the sidelight glass matched the door and transom. Choosing the glass was an option; style, color and design, so we assumed that was what it meant. The rest was number codes but since we had reviewed our order in the store with Nikki, we thought she had it entered correctly. She did not.The manager let me know that I cant expect a supreme pizza when I order and pay for a pepperoni. I told him that I ordered a sausage and mushroom and got a pepperoni and olive, except it cost over $3,000.Its taken a year for us to build our custom home and Mountain View Window & Door has been, by far, the very worst and most frustrating company to work with from foundation to roof top to finish!!

Great knowledgeable staff. They helped us find the best picks and the best price. The installation was flawless and the guys were great. We used them on more then one house.

Took a broken screen from my french door to their location so they could measure and order me a new one. Three + weeks later they called saying it was there. I went down, picked it up hauled it home and had to wait a few more weeks for my contractor to install it. Turns out, they gave me the wrong door. I hauled it down there again and they gave me my door which was still sitting in their back room. (I obviously had someone elses door who was waiting for it!). Hauled the new door home and had to have the contractor out it again - it was eventually installed. Looking over my credit card statements I noticed I was charged twice for the door - over a month a part. I called them and they said I had to bring them my credit card statements so they could look at them. Really??? OK, I printed off my statements, took them down and they said, oh yes, you were charged twice. That was over 5 days ago and I am still waiting for the credit to show up on my card. I will never go back here.

I ordered 9 windows and a new front door (cash and carry) with Ray and his company. When i went to pick up my order about 3-4 weeks after placing my order, they told me they forgot to place my order on my door. They said it would take 1-2 weeks to get the door in.When i got my windows back home i realized that 6 out of the 9 windows i ordered were the wrong size. Not only did the owner of the company (RAY) personally come out and measure my windows 2 times, he still got the measurements wrong.When Ray came back out to my house to get the correct measurements he not only told me that there was nothing he could do to compensate me for the mistake he made, but he also stated that they (Mountain View Window and Door) didnt make much off of my order so he really couldnt do much! He then said he could do free delivery of the new windows when they arrived in no more then 2 weeks!Well... 3 and half weeks later i called to check on my order and I was not impressed with the level of customer service i got from the ladies in the office. They were actually quite rude if im being honest. But they tell me my windows got put on back order (I never got a call to tell me my windows would not be here in the 1-2 weeks i was promised) So to say the least I got the complete run around with my order.I will NEVER Recommend these guys for any type of job, even tho they sell good windows and doors.
