Best pharmacy ever..I drive 25 miles round trip & pass several pharmacies on my way. They are fast, knowledgeable & friendly. They have amazing staff. The pharmacist take the time to go over things with you & answer any questions.

After waiting for 10 minutes and pressing the call button they decided to assist a car who had just pulled up instead of helping me who had been waiting in the drive thru already. This place is ridiculous. They said we will help you after the other car even though I had already been waiting.

Love the drive through pharmacy. Very convenient as well as helpful.

Not very friendly and super rude on the phone.

Consistently bad customer service. Switching to other Walmart pharmacy. Hopefully they are better.

They usually do the bare minimum and are not the friendliest... I went there immediately after I had surgery to pick up meds related to said surgery... No compassion whatsoever, I was in pain and had a hard time speaking which was super annoying to the pharmacist.One time, however, I had a super nice guy help me and I wish I knew his name so I could give him a shoutout for being awesome!

Attentive pharmisists. Always answer my questions with a smile. Even with masks. :)

Worst pharmacy in town.I go here regularly to pick up medication for my patients and they always take forever and dont know how to cooperate with insurance. They will give you bad information and wont help you in ways that I know a pharmacy is able (I have to make them do it). Go somewhere else for your prescriptions. Anywhere is better.

Ive been using this pharmacy for over a year now, and today I brought in a new prescription which was quite costly without insurance. I found out they never had my insurance information and were charging me for every prescription I filled through them, even when they could have found that information out themselves. Im never coming back.

Horrible service. Pharmacist is snappy. No bedside manners snarky tones. Will not use this pharmacy again. Also never asked for insurance or ID havent used pharmacy in years. Good to know you just give my prescription to anybody.

The ONLY reason I have any prescriptions at this pharmacy is because its the only place between Ashland and Medford that even carries the medication I need! I have not liked their service or the way they treat people since this store opened up

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to use. They have the cheapest prices so being without insurnace and needing multiple medications for my family, we have to use it. If you have the means to go elsewhere, you should. They are out of the medications 80% of the time, they delay refills without giving reason, you have to wait on hold for over 5 minutes every time you call, the lines are so long you end up waiting 20-40 minutes and the associates/pharmacists are extremely rude. Ive used them in the past (about 5 years ago) and had the same issues.

10 X faster than Costco, and Youll catch more bees with honey than vinegar. Try being respectful and courteous, and youll be amazed what kind of service you get!

Very SLOW! ITS A bit rediculouse most of the time.There is this blond woman upfront that needs to be replaced!She makes the whole pharmacy run like trash.I mean yes it takes 2 too tango so with the clumsy blond upfront, and the others acting like they are doing something in the back.They need to put a foot down at this pharmacy

I completed my order online and paid for it so it was a quick pick up.

Pharmacy was terrible. They wouldnt finish filling prescription because they wanted to close for lunch. I told them I had sick person in car with fever and they didnt care one bit. They said they go for a half hour lunch but the sign they stuck up with time theyll be back was actually 40 minutes later. Guess they cant tell time either. First and last time using them.

I like the store. It is clean with nice fresh vegetables. Glad to have you in the community Walmart!! They keep the outside clean also!!!

, and those that answer the phone wen we have to call is painful to say the least.They seem bored, have NO personality, and seemed put off. We were very surprised as we expected better when we switched to this pharmacy.

Even though Walmart doesnt carry my meds, at least they answer the phones & ur questions.. Fred Myers South & North do not answer their phones, must be on their Early Lunch at both stores or cell phones.....thks Wallymart..k

This Wal-Mart is fine for shopping, but pick your pharmacy elsewhere! So hard to get prescriptions filled, i never know when they are ready, despit being on text and call notification list of theres.I have found it esayer to transfer my prescriptions to the walmart on Crader lake hwy, but even that is hit or miss with these guys! Sometimes, for reasons unknown to me, they just wont transfer my prescriptions where I want so i have to go out of my way just to get my pills! Im disabled and I dont live near this walmart. I dont even shop here if i can avoid it. Employees here, at the pharmacy specifically, look act and treat you like they would rather be anywhere else doing anything else.

Slowest pharmacy in world. If they tell you 45 minutes, you can count on waiting 3 hours. A couple of the pharmacists have a god complex!!

This pharmacy sucks!!! Especially if ur in a hurry they will tell u 45 minutes but in all actuality itll be more like 3 hours and the staff is condescending and rude!
