We just had GM/CG install counters in our new kitchen, including a breakfast bar, island, and about an 11-foot pantry cabinet. Since we are building our own home, we really appreciated the help Becky provided in making and coordinating the order, Randy’s advice and expertise in the measuring appointment, and the great group of guys who did the install. It was impressive to see FOUR gentlemen arrive which made it possible for them to do the whole job in about 3 hours without so much as a tiny scrape on a wall and with perfect cleanup. Every single person knew his/her job inside and out and was a joy to work with. We highly recommend this company.

Granite Mafia is a top-notch granite supplier and fabricator, and I highly recommend them. We used them for our kitchen remodel and found Becky (a true gem) and the staff to be professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We couldnt be happier with the fit and finish of our new granite. Will will be using them again for our master bath remodel.

Becky was super helpful and great to work with. She managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule and the guys got everything done on time. Will definitely use Granite Mafia in the future. Service was great and they were the only place I went to that actually had per-square-foot prices on everything. Becky gave me a fabrication cost, so then I could actually look around and know how much I was going to spend. So much easier than all the other shops in town. My kitchen is Pental Avenza polished and guest bath (gray) was a flint remnant from the well-stocked and clearly priced remnant yard. Great experience all around :)

From great service with picking out what countertops we wanted, all the way to the install, it was a great experience. The guys that came to install noticed the cabinets were not level and instead of “making it work” they said something and I had my contractor buddy come over and fix the cabinet. They cared enough to do it right. We’re really happy!

I had the worst customer service in my entire life by the owner. I would never recommend using Granite Mafia to anyone. There are far better granite companies in the Valley. Do your research and go somewhere else.

Granite Mafia was out at my house yesterday for installation of our granite. The install exceeded my expectations in every way. The granite fit absolutely perfect with no modifications needed. Everything fit within a 16th of an inch or less. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job. Everything was cleaned up extremely well and care was taken when bringing in this slabs to not damage anything.

We shopped around for granite installers and a friend who used this company highly recommended them. This company is so professional, very knowledgeable, very reasonable, and so efficient! I highly recommend them, in fact we went back to finish our laundry room cabinets!

Working with Becky was a dream. She was so helpful and responsive. The installers came when they said they would and the finished product of our kitchen counter tops was beautiful. These folks also saved me a lot of money. Couldnt recommend them more.

I was shopping around the valley for a place to install new countertops to my wifes dream Kitchen and I was told by several other companies not to expect it to be perfect. They really didnt seem like they needed any business...kind of like a take it or leave it attitude. The staff and Becky were absolutely a dream to work with! She said she would guarantee me the wife will be happy with her and the crew!! (Also awesome people) they had it scheduled within a 10 days and had me feeling like the man to my wife! I recommended my parents to them as well when they were needing some work done as well. Hands down great people to work with.

I had Granite Mafia custom make a top for a coffee table. Becky was a great help finding a rement peice of granite then went above and beyond to coordinate a welding job to help brace the new granite top. Joe cut and polished the piece to fit perfectly inside. They had all of this completed and ready for pick up in less than a week. This place is customer service oriented, efficient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend and will be back for the next time I need any granite. Extremely happy with my ‘new’ coffee table.

I ignored comments I heard about GMafia so I called and inquired about a counter and now I see what people I know mean; yes they are snappy, as if they think they’re too good to be helpful or to provide courteous client services

The reason I give five stars is because Randy stood tall on a job that went south, without hassel. And Becky is super when it comes to customer service and for those reason’s i will alway’s give them my business.
