Rude employees. Following customers around badgering them about touching product they are trying to buy. Overheard employee at register slander a customer for trying to contain her kids. Wasnt there 10 minutes. Shame. Used to be a cool place to shop for oddities.

This is a super cool place to stop by and check out. it reminds me of Hastings combined with all the little novelty shops and specialty shops inside the mall without Mall prices and the customer service is awesome. Their covid safety practices are above par here as well.

I had my two year old with me and she was a little unruly. I bought a $44.99 OPMS BLACK(5 CAPSULE PACK). Left it on the counter. Continued chasing my daughter and walked out and forgot it.......I didnt realize. So I search my car for 20 minutes right out front. Went back in store. The first time the guys acted like i wasnt just there...I have not left the parking lot mind you. So i go back and continued to search outside area parking lot etc. Will no avail. I wint back in the store and the young woman who sold me the item was at the counter. I told her i may had left it on counter. She said no you took it with you. And said sorry......THANKS GUYS GREATLY RAN BUSINESS

Best shop ever. They long blonde haired guy has the best customer service the guy with the cornrows is so confident and efficient. Both are just too good looking for words!

I come here often and I would just like to say thank you for being one of the only places around here that actually enforces the mask rules. Im sure you get alot of back lash from customers but I for one am grateful. Everytime I come in, everyone is wearing a mask and the counters are being sanitized. This is a great place to shop. Borderline harassing my friend and I last Friday. We were simply just standing at the Incense and my friend was picking out 20. I grabbed 2 wax sensy things and they wouldn’t stop coming up to us. Not the only store I’ve been to, I can differentiate when it’s excessive or not and it was definitely excessive and made both of us feel uncomfortable. They definitely thought we were stealing even though you can clearly see her making a bag of incense. They didn’t seem worried about what any other customers were doing at all. Definitely not a good experience at all. Seems like it’s a thing for the staff to not have respect for customers.

Rude..rude...rude staff. Omfg...you know some of us dont need to judge others because we like ourselves...clearly these people hate themselves. They were all equally just snobby and ride af. My Gosh I will make sure I at least try to offer another place to anyone that says they are going there. Fire everyone and get some cool people up in there.

I am a daily customer the staff is friendly and and her helpful. I like that they have single bags of kratoms and and you can mix in match. It is the only place in town that has that.They have a knowlegeable staff that consist of alex,Becca rich, logan Nick and clara those are some.of the few that work there . They have a great selection of glass products as well options for CBD and the prices are spot on. I would highly suggest the medford location. I had one bad experience and it was at the grants pass one the selection wasnt as good with Martin when asked about the different selections the person on duty was rude and it seemed like am inconvenience. Im not trashing anyone but that store needs serious work and they need a lesson in customer service. I did not feel welcome and I will stay loyal to the medford one because they do there job.

Beautiful locally made jewelry and handblown glass items. Great costumes and wigs, and a variety of things to look through. Manager looks young but is very knowledgeable. I always receive great service. There is an adult section separate and clearly marked for those with young children. Cozy store.

Apparently my mask wasnt good enough, so the employee rudely made me put on a blue paper mask. Then proceeded to follow us around the store staring at us from aisle to aisle... I can why the store is so poorly rated. Wont shop there again!

They dont offer any refund. Even on unopened sealed containers. Seems kinda ridiculous.

Terrible quality glass and vaporizers at triple to quadruple the price as competing retailers or online retailers..... they sell Halloween costumes in February, which remain on the shelf all year, they focus their attention too much on costumes and not enough on the smoke shop! plenty of good places online or locally at 42 Degrees or Sky High....

I love Magic-Man!! The shop is amazing, they have almost anything for your costume! My only suggestion and it might have been fixed because I have not visited them in a while. But I would sugest more of the staff walking around just to check in on the customers!

I go to the Medford store to get Kratom. And I have to say, each time my wife or myself going in, they are always helpful. They are all willing to help with anything I need. And there is always service with a smile, even when its busy in there. And my son Kellan loves going there, the employees always joke with him and make him laugh. We get treated like family. I will continue going here, and recommend MM to anyone I know.

The Magic Man is running a commercial on the radio that says that E cigarettes are good for you and will make you healthier. This is an absolute lie and should not be allowed to be on the radio but it is. Recent studies have shown E cigarettes to be filled with very bad ingredients including know cancer causing chemicals.The Magic Man seems to want your money more than they care about whats right or wrong.They have left me with a very bad taste and I will no longer use them for gifts.

Says they open at 9 you mean management gets in at 9 and they dont open the doors until around 9:20 Not very professional for management if you say you open at 9 you better be there at 8:45 I would know i run a business myself

I go a few times a month for vape supplies and whatever else looks good. Its just a fun place to shop. Love the place and the people. They have always treated me right. Customer service is great. They always let me take my time to make sure what im buying is right for me. The only time i ever saw an unhappy customer it was because they thought the no returns policy (clearly posted on the door and by the registers) should not apply to them because mommy said they were a special little snowflake. I personally have never had any reason to return anything because... THEY ROCK!! ;-)

Now that is hypocrisy unmatched considering I was asked when I bought it was I going to be using wax or weed both marijuana products. To conclude they will never get another dime of my money.The owner wants to know the problem with vape unit so here goes.The problem with unit was where you plug in to charge it, it was pushed part way in and would not make a good connection and it would just stop charging. I bring in to Magic Man and employee says let me try to plug it in. When I said the charger is right here he stated he had a charger already plugged in. When he hands it back now the unit is jammed in so far you cant plug anything into it and he says all he did was try to plug it in and yet they wont exchange unit or give refund. For you parents thinking about buying Halloween costumes for your kids here, did you know that this store is a marijuana dispensary? Their sales staff is also nasty and rude.

They have lots of stuff but buyer beware. They are rude, crude and could care less about customer satisfaction. They have a no return policy they dont talk about or advertise, even on things they should like unopened items with receipt. I only go there for papers but over and over again I see BS happen there with customers leaving very unhappy. The staff are almost universally junky like, One had track marks but maybe a recovering addict but when you see things like that, employees in pajamas, crack mouthed employees and unhappy customers....just beware dont buy anything that can get screwed up, hence why I stick to papers.

What happened? Lived in this valley for almost 40 years and Magic Man has always been my go to head shop...today i was treated rudely and will no longer spend any of my money at this store...lately i would say every visit the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful and are not knowledgeable about their products and/or the current regulations in regards to recreational marijuana use...quite upsetting after all these years of patronizing this establishment.

So I let the girl know what size bowl I needed, She handed me a bin full of them, I choose one and she sends me on my way. I get home and its not the right size! Common Thats the only thing i needed for her to help me with and she still sold me the wrong size bowl. Who hands someone a bin full of different size bowls when they specifically ask for a certain size and then let them walk out with something thats not going to do a damn bit of good...Well i take it back the next day (too late to take it back that night) and the guy that i spoke to (what a joke) wouldnt do a damn thing for me besides a small discount if i bought another one! Oh okay cause i havent already wasted $20 and enough of my time.On another note every glass piece I have purchased there is crap. Just because It looks like a water pipe doesnt mean its good quality.. After a couple years of wasting money and my most recent mishap I will never again step foot inside Magic Man.

Dude behind the counter was either dipping into their Kratom stash or nodding off from too much H during the transaction. Either way it was probably the weirdest thing Ive ever seen and dont think Ill be back.

I will never return there and suggest you do the same. I bought a product from there and it didnt work when I got it home so I returned it in the box with receipt and was told they would not refund or exchange it under any circumstances. The salesperson made no mention of this supposed policy nor was there a sign anywhere stating this nor was it written on the receipt. WUTTA SHAM!
