I used to love CVS. I used to look forward to going here, finding things for which I was looking and other treats. Now when I go here, there almost always is another reason I do not want to return. On my last visit, this location only had a front-end attendant at the self-checkout station. I had a coupon on my phone that required an employees attention. When I asked for assistance at the register, the attendant did not assist, the asked if I was paying with card. The answer to that was irrelevant; I knew that, but she thought she knew better. When she finally got someone to help, they acted as if Id woke them from a nap; as if I was inconveniencing them with my business. There are many more griefs I have but Ill reserve them. With this continued lack of customer service and no notable reduction in prices since their implementation of self check out, I look forward to finding alternative retailers.

This is one of the best CVS I ever been to. The pharmacist was extremely helpful and the staff was super nice. Great job !

A little after midnight last Wednesday night. Brought a prescription to be filled. My first time using this pharmacy. I was in the store for less than 15 minutes. The pharmacist took my prescription and filled it right away. What a great experience! Thank You!

Worst customer service from the staff and don’t even think about asking for assistance from the manager. It is filthy, dark and smells like dirty feet. Go across the street to Walgreens instead, well lit store, no carpet and no offensive smells.

This store is awful. The customer service is beyond horrific, if you try to get anyone who actually works there to help!! Good luck. Spend your money somewhere else, this store is horrible and the employees suck.

Useless customer service and store manager. They ask everyone to go to self checkout. And if you get them to do checkout, theyre Too slow to checkout with just one working register/POS at a time. Online coupon did not work for me and the store manager couldnt do anything. And she did not even try to make it work. This store wont grow with such staff. Need a lot of improvement on the customer service front. Disappointed!

Super busy at 5:30 pm, lots of people getting Covid Vaccine, but staff were well organized and friendly.

I use this CVS store several times and I love my experiences. Employee Rachan has made the shopping easy due his interpersonal skills and his ability to know when you may need assistance. His kindness, engagement and her advice are remarkable qualities that makes shopping at this location a pleasant experience. Rachan stands out, congratulations!

Store employees at Wellington Circle store in Medford outright lie to customers regarding monthly charge for care pass program. Even when you ask directly if there will be charges they lie and say no. Then dont even get me going about CVS customer relations and there lack of ability to resolve fraudulent charges. Customer Relations did admit that the store employees do receive incentive for selling this product so I guess they have to meet some type of quota. i guess you really cannot trust employees at your local CVS store. Time to move on to Walgreens.

Rude pharmacy staff. I asked the pharmacist a question and he replied in the rudest way possible without even answering my question.I feel like he did not even know the answer so it was easier for him to be rude and unprofessional than at least try to help.

You can get what you need here, but the checkout clerks during the day are more concerned with your CVS card than your shopping experience, theyre like robots

24 hour pharmacy is super convenient and pharmacy staff are always friendly! Regular store lines can be long, but always move quickly.

Very quick on picking up Medications as far as shopping you always find what you need. There curtious and help you when you cant find what your looking for I just love this CVS they definitely on top of everything.... Thank you for your fast service....

The staffs know nothing. They dont even know the return policy. They wont try to help you nor provide customer service. Dont understand how this CVS could survive in this century. The staffs are like having social mental problems or from some third countries who dont want to do business with you and trying hard to be mean.

One of the oldest and worst CVS’. Long lines, cramped layout, empty shelves, old fixtures, old broken down coolers etc.

Over the phone customer service is horrible. They often don’t pick up, when they do offer little to no help at all. Anything you ask about they don’t care enough to give a solid helpful answer. In my case i shipped my disposable camera through them, it takes two weeks to arrive, it’s been three and when i ask for an update they are in a hurry to cut me off and say no just wait. Finally today a woman said she’s check for me, i was put on hold for 5 minutes, someone picked up and hung up on me. Horrible service and staff

I not to bad open all night

I was there recently, and when I come back home I checked the cashier gave 5$ less in my change. I usually dont count the change based on the trust, but I guess Ill have to start doing it now. I dont expect this kind of service. Its not a big amount but I would like to bring this to attention.

Went in to pick up prescriptions for someone who had just had heart surgery. They gave me the correct number of drugs but left out a critical cardiac med. You would think a pharmacy wouldnt make that kind of dangerous and careless error but they did. So they put in an extra med that wasnt due for a refill.

Great open 24 hrs very convenient

Love it, open 24 hours and I can pickup prescriptions very late. I work long hours as a CPA and its great they are flexible and easy to work with!

This is a pretty typical CVS where you would find anywhere else, but they are open 24 hours which is a big plus for the area since the Walgreens across the street closes at midnight. Its fairly large compared to the other Medford locations in Medford Square and they do have a photo lab unlike the other two locations close by.

Its an ok store but not as big as it looks the outside view is a little deceiving once you are inside it has reallly narrow aisles that get crowded even the check out is pretty busy the selection is ok but to me its just like every other location same sales same prices the service ok though a little slow, i really dont go to any that often anymore only when im searching for a certain product i cant find at other stores and ONLY that cvs will have, and i am pretty sure that this location is the store that years ago used to be in the Meadow Glen Mall that relocated here it is the only other one i know after Medford Square which has 2.

Was there just now wait for 20 minutes trying to get a prescription filled 3 persons there one in the phone and others talking no one at least say will be there with shortly worse service

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Like all CVSs, its overcrowded, the aisles are a mess, the store is dark and smelly and the carpets are dirty. In general, the store looks and feels unhealthy. The automatic prescription refills never ever happen. Im switching my prescriptions to Walgreens.
