Their salads looked super good and fresh but do not be deceived!! If you buy a salad from this crown market you WILL find a clump of mud in your salad! such a shame a perfectly good salad has to go to waste :( #hopeidontgetfoodpoisoning

Do not I repeat do not buy there salads. We bought multiple salads from there and we found dirt/mud in the lettuce !! So gross, if I could give negative 5 stars I would .

Love the place, but siriously the owners and managers NEED to make it where all employees have the BREAKS and LUNCHES they deserve. You guys suck horribly when it come to that. I never see or hear anyone getting the Breaks and Lunches. By LAW they r suppose to. So get your stuff straighten out and quickly otherwise you could get shut down.

I recently went to the Crown Market on Barnett. I tried to pay with a card, but the machine wasn’t working and it canceled the transaction. No big deal we just used the other card machine. Several weeks go by and both charges had in fact went through. Charged twice on the same day 45seconds apart. I later returned to the store and mentioned what had happened and they assured me it would be taken care of promptly. Several more weeks went by and nothing. I had to go in several times, make several phone call’s and each time was told it would be taken care of. I had all but given up on ever getting my money back. I stopped in yesterday and the clerk recognized me, opened the register and gave me cash. I did give them proof of the transaction as soon as I noticed the additional charge. Thank you for being an honest company!

Amazing deli, friendly staff. The only place I know of where you can get pastrami on a burger. Great selection.

Glena is absolutely amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone! It’s cheaper than any place I’ve been and the customer service is phenomenal! Glena has become so familiar with me that now she knows exactly what I need when she sees my face! How incredible is that? Definitely stop in if you’re near and need something 💕

I would not suggest this store as of customers are being harassed and treated like bad people.If you ask me I think that the employee should get fired but crown would not do anything about it.

I have been a loving customer to this place for 2 years+, this store is easy to come to but now I am worried about going there and being harrassed by a lady who works there. This store has everything I love but people I know have been banned from this store and is not allowed to come back for things they have not done. Thank you.

I was recently in the crown market on Barnett rd. While I was grabbing my items, an employee with corn rows, glasses and a darker shaded skin tone starting racially and maliciously attacking a group of customers, who did not provoke her in any way. She began using racial slurs towards the customers and saying phrases such as “I get off in 10 minutes, I’m gonna have my homies come deal with you ignorant white people”, and “all of these white B***** look the same to me”. I am a member of a Medford chapter of activists that specifically deal in the bullying and mistreatment of others, and about 50 other people including myself will not be a customer at this, or any other crown market for that matter. Me, and several others would like to know how to contact a manager or someone equipped to deal with this situation. This truly is disappointing and a true show of the lack of supervision and a poor show of being held accountable for your actions by a manager. I truly hope this gets dealt with soon.

It close to my house . Im in a wheelchair so it is nice to roll down there. The night staff are awesome ! They stayed open for me last night so I could grab a soda and my cup of ice . Great selection of food hot and cold. Way cheaper than the the minute market. People will talk smack and they just shake it off..
