Had to get new glasses and asked the optometrist about bifocals and he said ge was just going to write the prescription for distance and if I needed to see up clise to take them off...it was cheaper he said. Well, I picked them up and the girl at the vision center told me to take ygem home and try them out. Apparently, bc I had my contacts in I couldnt try them out at the store for whatever reason. Got home and was like oh, these arent going to work. Called the store and told the associate that I couldnt see anything that was an arms length away with or without the glasses. I use a computer at work and do believe I marked that on the paperwork. She actually asked me if I took my contacts out before I put the glasses on. I have no words for how stupid of a question that was. The glasses are useless and were over $200 bc the eye doctor thought cheap was better than being able to see. Im returning them as soon as they open today and wont be going back there again.

Quick and painless. Called to schedule an appointment and was seen the next day. Went in to get contacts. The doctor and the assistants were both very helpful and informative. Whole process was about 25 minutes and I left with contacts in my eyes.

The new eye doctor is great! Very good with kids and friendly with adults. Both the doctor and the assistants are SO helpful: the staff helped my son try to find his perfect frames for like 40 minutes (15 minutes one day, then we had to leave and come back and do it all over). They were determined to get him the frames he liked. :)

This review is about the vision center. I recently went to them for a contact lens exam. The doctor was nice enough however I cant see clearly out of the contacts he prescribed me and I did try to tell him they werent right but then I gave up because the walmart employees started making me feel uncomfortable and I was bothering them, especially the manager. I spent $320 on exam and lens and I still wear my glasses. Will try again somewhere else. I gave it 2 stars because the manager and employees were very rude and I feel completely ripped off.

This store is no longer here, has been shut down and moved to Medford on south pacific hwy.
