My experience at Paden Eye Care Center was excellent. It was the first time I ever had my eyes checked and dilated, and I wasnt sure what to expect. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and professional, and they made me feel welcomed. The rest of the medical staff were spectacular, making me feel comfortable and informed. They explained every step of the process and were very patient with my questions. Dr. Paden was great! He explained my results clearly, and he made me feel at ease. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this office. They all get an A+ in my book.

Even though my husband hasn’t been a patient to Dr. Paden before, his stuff took him in right away after learning he might possibly have something in his eye, causing pain, irritation and swelling. I can only give four stars because of not feeling safe from COVID 19. Dr Paden had a face mask only half on, and I could see his jaw move and his mouth on his right side. The computer keys were not sanitized after each employee used the keyboard. There were two different ones during my visit, and one touched the doorknob and didn’t sanitize before she typed and tested me. Dr. Paden sanitized his hands, but was the only one who did so in the exam room.The personnel were thorough, efficient and friendly. Dr. Paden explained clearly my condition and he too is friendly,and a very good physician. Every part of my examination was in a timely and efficient manner

I was very impressed with my visit at Paden Eye Care Center. The whole staff from the front desk to the assistant (Andrea) who did my preliminary work up were very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Paden was very thorough while doing my examination. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I also interacted with his staff before coming to my appointment. The amount of fictitious reviews of this business is alarming. The supposed reviewers often review the exact same businesses, which is highly unlikely to happen by coincidence. When searching on Google this appears to be a great place but again the likelihood of 22 people giving this place five stars is very low. The old trick is to make an account and do several reviews to make it look legitimate. Whoever did these primarily reviewed the exact same businesses, which was a major red flag. I have no idea as to the quality of service because I would not go to a doctor that allows his business to mislead potential patients. Photos of reviews included for comparison.

The staff is what makes this office special. Everyone, from Dr. Paden on down is knowledgeable, friendly and they take the time to listen and answer my questions. The office always seems to be on schedule but I never feel rushed. If you need an eye care professional I think youll be happy with Dr. Paden and his staff. Great service because theyre great folks.

I highly recommend Dr. Paden and Paden Eye Care Center. I have been a patient since 1988 and have seen Dr. Paden help so many people. One of my friends had Wet macular degeneration and with his treatments it has been holding and staying stable for a year and a half with no further treatment. I was with her at the first appointment when she could barely read the top line, now her vision is very good.. He has helped several people I know with a special laser treatment for glaucoma and now they dont have to do the glaucoma drops.. ( this doesnt work with everyone ) but one of those patients was my husband and he is so thankful not to have to use daily drops. Dr. Paden treats his staff like he does his patients. He treats them like family and gives his best care to everyone. Most of his staff from the Front Desk to Optical have been with him for many years and that says so much.. We get our contacts and glasses there as well. Great selections !
