Excellent customer service and selection. Polite and professional staff. They genuinely cared that I got what I wanted and was happy with my purchase. For example they coordinated with the lab and showed me what was available online.

Best experience I have ever had at a glasses store! Amanda was so helpful. She spent lots of time with me, was patient when I couldn’t decide, and walked me through savings opportunities. The man who took the eye measurements was great to talk to and very knowledgeable, as well. Sadly, I forget his name.

One staff member Obviously didnt feel comfortable in their work place... was avoiding my family member... simply didnt want to assist my family for a simple repair. It wasnt packed with people either...I wouldnt go here for a pair of new glasses the staff is NoT friendly helpful or looking out for the patients well being, just themselves and how quickly they can get people out of the store/office. IF you Want real assistance and smile to with it and someone help you, go somewhere else.

The Lickteig team made my exam quick and easy, and they were really friendly. Alyssia, on the LensCrafters side, helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. She was patient, fun to chat with, had great style feedback, and was incredibly helpful in figuring out my out of pocket expenses after insurance coverage. We went through a lot of different options to find the right thing for me. I’ll definitely be going back for any future vision care!

My sales rep listened carefully to what I was looking for and made recommendations including what would be most economical for me.I work near this Lens Crafters though I live at a distance. i am so glad I stopped by and am awaiting my new glasses.

So dissatisfied today. First of all my 2 daughters and I have been using the eye Doctor for years we have always been happy. Until today. My daughter had her yearly exam and when I called I specifically told them her contact prescription probably needed to be changed.I called the day of to ask if all procedures would be covered by insurance. I was told yes.When we got to the appointment I asked again 2 more times if everything today would be covered (I like to know what I will need to pay beforehand) I was again told yes both times.The exam went well the dr is great. When I went to check out I was told I had a $70 balance for the contact fitting. Again I reminded them I was told there would be no fee for today. They did apologize but if I wanted the prescription I would need to pay the fee. I went there asked all the right questions only to be charged anyway. Really disappointed and feeling duped.

The women who helped me were patient, knowledgeable, and found me 2 great pairs of glasses at a fabulous price. Im so glad I went there!

I was a little worried about getting my eyes checked during the COVID pandemic. The LensCrafters and associated eye doctors, however, had a lot of precautions in place so that I felt very comfortable being there. Everyone there was very kind and welcoming. The sales associate (Stephanie) in the LensCrafters store was especially helpful and kind. There was also a nice selection of frames to choose from. I really enjoyed my experience at LensCrafters.

I had an excellent experience buying glasses here on 7/28/2020. Andrea greeted me as I exited from the eye doctor side of the store. She made recommendations and had a positive attitude. Throughout the sale, the place got busy and there were 2-3 other customers waiting for her to finish with me. She was patient. She didnt rush me. She made me feel valued even when others needed her help. And best of all, she kept her cool and didnt get frustrated under pressure. This is one of the top skills a person can possess in a retail/sales/cust. svc. role. I spent $1000 on 2 pairs of glasses. Thanks Andrea!

One star for Lenscrafters. 5 stars for doctors. I had an eye exam done with the doctors inside and I didn’t know they were separate from the Lenscrafters. Exam went well and the doctor’s side was clean and very professional. The Lenscrafters side however was very crowded and loud. Did not feel safe at all. The doctor’s front desk guy told me if I wanted to purchase glasses, I could head over to the Lenscrafters side. I didn’t want to because they were already crowded so was planning on coming the next day but then, I saw one of the Lenscrafters employees touch a customer’s hand telling her ‘you’re so warm.’ I immediately left after seeing that. What part of ‘pandemic’ do you not understand?

I honestly cant stand the false negative reviews and even reviews that have no merit. This store offered everything I needed, was quick on delivery and sized me up correctly. Overall, great selection, a bit overwhelming due to the large inventory, great price w/ discounts, professional level knowledge. Highly encourage and recommend.

Was very nervous to go here after reading the reviews, but I prefer LensCrafters to Warby Parker so I sucked it up and went. Kim took excellent care of me, and I am relieved to say it was a very painless experience. Haven’t received my glasses yet, but so far so good.

The staff at lickteig eye care (which is inside of lenscrafters) were very nice, once I finished my eye exam I went over lenscrafters to pick out my glasses and the staff there as well were very helpful and honored my coupon I was in and out in less than 2 hours and my glasses were ready earlier than the expected time. overall I had a great experience!

I called many times to make an appointment. Your call gets routed somewhere else. You wont be able to see Dr. Iraca anymore and they will try to book you with another Doctor. Location appears to be permanently closed. It would be good to be transparent, update the website and hours to make patients aware as opposed to dragging them around!

I am not a long time and experienced wearer of glasses.I was sold a nice pair of Burberry frames that were not the best fit (given that the temples began stretch out). The felt like they fit, but apparently the frames were not the correct size for my head.The lens that I purchased from them began to wear within 6 months. Some of the lens coating was scratched off. I was always placing my frames in the case, and did not rough handle them. In my opinion, the lens were low quality.What made the experience all the more annoying is that I visited another eye doctor and received great service which proved to me that I had been slighted at LensCrafters (at least at that store).Take-aways: Do your homework ahead of time. Make sure you understand the measurements for frames. Make sure you understand which lens and lens features are available.I hated the experience (which came to bear after my purchase) because I paid a lot of money for frames that were not the best fit (although they felt like they fit), lens that were trash, and I realized after the fact that the only other options presented to me for my lens and frames were protection plans.If you buy the type of lens that I bought (which I was given no other options for lens, so I imagine that is what they offer), I see why they push their protection plans, given what I have experienced.

Poor customer service --Was slightly early for my appointment for an eye exam. No one else waiting. One patient in the exam room. The doctor came out of exam room to pick up something from the front desk. A walk in person had just arrived & asked the doctor directly if he could see her today. He said sure, and took her before the now two people waiting with appointments. Very bad form. I see why they insist on payment upfront.

Went there for a pair of glasses over a week ago and told me that they should be ready within a week. A week had passed and still no information about the pair of glasses that cost over 400 dollars. Me and my dad have tried calling the store about the status of the glasses but each time we call the dates keep getting pushed back to when they should be ready. I am fustrated about the where the lenses are and its as if we arent taken as a priority at all. We purchased the glasses mid-March and somehow these glasses will be ready in April!Never got my glasses. Just refunded my order

Poor customer service. Both attendants who helped me seemed rushed and could do little other than sell me a pair of glasses which is not what I wanted.Part of the frame was bent on my glasses. I bought a nice pair of Ray Bans about 18 months ago so I asked if there was warranty for the $200 glasses They said no. I asked if they could fix it and they said it cant be fixed. Not getting much help or feed back, I had to come to the conclusion for myself that my only option was to buy a new pair at full price. I left the store and fixed the glasses myself in 15 minutes.Places like this are getting fierce competition from online stores that can provide glasses at a dramatically reduced price. The only way for these brick and mortar stores to compete is to provide exceptional customer service, something that LensCrafters seems to be lacking. Sadly, I will not be going back.

I always enjoyed going to Lenscrafters for my eye exam with Dr. Anthony Iraca. Unfortunately, he unexpected passed away this past June. I am posting a review because I am dismayed with some of the rude comments on here re: not being able to get an appointment with Dr. Iraca (as I said he has passed away). There are other comments complaining about the fact that Lenscrafters temporarily closed last April for several months, and that it was inconvenient for them. Well, the reason it was closed is because a woman drove her car into Lenscrafters and died in the process. So for you rude people out there - get a clue - life isnt just about YOU.

This place a has some of the most rude, unknowlageable, and unprofessional sales agents I have ever encountered. The optometrist doctor also seemed very rushing and uninterested in listening to any of my questions or concerns. I wish I could have rated this place zero stars because even one star is pushing it. If you dislike someone or have an enemy, then this would be the place to recommend them for glasses/eye exams..

Shannon is so bad at customer service, and she’s really rude to. She made me wait half and hour to see if my glasses were delivered and it took her a second to check when she finally did. They never scanned my glasses, so I never got a text. So, that being said she had no right to give me attitude when I asked if they had come in and she said “well did you get the text?” Wouldn’t recommend this place.

NEVER AGAIN!! RETUNED SEVERAL TIMES TO HAVE THE ALIGNMENT CORRECTED ON MY GLASSES AND THE ARE STILL OUT OF FOCUS ON ON EYE...TOO LATE TO RETURN. 700 BUCKS DOWN THE DRAIN
