Just got new glasses at Eyemart Express!! They were very nice and helpful. My glasses came I faster than expected and that made e very happy. I went to pick them up and I have a complex Rx so I was a bit worried but the glasses were perfect. In very happy, I can see again.

3 stars for customer service, 1 star off for having to pay double the price for a pair of Kate Spade, compared to online. Another star off because the glasses didnt come with the original Kate Spade case. So, wont be buying frames from them in the future.Edit: I did contact eyemartexpress.com before posting the review. All I got was an apology and explanation that its a cost cutting measure by some manufacturers. It is what it is, I paid more and got less.

My local Eyemart wasnt able to get my husbands safety glasses in time for work so I contacted our next closest, which was Medford, 2 1/2 hours away. The manager in Medford handled everything for me over the phone and when I had car trouble and couldnt drive up to get them, he overnighted them to me as well! The customer service far exceeded my expectations.Thank you Jeff!

I had mine made in less than an hour which is crazy compared to the week that Ive waited before for a pair! Great experience. Staff is very wonderful ..I had my eyes dilated and was having problems seeing the glasses and doing the payment. I need to transfer money online so my payment would process from my ATM account. The associate was very kind and helpful. She even allowed me to come back to pay once I could see better. Eyemart express has been nothing but good to me. Theyre super quick, professional and polite every time, and they really help me out whenever I damage my glasses or need them replaced. Totally my favorite place to go.

I had a great experience 2 years ago but this year I dropped in 4 times. The last two times I was told they would order frames and call me and I never did get a call. This began in January and no call so I have gone elsewhere!?

For the most part my experience with Eyemart Express was great. The lady that helped me with getting an eyeglasses order together was fantastic! It only took about a week and a half to get my glasses, so that wasn’t too bad either. The price was about what I expected and I purchased Randy Jackson brand glasses, so they have a great selection. The only drawback, and it’s very minor, is that my glasses frame had some kind of sticky substance left on one of the arms, which I imagine is leftover from a sticker that was on them. Overall a great experience and I definitely go back.

I gave this four rather than five stars for one reason, only. That reason would be the pricing structure they employ. The staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have only positive things to say about them. For a great customer service experience, this is a great place to stop. However, the pricing leaves much to be desired. While they advertise two pairs of glasses for $38, this relates only to the cost of the frames, and I must tell you that the selection of frames in that price range is very limited. The actual lens costs are comparable to anywhere else, so In the end, I didn’t save any money.

Called for an appointment and was told they only take walk ins. I show up a couple days later to a lobby full of people where only a few can properly social distance. After nearly an hour wait I was turned away because the copy of prescription I have is not the original copy. This information would have been helpful during the initial call I made for an appointment.

Dr, Mullins was proffecional, and very pleasant to chat with. The office ladys were also friendly. The Eyemart store has a huge selection on frames, very reasonable pricing, the girls are helpful, friendly and proffecional. They have a clean store, and a good system in place to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. Lastly, I absolutely love my glasses!!

I love this place, I have gone to many places to get glasses in town, and this is by far the best, and my glasses only took 20 minutes! First off, I read all the 1 star reviews to understand the issues people had and also took into consideration that they were more than 1 year ago.Here is my experience: My wife and I came to Eyemart Express on a Saturday in the evening and there were a few customers being helped. Once we walked in I was greeted by a lady named Suzanne. She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive and also gave us time to check out the frames they had. Their selection is very large (roughly guessing over 150+ to choose from) and generously priced. Suzanne made this first time experience a great one and we are happy to recognize her!We learned that for simple prescriptions they had my lenses available but for more specialized ones there could be a two week or less (mostly less) wait time till they would be done.I would have received my new glasses the same day but contacting my insurance had to wait till Monday morning. I am pleased to say I received my new glasses on Monday with no issues, friendly people and a desire to walk through their doors when I need a new pair again. ;)

Ive always had a positive experience when shopping here. They have an excellent selection and I love the latest designs. The staff in there has picked out styles for me that I just absolutely love. They are good at their job. I recommend this place!

Went In for glasses after getting new prescription next door. I was acknowledged immediately by two customer service representatives with a warm greeting upon walking through the door. Their smiling faces and genuinely helpful demeanor was a refreshing reminder that good business practices and adequate training are still around at reputable establishments. I was put at ease by their no pressure explanations of pricing and specials when purchasing multiple pairs. The store is extremely easy to navigate and finding a pair of frames at a reasonable price was quick and painless with help from the staff. In less than 10 minutes I had my frames picked out and my order was put in the computer and I was out the door with the promise of my two pairs being ready in approximately 2 hours and that theyll text me upon completion. 16 minutes later I received a text that my first pair were complete, 7 minutes after that I recieved notifications my second pair were also complete for a total of 23 minutes for two pair...I was stunned! I went back thinking a mistake had surely been made. No mistake, both pair were ready and fit perfectly with the lenses flawless! So, how much did a pair of progressive bifocals with platinum protection and a pair of single vision polarized sunglasses also with platinum protection both with stylish frames? $335.00! Outstanding job by the staff, fantastic service by their lab, amazing end product at a price more than reasonable(I paid double this for my last two pair that took 9 days to receive and were of far less quality at a competitor. A big thank you to Eyemart Express and my full recommendation to others in need of quality glasses made on site at reasonable prices.

Eyemart has a large selection of frames from affordable to expensive designer styles. The staff is mostly friendly, but often seem overwhelmed (the store gets very busy). If they have your prescription lenses on site your glasses can be ready for pickup very quickly the same day. My prescription sunglasses were ready for pickup within 30 minutes of leaving the store! Their one year warranty on frames and lenses is excellent. I will shop with them again.

I wouldve loved to give 5 stars as each person was very kind, helpful and I believe knowledgeable. But there was not enough staff to support the number of customers coming in. There was chaos and disorganization. If there had been one person taking care of pick ups only that would have sped things up. Might I suggest when busy you have a greater at the door with an iPad to sign in customers in order as they come with the reason they are coming in. Then have one dedicated individual to pick ups.

I absolutely love the staff and appreciate their help and suggestions. Never pushy and make themselves available to answer questions and let you browse all you want. I was literally there for 2 hours because I couldnt narrow it down to one pair of glasses. Ended up getting 2 pairs which I am very happy with. I was very excited to pick them up another day but they were both done within an hour! Im very pleased with the service here and recommend them to everyone! As I browsed and tried on different frames I could overhear their conversations with other customers and they were all treated in a pleasant and friendly manner and checked in on throughout their visits. Always a very long wait and they dont take people in order which extends the wait. I have a hard time not getting upset with them each time I come but try to keep my cool. As far as glasses, Im on my 2nd visit in 3 months due to screws falling out. I wont be getting anymore glasses here but they did just replace my frames and apologized for taking me out of order again.

We were greeted with a hello and smiles all around as we entered the shop. We waited a short time as we browsed the frames then were seated promptly. The technician was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of what I wanted in a pair of glasses. After measurements the whole transaction took about 10 minutes. Im very happy!

My dog ate my glasses so I needed same day service. Staff was very helpful even when they realized I was on a very tight budget. I ended up with 2 pair, one is sunglasses for under 100.00. They get you in fast with very reasonable prices. Even if you dont have insurance the price isnt that high. When picking out your glasses they are very helpful. Many styles to choose from. I got my glasses under a hour. All together a great visit.

Love my glasses and got them fast. Went to lunch and received a text that they were ready half way though eating. Definitely cant beat the price!!! My hubby couldnt find a frame he liked for the sale price so he got one pair and they look amazing on him. Would have been nice if he was informed that round objects look oval due to the curve of the lenses.

They guided me to the perfect frames, had patience with all of my questions and specific requests, and got my glasses perfect the first time.I’m beyond thrilled with the low financial expenditure for my glasses and the fact that they were ready for me in the time it takes to run to the store for a few items and eat a salad.Well done!

I researched for a long time the best deal. Not only were they cheaper than Costco and VisionWorks and other competitors (shy of buying online), but their customer service was tops. No joke, no small savings, I am talking big savings. I got 6 pairs, 4 normal and 2 sun glasses, much cheaper than what I buy 2 for at Costco. And you get them the same day rather than waiting. Cant go wrong here!Also their Eye Dr they work with leases out an office literally right in the store so you dont have to travel.They helped me pick out my frames, were patient with me (since I had 6 pair) and when I came back in to pick up (in which I did not get the text, but just called them) same day, they readjusted them.What even earns them kudos, one of the frames, in which I got two of, one as prescription glass and prescription sunglasses, did not look good as glasses. So they let me switch out the frame. I have to pick them up today (the next day) but this is awesome. You cant get this deal online, or anywhere else.Whenever I visit family, this is my go to store for my glasses hands down!

What a nightmare!! They forgot to credit me my $100 insurance allowance. Gave allowance to my husband for his glasses. Same person ‘forgot’ to bill insurance for my glasses. I asked for a $100 refund...couldn’t afford right now. Was told by Lindsay “maybe I should have bought the 2 for one deal if I couldn’t afford these glasses. HOW RUDE. So, she credited it back to my debit card and here I WAIT. Could take up to 10 days to receive my money.

I needed a back up pair of glasses & sunglasses as I’m leaving for a trip to Israel in 3 days. I walked in, was greeted immediately & shown frames that qualified me for the advertised special price. I picked them out in 5 minutes, and was told it would be 1 1/2 hours and they’d be ready. I was in my car making a phone call before I ran some other errands & got a text that both pairs were done...28 minutes total!!! I walked back in, they adjusted them for me & walked out! The glasses were the correct prescription & I love how they look!! Unbelievable!!! I will go back the next time I need glasses!!

Eyemart Express was very helpful. I broke my last pair of glasses and my prescription was expired- I’m quite the procrastinator. They were able to get me in, I had the exam and got two pairs of glasses. My appt was at 340 and my glasses were already made by like 530. I did not have vision insurance so for the exam for glasses and contacts it was around $130 and I got two pairs of glasses for around $90. To me this was a good deal because two years ago i went somewhere else and I didn’t have vision insurance and ended up spending almost $500 for the same thing.I would definitely recommend them.

I have had the pleasure of getting my eyewear from this store for a few years now. As always Margie helped me with my selection of frames that look good on me and fit my face. She is always extremely helpful and has a talent for finding the right style and fit. Their prices are hard to beat and are worth checking out even if you dont have insurance to help pay for your eyewear. I know this for a fact as I have had to pay for mine for years. I highly recommend this store for choosing your eyewear!

I got two pairs of glasses and love them both. One is just for reading and the other is a progressive bifocal. They both fit and feel great.

Steve Decker, OD doctor of Optometry, did an excellent eye exam. He was very thorough and I have received the best prescription for glasses that Ive had in years. What a relief! He was funny and kind too. Then we went next door to Eyemart Express and were helped by Savannah who did an excellent job.

If you are in need of sight..and needed them yesterday..they will have you seeing for less not seeing less.

I love going to Eyemart Express, the staff has always been kind and very helpful and every pair of glasses my husband and I have gotten there have been GREAT!!!! We havent been able to get there for 2 or three yrs and got glasses elsewhere which we were not happy with at all. My husband cant drive anymore hes 83 so I drove us from Klamath Falls to Medford to get our glasses before the winter.

I loved these guys for the last two years. Got all of my glasses there for my whole family and sent all of my friends. From today on they just lost allOf that business because they refused to place prescription lenses in my glasses I bought elsewhere saying they can’t do them with Other people’s Raybans 🙄 and because last time their technician changed glass lenses (which these are not) they got cut. Really???You guys just lost a great customer! I’ve never even written a review in my life before, but I just had to speak up because the ridiculousness of this was just unbelievable.

Fun time shopping for first pair of glasses in 30 years. They made it easy.

They are very slow and it often takes half an hour or longer to get waited on, even if you are the only person in there. They also messed up a recent glasses order for me three times. Also I lost my glasses recently and needed a pair made right away as I was going out of town the next morning and they were too busy to help and then hung up on me. I wanted to add when I arrived they were a little busy but not to where someone could not be bothered with the phone. However they made me stand there for half an hour while they messed with the computer since it wasnt working and they couldnt check out the person ahead of me. Employees that were not busy walked by multiple times and did not wait on me. This is not a place that cares about peoples time. While standing there I overheard a woman whose order they were now fixing for the fourth time. Then because they did not have my current prescription on file (the broken computer they apparently have to ask to use the bathroom again) they refused to help me but had appointments with their doctor available that they could charge extra for on a Saturday. This is not a place that cares about you or your time and they seemed to be in a big hurry to get your money and get you out of there. Please take your business elsewhere.

Second time I have used Eyemart Express and was thrilled with price and the quick production of 2 pair of glasses. About an hour later I had my specs and for an extremely low price compared to my eye Drs prices. Thank you Eyemart!

Unfortunately, this isnt a place I would recommend. In from out of town and had to get an emergency pair of glasses. Set up and ordering was a breeze, the text that the glasses were ready was convenient, but when were picked up the glasses, the lenses were totally wrong which warranted a second trip back to the store. Ive been here 2 hours and 6 minutes now..and still waiting. Customer service was good not great, but the performance of the lab (both the first time AND having to wait longer the second time) was inexcusable.

They have great customer service and care. It is not only affordable but convenient. I will definitely be returning.
