I know things are crazy right now with supply and demand due to COVID, but I found everything I went there for, with the exception of my Jimmy Dean Sage flavored sausage for biscuits and gravy tomorrow morning... But I can season the regular flavor accordingly. The store was very clean, orderly, and relatively well-stocked. Thank you for being awesome! And if youre job searching, they have their own little employment station all set up!

This Walmart is pretty much just like any other. Except that there seems to be more room up front. The registers just don’t seem to be so crowded together.

Skip Walmart and go to Fred Meyer. Its hit or miss at Walmart anymore. Today they were stocking, which means more items, but then the stockers are in every aisle and its chaos. Their fresh produce leaves a lot to be desired in my needs. Not much organic and everything else was not ripened.Just not my place anymore.

Amazon has nothing to fear. Worst. Experience. Ever.My wife and I were traveling through the area and decided to pick up a few things. We ordered six items on the Walmart app and scheduled a pickup.When we arrived at Walmart, there were signs directing us to the side of the building near Outdoor for pickup. However, when we arrived all of the pickup bays were closed. Without further instructions, I consulted my phone and noticed I had a text message. I clicked the link but got an error. I decided to go inside.When I entered the building, I asked the security person where to go for mobile pick-up. She asked me if I had any grocery items and I said, no. She directed me to customer service. There were three people in front of me. After 15 minutes and no progress, I decided to return to the text message and try again. I got the same error message, but noticed that were was a button to push to call the store. I pressed the button and they asked me which bay I was in. I told them that I was still in the store because all of the bays were closed. They apologized and said that they were still at the old location on the other side of the building. I returned to my car and drove to the other side of the building.When I arrived at the other pick-up location, I parked in Bay 1 and call them again. They brought out my items but there they only had half of my items. The other half were out of stock.Pro tip: just because the app lets you put something in your cart for mobile pick-up doesnt mean they have it stock. If you are counting on getting any of your items, pick a different option like Amazon.

The only thing I dont like now is that is went to all self checkout. I just feel like they lost a lot of jobs that way. But other than that its a good place for items an food at a good price.

I went into Walmart to look for flip flops. They have boxes EVERYWHERE.. so poorly placed that you cant even navigate through some of the aisles anymore. I couldnt even walk down one of them to look at the shoes!The other day, I was looking for something and I asked an associate. He was like, Yes, thats right here! ... Wait, no, they moved it. Im sorry. I dont know where it is. I wish I could have been more help. And he left!Its gotten so bad that the associates dont even know where things are!Oh my goodness! 🙄

Totally incompetent! I ordered some 110lb weight card stock at 8am this morning. The website said they had 4 in stock at the store. About noon my email said I could come pick up the order. I got there and phoned in. They made me sit in the car for 30 minutes... then they gave me something I did not order! A different brand of paper was in the bag and not even the same heavy card stock. I asked the person who delivered it and they said it was a substitution and they cant do anything about it. I had to go to customer service to get the refund. They wasted a lot of my time and a trip into town because these people can not function normally. Amazon has nothing to worry about.

Love this location. Always plenty of parking. Awesome garden area. I love the clearance aisles and the inexpensive womens clothes. Awesome customer service. Never a problem getting help there are employees everywhere.

Coming from LA, I was surprised at the large variety of items as opposed to empty spots on the shelf. The lines were also not as long and we got everything we needed. Cashiers are very quick and helpful. Thanks Portland for so many wonderful people!!!

They are nice in general.BUT THEY NEVER HAVE IN STOCK WHAT IM IN SEARCH OF.THEY SQUEEZED THE ISLES CLOSER.So if I turn down an isle with people I cant get buy unless they move or I go backwards and use another isle to go around them.

Ive been taking my little French bulldog to pear blossom for over three years. The price is more than reasonable and very knowledgeable in treating dogs and variety of animals. Shawna is always very helpful and even re-filled his meds at no cost when my place in talent burnt down. I highly recommend them to anyone in the valley.

This was a terrible experience last night. Stood there from 9 pm to 9:45 waiting on the lady who kept saying; “I’ll be right with you.” She spent 45 minutes assisting one customer. It was bad. Finally had to interrupt her when she went to assist another customer. Her response was; “you’d have better luck with Amazon.” The store was a mess. Boxes everywhere. Another employee on her phone the entire time.

They are in the middle of remodeling. Shelves were kinda bare, I think because theywere moving stock to new areas . I asked for help to locate the tape I needed. He had just helped someone else and let me know he would be right with me. Very pleasant and helpful. The employees I encountered were happy and each asked if I found everything I was looking for. Average customer service at best. This location runs dry on essential products pretty fast. Very busy almost all the time. They just installed dozens of self check out machines and left only about 8 cash registers. Remodeled and reorganization of most departments.

I ordered a delivery at 11am this morning. it was a no show with a message that it was delayed. I waited until around 4:30pm until I finally thought forget it, Ill go pick it up. I got there around 4:50pm. I called the number and talked to an associate who said they would get my order brought to me. Waited in the pickup spot for 30 minutes watching everyone else get their groceries and leaving. I called again, no answer. Waited 10 minutes more, still nothing, so I called. I spoke to an associate who apologized and said I was never checked in. Was told that I would be put to the front of the line since I had already been waiting almost 45 minutes. Satisfied with this answer, I waited. 15 more minutes and nothing. at the hour mark I called again, only to be told they are trying to find my order.... really!? 5 minutes later someone came to my car to tell me that they are repicking a few of my items. I ended up getting my items at almost the 1 hour and 15 minute mark. I have no clue what was going on, but this is horrible. I want to be contacted by someone to know something is happening.

I go to Walmart, any Walmart, these days knowing I’ll only ever speak to the greeter and possibly someone at the pharmacy. They are so chronically understaffed, that they now made all of the checkouts at the Center Drive location self-checkouts. I depend on the Walmart app if I need to find anything, but it’s still nice to get everything I need in one place sometimes.

Worst managed store ever. They lock everything up so you have to go find an employee to open the case. You have to wait in a separate line in a separate area for cosmetics and face wash. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. Just hard to find.

I recently moved from North Carolina to Oregon. One thing I know I would have missed is Dukes mayonnaise because its an exclusive North Carolina item. I was overwhelmingly surprised today by finding Dukes mayonnaise at Walmart. Ive been getting some really great deals on clearance items as well. Ive expanded my wardrobe with 2 new pairs of jeans, a pair of Capri leggings and two new hoodies. What price did I pay for all of them? $5.00 total!!! Yeap thats right! Im glad that theyre almost done rearranging this store as well. Its been kinda difficult trying to both find things Im looking for and be able to actually get to them with many things blocking the way and really disorganized. Keep up the good work Walmart!!! Worst service i have ever come across. Spent 1 hour in store looking for an item. Asked 3 poeple if they carried it and where it might be. One person ignored me. Two poeple sent me on a wild goose chase. Dropped my items and left store frustrated! Will never go back

Great prices, they are very kind and very willing to help the unfortunate. But the homeless community could use some manners and be more observant that theres actually more than just themselves being helped. I waited 30 minutes for a young man to stuff his duffle bag full while taking everything out of the boxes right off the conveyer belt and into his bag and didnt look up once to see the 5 people waiting for him to finish

It has been 3 months and they still have boxes and pallets stacked everywhere around the store making it difficult to navigate. All of the aisle signs are wrong, so you cant find anything, especially when they keep moving the items to another spot. Then half the shelves are empty and you leave with barely half your grocery shopping done. Employees dont even know where anything is. I started going to the other Wal-Mart that is actually organized and has everything stocked.

Customer service was awesome I needed help with groceries in the store the guy wanted out of his way and helping someone else.. the your gift card was my problem I pay the rest cash

At the moment I would suggest going to North Walmart, South is renovating and shelves are very empty. You cant find what you need and the aisles are crowded with freight. I will go back when they are done, I actually like this walmart

Went Id for an oil change there was a bit of a misunderstanding stand of the grade of oil I needed but the staff were quick to fix the issue. My biggest problem came after I left, I found out my radiator cap had been un screwed at some point and not retightend. Just make sure to check before you leave

I am from out of town and the Urgent care Dr called Im a prescription to Wal-Mart pharmacy for pain in my flexor muscle. Did drive up at Wal-Mart and the had it filled in 30 minutes. Great service.

They did not stock the RCA TV shown on the website. Would take some time to order. Purchased another brand instead.

Its too big of a company to want to help you. I have had horrible experiences here, I ordered groceries that never came then they refund your money days later? in my opinion this place is a nightmare that I would avoid at all costs, shop somewhere else youll be much happier

Its a good go to get it all place with reasonable prices. But what is up with every isle filled with boxes lately. Makes it difficult to get around store.

My granddaughter went to get 150 photos printed out on their machine, during the time one of the workers said she should have took the one hour service, we explained to her that we didnt want to one hour service she goes well your photos would be better at the 1 hour service so are they saying that they have low quality on their machines? She kept nagging at her so bad and she is so rude as if it was her photos being done, I would say put her in the box room because with an attitude like that runs to customers off. FYI the photos turned out perfect on the machine

This is the most mismanaged store i have ever seen! I understand that right at the moment it is under remodel, however tbere is NO room to even walk down any of the shoe aisles! Completely blocked off. Even 2 years ago this store looked like it was closing because the shelves are so empty. Now that it is all automatic check out, TWICE that i have been there, the person in front of me at self check out, have walked out without payimg. Yesterday it was a $14 worth of merchandise. The first time, it was an $85 worth. The workers were too busy looking down, playing on the electronic device to look up, and see what was happening. Both times i had to call them over to show them the people had walked out and to clear it out so i could use it. Not sure how Walmart thinks self check out is a good thing, or profitable with all the theft. Going elsewhere from now on!

The remodel looks great! But they didnt have any of the 3 items I needed in stock, and I waited about 30 minutes in line at the service desk to get a $5 money order, so there is definitely room for improvement...

Shelves seemed a Lil empty in walking around, but this is a pretty nice Walmart compared to many others and especially the other one in town (makes sense as Supercenter, right?). Big fan of the trading card limits theyve got, though.

Tried this location in Medford instead of one in Grants Pass, its true grass is not always greener on the other side, this store had so much inventory in boxes in every major aisle I thought they just opened up & still putting store together shelves half empty due to all the products still in boxes. The check out at this store,,oh my goodness, the SELF check out because thats what they have with 1 disabled employee sitting down, poor thing, thats the only assisted check out line. Unlike Winco you bag it yourself because you receive discounted prices, Walmart you find it yourself, you check out & bag yourself with no discounts, higher prices and no paycheck for doing all the work. Unbelievable! So no will never go to this Walmart again. Too much work!!

Most of the time the store is neat and tidy. You usually have to look to get customers service on the sales floor. Some of the cashiers are very polite, while others think more of quantity than quality. Usual for a box store. Their store shelves are sometimes fairly empty, acceptable with the pandemic on-going. It wouldnt hurt Bentonville to make a visit!!

Dont bother if you are a truck driver. They have a no overnight parking rule even for semi trucks. rude staff and the store has an oder to it that can only be described as unhealthy.

The isles were full of product waiting to be put on to the shelves. All the shoppers were bumping into each other with their cards cuz there was no way to get around. Apparently it was being rearranged to make everybody do their own checkout instead of Walmart doing their job. Then youre watched like a hawk as you do your check out, and then have to present your receipt at the door to get out. Im usually not a whiner but this was ridiculous.

I arrived at 1045pm, encountered store employee and security who were denying access to customers stating that management told them to stop allowing entry at 1045pm. The sign next to the door states closing time is 1100pm. After asking for supervisor, employee left to find manager. Employee returned to tell us, you have 8 minutes to get your stuff and get out What as joke. Walmart is not an honest company. Takers, greedy, unkind, and I will neither step foot in another Walmart, nor order online. Boycott Walmart. Fleecing America!!!

Latest experience: I placed an online pickup order for a Nintendo switch for my sons birthday present. I placed it a week in advance, the website showed it was in stock, etc. So I find out they closed for 2 days to clean, because of covid. Thats fine. 4 days later I go in to pick up my order. I wait 15 minutes in line at the customer service counter where it says pickup on a very large blue sign on the wall. I finally get up there, and the clerk tells me the pickups are all handled online. Apparently I was supposed to wait for a notification that my order was ready to pick up, then pull into a marked parking space, and notify them that I was there. Which is a great concept! However, I waited 4 days, never received a notification, so I went in, and approached the customer service desk with the giant pickup sign next to it, only to find that they had not pulled my order.So, I went back to the electronics department, HUNTED DOWN AN ASSOCIATE, and calmly said I had an online order that had not been pulled yet. We went to check to see if a Nintendo switch was in stock, and lo and behold, they had none. At all. Not until spent 17th of September, the associate told me.I promptly canceled my online order, waited 5 days for a refund, and went to gamestop to pick up my sons birthday present. The experience was much more pleasant.Walmart has turned into a joke. They lock everything up, and have zero associates to assist you to purchase an item that is locked up. I understand the loss prevention aspect of locking things up, but I am not going to wait 30 minutes for them to unlock a case with a $3 camping spoon stuck inside. I guess Ive been away from this store a while but I noticed there are no cashiers available at the Medford, Oregon store on Center. You self-check on the machine yourself! I dont like it but I guess Ill get used to it.

It was horrible. Aisle after aisle stacked 4 to 5 feet high with boxes of merchandise to be put on the shelves. Very difficult to navigate around a lot of it. Row after row of empty shelves but only saw one employee unloading boxes and stocking shelves. The new self checkout is a joke. Only 2 standard checkout lanes with huge numbers of people waiting to check out. Walmart has never been great, but this is too much. They brag about raising wages to 15.00 per hour, but then eliminate enough jobs to make up for it and protect their profits. What a scam. Im out. Never going back and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

I like there check out system.the store was lay out was little Confusing and employees werent much help as a matter of fact they could use a some help in the customer service department theyre not very nice or helpful. But still I will be back back again I love I have to say I love by Walmart.

This store is like all other Walmarts, but they are making some shopping improvements currently. I shop there mostly for specific things I can only get there. Not my favorite place but I go occasionally. I more oftener frequent grocery pick-up & really like it. You have to pay attention as they are not the cheapest for groceries. Hit & miss depending on your tastes & what your looking for. Their $$ focus is impulse buying & Im not an impulse buyer.

Not much on the shelves the few times I have stopped here to shop, decent electronics section, terrible toy section not much in stock and what they did have was nothing special, if you can skip this one and shop somewhere else I would do it because they probably do not have what you are looking for anyway.

This IS HOW I roll. To shop in northern California. ITS worth ALL the miles!! And walmarts are stocked differently. So I LIKE surprises.You will Too. Go get IT!!

Its awesome. Everything i need is there and at 75 years old it is so much more convenient for me to shop in one store instead of having to run all over town. And I love being able to shop on line and have it delivered to my home. Thanks Wal-Mart.

One place to find virtually every item of need, USB cables, shampoo, watermelon and coffee mugs all in one shopping stop. And the cherry? All priced very reasonably.

I understand youre moving things around, but it takes two to three times longer to shop because we cant find anything. The signs on the aisles are wrong; I got 3 different al answers when I asked for a can of Sloppy Joe sauce - from the people who do the stocking so even they are confused. And I *REFUSE* to use the self checkouts, I dont care if youve just increased the number of them by 5x! Thats putting folks out of work, so NO! Tell corporate Ill pay another store before I do that.

Almost everything I might need in one large store. The prices are almost too low for other chains to compete with and most Walmart locations share store layout within 98% of other Walmart stores. You could drive a thousand miles from wherever home might be, and in the Land of the Free and Home of the Thrifty, you will almost always find a walmart wherever you find civilisation and nearly every item will be where you recall!

First time I have been to this walmart. I ordered groceries in advance for pickup. I arrived on the hour and called in to tell them I was there and what space I was in. As I waited, others arrived and got service before me. Finally, I told them I had been waiting 20 minutes and other people before me were being served. When they checked, they did not find me checked in! In total, it took me 30 minutes to get my pickup order which should have been ready when I arrived. This was totally staff error that could have been prevented. So that is the bad.The good is that I received every single thing that was on my shopping list. A first! My experience with pickups is they are usually out of one or more items I want, regardless of the store, and they usually do not have a suitable substitute as I eat mostly organic. This store however had everything I wanted. So yay for that!

This walmart only has self serve registers and none of them take cash which makes it very inconvenient for customers who only have cash I couldnt even buy my stuff cause I didnt have my card so very disappointed in this walmart they have so many unprofessional employees instead of helping me they they were more like sorry about your luck I think from now on Ill shop somewhere else

Unhelpful checkout associatesThis store has all self checkout stands with few associates standing byI had 20+ quantities of one item and when asked a associate if they could help speed it up they refused and said they can’t. I know this is false and inaccurate because the associates in the past have helped me before by logging in and entering a quantity then scanning the item to speed it up. Generally if you have more then 8 of one item, the associate will expedite the self checkout process when asked.Very terrible customer service, why are they paying someone to stand around for $13 a hour? Money is not free it is earned.

I want to give Kyle (Health Admin on his name tag) a huge kudo and the 5 stars are for him. He took the time to help my sister and I with many things on our visit. He even went above and beyond to help us get a price match on an air fryer. The website showed a big discount. He explained to us that since it was the same air fryer and it was on their website it would not be an issue. He was amazing, friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Kyle

All Walmart stores, including this one, have declined horribly. We were unable to find many of the items that we needed. Self checkout was a nightmare caused by the feeling that the associate near us was constantly implying that we might be trying to steal. A very unpleasant experience.

I shop here every two weeks and occasionally pick items up in between shopping trips. My biggest problem with this store besides items not being stocked even before there were shortages is the employees that do the online shopping orders. THEY ARE RUDE!!! I have had 1 Yes one that I can remember out of all the times Ive shopped there say excuse me a friendly greeting?? forget it......not gonna happen. They dont smile, and they act like there annoyed your there because youre in there way. They are extremely lacking customer service skills.

For a Walmart I was surprised at how organized and clean it is ( back in California the stores are usually pretty tore up). Very pleasently surprised and I will definitely keep shopping there!
