You know that scene in Jurassic Park where they lower the goat into the T-Rex zone? That effectively captures the feeling the sales (men, of course) gave me from the moment my tires met the pavement of their entrance and I was spotted. And not even in the sense they were going to make a sale. Instead, I felt my presence was suspicious and I was being given the back alley treatment.
We recently purchased our 3rd new car from Lithia Honda and it was a pleasant experience. We worked with Billy Day and he was very courteous, professional, and friendly. Excellent communication and transparency throughout the whole process, which is why weve purchased 3 new cars from this dealership. Thank you!
Very poor communication, I went into the store looking to buy a specific truck that they had available, of course they lowballed me on my vehicle that I was trading in and they were asking over retail for their vehicle. Which I understand is pretty normal in the car industry, but what gets me is is that at their numbers that they gave me based on my interest rate, they were $200 in payment higher then what the math worked out to be. Save yourself the headache and go to a dealer that’s fair and honest!
Earlier today I drove to this Honda location to check out what kind of prices they had going for Honda Civic Hatchbacks. As I was browsing in the back lot looking at there stock, I was greeted by Joe Corona. He asked if I needed help with anything and I responded with, “Just browsing your stock.” He proceeded to just stand there and not say a single word which seemed off putting. I explained I was looking at trading in my Honda Civic for something newer. I asked how much the monthly cost would be if I was to go through the dealer ship to were at my surprise he didn’t know how much it would be. I work at a commission based job where it’s important to know how much you may be looking at paying for something when you look at not buying it out right. I had explained that my significant other just bought a car and got it through them about a week ago and that they gave him a good deal. Joe just stood there and didn’t say a single word. It just seemed off. I asked what there normal shipments look like when getting new stock and how many hatchbacks they usually receive. He sternly told me he had no clue. Which doesn’t make much sense cause when ordering stock and having it dropped off, you know what possibly is coming to your location. I just didn’t enjoy the experience working with him and how he didn’t seem like he cared to be there and that he didn’t know anything about what was coming in and out of that location. If I was to go back and get a car from Lithia Honda In Medford, I would stray away from working with Joe Corona and talk to another car sells-man that knows how to talk to a customer and try and sell them a car.
Very disappointed with the way Lithia does business. I bought a used truck that have previously been owned by a smoker. They covered up the smell with air fresheners and did not disclose that information. That is a big deal to a no smoker!! Every time you get in it you smell smoke and there is no way to get rid of it. I would not have purchased this vehicle if I had been aware of the smoke damage. I purchased two vehicles from them within a couple months and spent A LOT of cash. I am sad that is how they treat people, anything to make a sale.
Billy was so helpful and kind! He really listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and had my best interest at heart. I wouldnt have bought my first new car if it werent for all the time and effort he took in explaining to me the pros and cons towards my decision. I am SO happy with the outcome! I feel safer than ever in my new Honda CRV. Thank you Billy!! You rock!

Went to get an oil change, the lady was extremely nice and helpful however, when i was asking for an information sheet about a car, one of the workers in the computer told his worker really? can they afford the car? it made me wonder if the staff is trained about micro aggressions and assumptions made in regards to race.

Horrible salesman, emailing about a vehicle, price and related was good for me. Then they wouldnt contact me back at all afterwards few days later when trying to get info the bank wanted so I could get a check and have it all ready to go when I looked at it. They dont want to sell anything it sure looke like! I highly suggest looking elsewhere
Worst service from all representative in service department. even tried to contact the general manager but they turned me away. I asked for the complaint number for my problem.. they gave me the number.. but when I called them and explain the problem they told me they cant help me. So my question is what I supposed to do for my problems.
Hands down the best customer service of any dealership I’ve been in town. They were able to work with me and get a better deal on my trade in and getting a jeep I wanted compared to the two dealerships I went to before coming to Honda. I had family who worked at dodge but since him passing. Dodge customer service has gone down
I stopped in for an oil change a few days ago and while waiting, I asked for Jake Word in Sales. I have had previous assistance from Jake and feel comfortable inquiring about my Honda CRV or other vehicles that catch my eye. My needs have changed a little and I’m considering towing a small travel trailer but my CRV is limited to about 1500 lb towing. Jake was very helpful and is always so patient with my many questions and lack of knowledge about towing capacity and other engine details. He spent at least 1 1/2 hrs with me as I compared the Pilot and Passport. He also made certain I knew the value of my CRV and had a clear picture of what it would take to switch up to the vehicle with greater towing capacity. I have always had excellent service at Lithia Honda of Medford and personable, patient and proficient sales personnel such as Jake Word are why I return to Honda every time! Thanks, Jake!
I never thought I’d buy a car from Lithia, but my wife wanted a Honda Accord. Our only local option with Lithia Honda in Medford, OR.We stopped in, and I am thankful we did. We were walking down the line of Accords when my wife spots a BMW... (I knew we were going to end up with it).Billy Day came over to show us the car and let us test drive it. He was great... no pressure, very honest, knowledgeable, personable, etc...I thought there would be no way we could afford this car, but my wife wanted it. So we sat down and within a few minutes Billy and Gavin (the finance guy) work it out to our satisfaction and we drove the car home.We were at the dealership for two hours, but a lot of that time was just visiting with Billy and Gavin. In a few months, I’ll be back to get a newer pickup.I am a very satisfied and happy customer.Thank you Billy and Gavin!
I lease a 2018 Honda Clarity Touring that I got in the LA area but after moving up to Mount Shasta have taken to Lithia 2 times for service. Brandon in the service department has been professional, prompt and very helpful with his recommendations. They took my car in without an appointment and had it finished earlier than expected. HOWEVER, Its BILLY DAY that has me taking time to write a review for this Honda dealership. I stopped on the lot to check out a beautiful blue Pilot when Billy approached and we started talking about my car. He is a TRUE salesmen. You know, the classic kind who is earnestly interested in what you want and invested in getting you what you need. I have NEVER felt so knowledgeable or in love with my car before our encounter. He has a way of explaining 10,000 complex details and comparisons in a way that is relatable and understandable. With what he taught me on the lot I drove back home to Shasta and was actually able to recharge my battery and use my hand pedals and sport mode with both fun and efficiency. I feel like Im driving in a completely new way and now realize that I can keep my lease and just put a good set of non studded tires on for the snow season. He taught me SO much about my vehicle that Im confident and at ease now with winter approaching. If you are in the market and want a good experience with a genuinely good human being then make a date with Billy Day and let him help you get into your dream car. Im in mine! We came in minutes before closing where oftentimes you would be told to come back when there’s enough time to handle the service. However Gerod examined our situation and took all of our info for us so he could order the parts (the parts department had already closed). When we came in 3 days later he remembered us and had already received the ordered parts. Then during the service he was very conscientious of our limited time and got us in and out in a very professional manner. On all counts Gerod (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly) was a 5 star service and in representing Lithia Honda of Medford.
I was lucky enough to score an amazing vehicle but not lucky on getting an amazing car salesman. I find it awful that the communication is so poor from Mark but is exceptionally amazing from Finance. Maybe finance can teach the salesman a thing or two.
Jake, Cedric and Jesse all worked hard to ensure I left satisfied. I am a first time buyer and Jake took his time with me on every detail of the process making sure I understood and felt comfortable. It was a nerve racking experience but these gentlemen made it interesting, educational and most importantly, tailored the experience to my novice level without taking advantage. First off I been a Lithia customer for several years and have bought most of my cars from them. My last experience at Lithia Honda did not go very well. I purchased a 2008 Ford F-350 diesel for $25000 put $5000 down and drove off... since it had 108,000 miles they didn’t give me any kind of warranty... so the very next day the check engine light came on and I took it back to the dealer and they told me it was probably the oil service light and they reset it for me.Now it’s Monday and I bought the truck on Saturday and I am driving my children to school when it lose power and blows white smoke til I turned it off and restarted it. So I take it back and they send it to crater lake Ford which they check it out and find out there are a lot of problems with it which will run me about $9000 wow... now I am stuck with a $20,000 car note with a $9000 worth of problems lol, so I go talk to the general manager I believe which his name escapes me but all he had to offer is $1000 towards trade in or a $1000 off repairs which trade value is only $17000 to them, don’t forget I already put $5000 down so I am losing $8000 on the deal...I only had this truck 3 days, you would think after buying 3 or 4 cars from them they could have been something They could have done or could have checked out the truck with so called 101 point inspection and Not sell a lemon to the supposedly valued customer... will never go back to Lithia Honda... seems like something shady a Al Bundy would do not Lithia
I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited from Lithia Honda on December 26th. Beautiful Baja Yellow Jeep... I love it. Ive wanted one for many years and was super excited to find this one as Ive been saving up for a down payment on it for a long time.The problem wasnt with the sale but with what happened afterward. A week after I bought it, it rained and when I came out the next morning, there was water all down the front dash and the passenger door. The seals on the hard top were badly leaking. I called and got it into the service center, explained what happened and that I had also purchased the extended warranty, which I was told when I bought it that it was bumper to bumper.I got a call the next day saying that it needed new seals, but that the warranty wouldnt cover it. They were going to be $800. Josh (who is actually really great) said that he had talked to his boss and got him to agree to covering part of the cost... I would have to pay $200 to have the seals replaced.While I appreciate that they were willing to cover part of the cost of the seals, and again Josh is a really nice guy and I believe he tried hard to get it covered for me (I give him a 5 star), the fact is this... if it had rained a week earlier and they had a Jeep they were trying to sell that was leaking water all over the interior, they would have fixed it in order to sell it. (I also asked about that and it was confirmed that it would have been fixed before the sale.)They have a customer who spent over $30,000 between the vehicle and the extended warranty and comes in a week later with the seals leaking, but they wont cover it. Thats weak.Was this the worst resolution, no. Was it good customer service that makes me want to give them rave reviews... absolutely not. Be good to your customers and theyll be good to you.
Would not reccomend buying used from this dealer.Recently bought a truck from Honda of Medford. We had a good experience using sales Rep Billy Day, but once we left everything changed.About 1,000 miles into owning our new vehicle we had a serious transmision code. Made initial contact with the dealer and agreed to take it to the correct dealer.Once at the manufacturer dealer, we were informed this paricular vehicle had issue in the past with the exact issue we were having. Lithia Honda had not informed us of the issues associated with the vehicle. Which is not right, but could have been a mistake.My real issue is the lack of integrity by the dealership and sales staff. After being informed of the issues and in depth dignostics needed, we attemtped to contact the dealer again. I first attemted to contact out sales rep Billy Day, who completly ignored all calls and text messages. From there we made contact with one of the sales managers who immediately went on the defensive and attempted to take zero ownership of trying to make the issue right.After taking a step back and getting our service manager involved with the lithia Honda staff, we were able to get a loaner vehicle.The vehicle spent over 20 days in the shop total. Lithia Honda made no attempt to fix the situation. In fact, the only time they contacted us was to ask when we will be returning their loaner vehicle.
I had a wonderful experience buying a car here. I came in in December to try and trade in my lease and didn’t find the right thing then but thankfully went back a few weeks ago to chat with Mark and Jake about my options. They did the BEST possible job getting me the lowest price and they did not harass or push me to do anything in any way. Jake has been wonderful about helping me even after the sale as well. Highly recommend shopping here and asking for one of those guys. Very happy with my new car. Thank you Honda of Medford!

I bought a car a few weeks ago from Carlos. His attention to costumer service was excellent and diligent. Buying a car as a female can be intimidating but Carlos made my buying experience easy. I am happy with my purchase and would encourage and recommend Carlos. I would have given this experience a five star had the computer systems not been down. It was not in Carlos control that it happened but it did make the process longer.
I am writing this review to make people think twice about coming here. So, I went to Lithia Honda for a simple oil change, and it made me want to never come back. Somehow, the technician forgot to put the cap back on, and after I left, my car starts to smoke and smell. Sure, they tried to make it right by cleaning it and refilling the oil, but I just dont think I will fell the same about my car for what it went through. I trust Lithia to do a good job, but the trust is gone. Mistakes happen but I come here because I did trust them. Im sure I am not the only one this has happened to. I am just advising people about what could happen to them. I did attach photos for you to see.
These guys are amazing! The service advisor( manager maybe?) Josh always goes above and beyond to make sure my car is happy! I have lived in Medford for 2 years now and only go to this shop due to the excellent service provided by the service team from individuals such as him.
My wife and I had the please of working with Austin. He was very polite and willing to provide us with the informational we were needing to make a well informed decision. Austin was also accommodating by letting me drive the vehicle to our house so my wife could look at the vehicle in person; having 2 toddlers, Austin made the purchasing process very easy for us.

Billy Day is the best salesman there. Very honest and straight forward. My issue is with service. Ive been taking it to Lithia ever since I bought my car there without question. Well I took it in yesterday for an oil change and front brake pads replacement. They wanted to charge me almost $1000 in preventive maintenance. Crankcase cleaning and throttle body service were two of them. Well I got a second and third opinion from other mechanics/dealerships and those are not needed at all. I also recently paid for a brake and transmission fluid change at 25k miles per Lithia recommendation. Low and behold my owners manual says those arent needed until 50-60k miles. They are scammers trying to get as much money out of people as possible. I will never go back for service at Lithia. This dishonesty is disgusting
Dealing with service can be a complete nightmare, but I had to get my a/c fixed while having 2 small children that clearly needed naps so I was frustrated in general, but I believe the gentlemans name was Josh that helped me and didnt make me feel like a terrible mom because my kids were acting out. He was so kind and the service on my car was great! Highly recommend him!

So far Im not amused. Ive done all the regular service maintenances on my car, however I thought it odd that my brand new 2018 honda crv should need maintenances at 30,000 that most cars dont need for ages. No big deal I get them done. Cut to my current situation. All the lights go haywire, so I take it in. Apparently my 2 year old car needs a fuel injection replacement. Im lucky that its still covered under a warranty so no cost to me at this time. however after I leave the next day I get text notification that I have 5 areas that need attention on my car. Some of these I had completed with in the last 6 mo. So either the issue that needed to be fixed caused other issues that need to be fixed, or the maintenance suggested was not actually needed. this is my original drip off pick up situation: it was a 6 hour in house wait to find out about the fuel injector replacement, but they couldnt fix same day, so I rented a car and waited for notifications on my car. Around 3 pm the next day I reach out for an update if the car is finished. Im told yes, so I bring rental back (only cost me 30$ per day) pick up my car and my change oil light is still on. Oil was changed last month, sticker is still in the car. No problem i grab a maintenance guy out front he shuts it off I go home. Today the very next day, I receive a notification asking about 5 things needing attention on my car, a few of the items have been completed withing the last 6months, one is the oil change is needed which was done the month prior at a honda in las vegas. Also no big deal just winder if it really needed changed why no one said anything as I have free oil changes with honda included in my car. Or if it is needed why in the 24 hours they had the car was it not done? or was the maintenance assessment they sent me not correct, as in did they actually look at those areas of my car? also because the fuel injectors are faulty it effects alot of these other areas of the car, why are we even having this discussion shouldnt those other issues be covered as well due to the trickle down effects of having a faulty system in the car, say if I didnt have oil changes covered and I needed one due to faulty injectors wouldnt that be not my responsibility? Im still waiting for answers but over all even tho every person I have spoken to has been incredibly polite and helpful Im left feeling extremely frustrated.updated: apparently the notification i was sent was an error but if I had gotten all the recommendations I would have wasted a 1000 bucks simply because they didnt mark the right box or speak to me about the services I already had done. they said the wording will be changed in the future.

You know, you always hear horror stories from people about doing, but this dealership is different. There was never any questions or pressure. Lifetime oil changes must mean back of line for service. Twice in a row my car has been put to the back of the service list. Is it the advisor or the fact I am not a paying customer, which makes sense from a business standpoint. I say this because when I asked why I had to wait, the question was asked...do you have lifetime oil changes. When I answered yes, the conversation stopped I give 3 stars as the work that is done is always good. I have been thinking about buying a Honda pilot but most likely will look at non lithia dealer.

Service team is actually great right now car runs fine after tune up, platinum spark plugs, valve tuning, timing belt and oil seal. Transmission fluid change was just what it needed with my transmission cooler. Brake and power steering flush. Just needed a battery replacement after the car kept dying from the battery being worn out. All is well with my car thanks to lithia.
I have no complaints about the sale team at all they are very friendly and knowledgeable. My complaint involves how they take in vehicles to resale. I recently test drove a vehicle that clearly had some major issues and was just days away from a complete engine failure. It make me wonder how a guy like me discovered the issue after 10 seconds of driving it but their service center somehow missed the blatant problem. To be honest I went to a dealership to buy a quality vehicle that has been checked out, instead they just did an oil change and put it on the lot at the highest market value. For a dealership like Lithia I expected way more.
Purchased used car Equinox, I know buyer beware, as is, but they had just changed a oil cloded Cat. Converter so someone knew there was a problem with the engine. Got it home went into lockdown and when I started driving again it was 1 quart/500miles. Chevy S.B. on the problem which could have been fixed for free but when I saw the problem the service had timed out. There response was put some money to a $6200. rebuilt engine while the S.B. cost at Jim Sigel Chevy was $3100. I think I was taken but it was as is. !!!!!!!!!!!!
I would like to remark on my terrible experience with Mark today. I was completely disregarded and profiled as soon as I walked in. Regardless of having an appointment I was ignored by him until having to wake a sleeping receptionist to call him offically ober the speaker. Through our entire interaction he had an is this over yet attitude. Then when I settled on a vehicle Id like to purchase he refused to work with me on any car except the one he knew I didnt like. I was completely disregarded as a first time buyer even with a co signer and a downpayment. He was completely unwilling to talk about price warranty or financing options with me and only gave me one vehicle he deemed in my price range
Please take my experience and understand that lithia honda sold me a vehicle that was so badly rusted.inside the breaking mechanisms where no one can see, the damage was so bad.lithia does not want to fix nor help with any of the hidden damage they sold.please just be careful,they hide things and i’m dealing with that issue now.
Mark Thalman was so wonderful to work with. I was treated with tremendous amount of respect and care. He took the time to hear my needs and didn’t try to oversell me on any one thing. The offer process was very clear. He was also very knowledgeable about all of the inventory giving me facts for me to make my decision. Great experience! Our second car purchased from Lithia Honda both great experiences.
We had a pleasant experience there today. It was funny when we pulled into the sales area there were flocks of salesmen waiting to pounce. Dressed in black suits they looked like fancy vultures. Tried to sell our car but we couldn’t agree. Ah, well, they were nice at least.
Service Dept goes above and beyond, Service Manager Stephen Super easy going, a problem solver. Service assistant manager Josh does not keep his word to customers, if he tells you multiple times hell call you do not expect to hear from him, Id completely skip him as if hes irrelevant. All being said I still have a Positive feeling for Lithia Honda.
I used to love this place.... but I just found out that Tony that I went to for all of my service got let go because of a customer survey... They lost my business because of that. He was amazing to work with, honest and always took care of us. We will buy and have service done elsewhere.
There was definitely a push and pressure. More than anything I was being pressure to buy Lithia coverage for thousands of dollars which I didn’t want to buy. I felt really pressure, the sales manager was pushy and had horrible manners when he finally accepted I wasn’t buying their coverage. Horrible experience. If you go buy a Honda, just be ready to decline on coverage if you don’t want any of their extra coverage. They will be pushy, but in the end, if you want to pay $5,000 for coverage, might as well wait to see if you even do need an engine or transmission for a new car. It’s better to save up those $5,000 if you might not even use them at all for you engine or transmission. THE LITHIA COVERAGE IS A WASTE OF MONEY! Don’t buy!!
Weve been in the valley for about 8 years and have bought two vehicles from Lithia Honda, both have been excellent used vehicles served us well, a special thanks to sales manager Nate for treating us so well! More recently we also had a great service experience with Tony in service. The two weeks of snow and ice meant our snow tires werent available when our original appointment was scheduled and Tony personally took ownership and followed up with me once or twice a day until he was able to get us in and taken care of. Thank you for doing a great job.
This is the best place to get your vehicle. Id highly recommend. Everyone is so friendly, I love it. The sales lady I had named April is so great. She was there for me through the whole step and was very helpful and understanding.
Got my purple 2013 Honda Fit a little while ago from them, has been the best car Ive ever owned. And one recommendation is getting the lifetime oil changes, It saves me an absolute ton and its usually done in under 30 minutes.
Went in for an oil change. I have the lifetime synthetic oil change and had been here once before and had a great experience. Today they were efficient and pleasant, upon checking out I couldnt find my glasses to read paperwork, so I asked Tony, Did you put in synthetic? His response was Yes, it is all synthetic now. I thanked him and went off to get gas. While filling up I found my glasses, paper work didnt say synthetic but bulk oil and the windshield sticker said change in 3000 miles. So I called, explained and asked, was transferred to Tony who once again said It is ALL synthetic, dont know why the sticker says that. I drove home where I looked at the sticker more closely and it said SYNTHETIC BLEND not full synthetic. Looked on Internet, definite difference, called and told them they put in a blend and the fellow looked up my paper work, agreed and said to bring it in and they would change it out. When I arrived, no sign of Tony, zero eye contact from the men inside, one lone guy at service desk. I received no apology for Tony being DISHONEST MULTIPLE TIMES, or for the extra hour and half of my time wasted due to the LYING. I have to trust they really did switch out the oil but trust is pretty eroded. I hope he didnt lie thinking Im a woman and dont know any better (shouldnt need to!)Just be a stand up guy and admit a mistake, fix it WITHOUT making the customer chase it three times and waste their morning. It is a poor reflection on the honesty of all the people who work with you and they dont deserve that. Thanks to those who were honest.
We bought a car in Lithia Honda last winter, the worst purchase in my life by far, I had to change the entire suspension, bearing plates and serpentine belt with the water pump. Honda mechanics left the drain of the transmission poorly closed. Ive been spent in the car more than 2500 dollars in parts and labor in just one year. I thought that a car from a prestigious car dealer comes out ready to go and safe to drive, but it was not my case.
I am so glad that I purchase my Honda here. I got the free oil change option and drive 180 miles for this service and dont regret it one bit. They are always friendly and take good care of you. Just one thing negetive and that is that they dont supply you with donuts anymore, but they do coffee.
We came in to have our old car serviced. While that was being done I looked at the new cars in the show room and got into casual conversation with Billy Day. I told him I liked the CR-V in the show room but could not justify spending that much money. He showed me a certified two year old one out in the lot. I got my wife to look at it and she liked what she saw.The whole conversation was relaxed and although that was not why we visited your facility in the first place we decided to buy it.
Jose was a horrible sales rep and super discriminatory, will never come back.
I love this place. We started doing business with Lithia Honda back in 2005 when we bought our Civic. We recently bought an HRV and love it. Everyone from the sales and parts department to the service department are top notch. Most of the same faces I saw back in 2005 are still here. I like that.........keep up the good work.

I went here this morning to get my headlight fixed, was worried about how much it would cost and how long it would take since I needed to get to work. Was impressed with not only how the work was done in under an hour but the overall cost was under 30 dollars.Would highly recommend their services and plan on heading back for service again in the future.
There was a problem with the audio system on a used car I bought from Lithia Honda. It has taken five trips to the dealership, multiple calls, and a lot of time. After 38 days the problem has still not been fixed.Lithia is great at selling cars but poor at following through if you have a problem.
I left this dealership with the car I wanted, with no money down and with low payments. They made it so easy for me to take a car I wanted. I didnt spend more than 30 minutes before we made a deal. Great customer service !
I love this place! The service guys are so great. They never give me the run around with what needs to fixed. They are straight forward and honest. I never take my car anywhere else. I know I am in good hands when I head in. And the new service center is AWESOME!

Oil changes. I have to say the experience with oil changes is ridiculous. Almost two hours to change my oil! We have the life time oil changes but I’m thinking of going somewhere else when I don’t feel like wasting two hours sitting in a waiting room.Everyone is very courteous and friendly, but two hours? Come on! Surely you can do better than that!
Personable sales reps great store, however when you spend 14,000 dollars on a vehicle you would think it would drive for more than two weeks. Now Im stuck with a lawn ornament that needs transmission work. Unsafe to drive and no one will return my phone call. Wish customer service was more like the salesmen. How can a multi million dollar company get away with this, what a great Birthday and Christmas present they sold me, doesnt even drive 200 miles
Excellent time spent at Honda. The service dept made time to see my Honda for a check engine light, while traveling from out of the area. So grateful!
Worst car buying experience ever! At first the sale process was kind nice and smooth, then we signed papers got Pre approved we’re given keys and said to enjoy your new truck! A week later they call us and ask to either find a co signed or bring the truck back. What’s the point of a pre approval process if it doesn’t work ?! Especially Since we had to drive five hours to bring it back! No remorse at all and acted as if it was our fault !
We went in to get our airbags replaced and recieved great service by Josh Saltmart. He was friendly and informative. We felt he went up and beyond to check our warranty and help us get the most from it. They really value their customers and we appreciated it tremendously.

Quite the collection of *. Went in with pre-approved loan for a vehicle I had spent weeks researching. Took it upon themselves to shop loan info to several other lenders, one of which came back with slightly better terms, so decided to roll with it. Now, browbeating myself and family with collections-style tactics for info we didnt have physical documentation of in a form deemed acceptable. Between dealing with uncooperative govt agencies, holidays, and harassment, this has been a nasty buyer experience I wouldnt wish on anyone else. Beware.

The sales department is awesome. Nice friendly staff always willing to get you the best deal and lowest payments. I would avoid getting your oil change by an “express technician” as they have little experience changing oil and doing other services to customer vehicles. If you have a Honda they treat it like gold. Other vehicles they either take a long time or don’t even check anything out. Shop technicians are some of the best you will find in town. When scheduling an appointment or service ask for Gerad or Josh Sparks, they are friendly and will give you updates on your vehicle, and do excellent follow up calls.
Carlos did a great job showing me the different options within in my budget. At the end, after a couple of hours driving and doing paper work, I drove home a different car. I had contacted Carlos previously and he had shown me different cars. But none had gotten my attention until this last week. It has been a week and so far the car has been great. I had to go back for some details about the car and personnel at the Honda Lithia has been very helpful. Over all it has been a good experience buying a car from this place. And thanks to Carlos this was a no pressure experience.

Service department is a complete joke. Call and tell them my shocks are bad on a civic with less than 35k miles. Scheduled an appointment to have them replaced. Took a day off work and drove 70 miles down to Medford. Sat in the waiting room for over an hour before they came to tell me they didnt order the part and my car would not be fixed. After buying 2 vehicles from them in 6 months, this kind of service is unacceptable. I will not be returning to the service department and now the dealership either.
Very good place to get your car worked on. Friendly staff who are straight up with you and seemingly honest. The prices are around what you would pay a regular private mechanic.It is also ok to buy your parts at an auto store and just pay them the labor cost to do the work.
Bought a 2014 Ford explorer here. The tires they put on it started literally falling apart in chunks a week later. They said not their problem. 2400 miles later major repairs required on vehicle. Still not their problem.

I signed papers. Was told if the bank needed any more information, theyd be in touch in the morning. Two days later Im told they are still working on closing with the banks. A week has passed and Im expected to return the vehicle or pay a significantly higher payment with a worse interest rate. With the current offer, I would have passed outright and they knew it. Now Ive had just enough time to fall in love with my dream truck. Im being offered no recourse and there have been a number of inquiries added to my credit. This is beyond high pressure sales, it feels like blackmail. Ive been assured this might happen once every six months, only to hear that lithia Honda has done it to a family member twice. This is how they sell to people against their better financial sense. Beyond shady.

Our salesman was Aaron and he did a great job. We had visited another dealership in Grants Pass and the sales teams approach made us uneasy. Not the case with Aaron. His no pressure, knowledgable approach made us feel comfortable and informed. In fact, everyone we dealt with were great and helpful, including Tonia in finance.
The only place to buy a new Honda in southern Oregon or Northern California. Management and sales associates are the best and make the buying process easy and transparent.
Ive only had services done here but they have always been honest and fair. The new facilities are very nice and staff had always been friendly. When I go car shopping next time this dealer will be a first I visit.
Just bought my new Civic Touring 2 months and was super happy with the whole buying experience. The one thing Im disappointed in is when I picked up my car this morning after it was being serviced for the past couple of days, they didnt wash it for me. I picked it up and it was super dirty. Cmon guys, you coulda washed it for me!!
They let me buy autolite double platinum spark plugs online for $2.30 each & spark plug wires @ Orielys car center for $50 saving me a fortune on parts,the quote on the labor was much cheaper than my own dealership,plus I got a %10 discount on labor using my AAA membership discount & saved %8 on sales tax getting the work done in Oregon instead of California & got a full tank of gas @ $2.71 a gallon compared to $3.51 in Yreka

I bought free lifetime oil changes for my new car 20 years ago. Now my car has over 250,000 miles and is mechanically sound.
I brought my car in for an oil change, because the sticker said was due a month ago. Well, the lady in charge said it was not due till April. I told her about the sticker, she said the sticker was wrong. She said whoever put the sticker made a mistake. She said to come back in in three months. And still if the mileage is not there yet; they will not do my oil change even if it was due because of the miles. And the man next to her said the same thing;“come back in April and we’ll see if the car has the miles”Bad service, they didn’t tell me this when I bought the car and the lifetime oil change.
