I had a great customer service experience when buying my car at Inman. I am satisfied with the car that I bought thanks to the help of the salesman Tiago, who assisted me from start to finish, he was friendly and honest throughout the process, and got me the car that I was looking for. I strongly recommend the dealership, its worth checking it out!

So I purchased a car on 20th 6 weeks later I finally get the car. The last week they gave me a rental the thing was sitting on 4 donuts an sound like it was gonna break down. I made car payments an 2 insurance payments an didnt have the vehicle. They dealer tried charge me more then what I was told at first. They were supposed to reimburse me car payments which they told my insurance agent they was going to hey did not. Most car dealers give u car on full tank gas it was not.There1000 more miles then When I was communicating with the guy for the car he would always ignore me for days or be on phone with me then hang up an text. I would definitely not recommend them to nobody. Poor customer service an not personally at all.

The best used car dealer my dealer at 20 years

Terrible service, everything that can delay, they delay or they just dont do it. Nothing resolves quickly. Pre-order they are quick, ask for the money as quickly as possible, and then roll up months to deliver the car and documents to you, besides never giving satisfaction after you hand over the money. Basically, after you pay, they dont care about being a customer, delivering the car when they want. In short, they take the money, and spend on something else, weeks or months after they decide to streamline their process and who knows after a couple of months, you get your car. If I can give you some advice, dont buy it there, its just stress!

Be aware! They cars are rebuilt but on the title is a fake clean title. Cars with problems.Scam

Horrible don’t waste you’re time or you’re money

Bought my car here Nov 2019 and it took 2 months to finally get my car. After that they said they couldnt make the airbag light go away and that they would take it to the dealer to have it replaced. Weeks went by without them reaching out and said that they had to schedule. So i took it to Nissan much faster than they could and told me it was a clock spring. Around 600 dollars+ in repairs.

If you really want to buy a car safely from professionals who will serve you the way we deserve without a short case, without lies then this is not the right place. One covers up the others mistake instead of trying to solve the problem, liars and finally stay away from that place.

They deserve less than 1 star but this option isn’t available. My wife and I bought a car 3 months ago. The car was in a horrible conditions a lot of mechanical issues the entire front of the car was loose( falling off) bumper/headlights/ grill and so much more . They had to change The entire front of the car, took 3 months to try to get things done but they can’t because they’re a bunch of Liars. Believe or not 3 months later and the car is half fixed. I just gave up keeping calling/texting trying to deal with them . They’re selling horrible cars to hard working honest people they’re ripping off their own community. Please DO NOT TRUST IN ANYONE FROM THIS PLACE . Go somewhere else.

My husband purchased his car, from the beginning they promised to deliver their customer service assisting with multiple needs. If the car had issues, and if there was ever any paperwork that was to be done they would resolve. The cars panel started to light up after weeks of purchase (tire pressure, engine light, oil light etc). The car was brought back to the dealership more than 5x with no other options besides a scan to see if there was any issues. We ended up returning the car and resolving it with the bank. Its been a month since we returned and they still have not cancelled the plates. We call leave messages no return. I feel like they just wanted to sell cars and have their end all set and careless about the customer when its time to resolve an ongoing issue.I dont recommend this store.They need to prioritize their customers, resolve issues, and offer options like many other companies do.

I am very disappointed in Inman Auto Sales. 10 days ago we bought a truck for my teenage daughter to drive. We were told the truck came from up north and then we specifically asked about rust. We were told and I quote “we put it on a lift and there was absolutely no rust, we were surprised, it must have bee garage kept.” Based on their statement we purchased the truck. It started leaking oil the second day, which I understood could happen in a used car. I took the truck to 2 trusted mechanic and both found the entire truck was rusted out and had been under coated. One mechanic was appalled that it have even been sold especially to a young girl. He explained show unsafe it was to drive. I reached out to Inman Auto to make this right, give us a safe vehicle for my daughter to drive. Their response was “As is means as is”. I could not believe a sale is more important that possible injury to my child.My advice DO NOT BUY HERE!

By far the best dealership I have been. Vinny was very attentive to what I was looking for in a car, he made sure I was comfortable enough to call and ask any type of question. He also went through the contract with me, which usually other dealerships don’t do it. And he was always looking to give me the best option for payments. Very happy with the service there!

It’s definitely a place to go when you want to get a good car. They also have a delicious coffee to join when you’re there. Marcia has a great customer service and our last experiences at Inman were just amazing. Thank you all!

They are simply horrible. They do not explain your contract with you, they give you one price and you confirm to that price then you call the bank that has your loan and it’s a completely different price. They are a bunch of thief’s that think because you might not understand English or read it that they can make you a fool. So sad how they treat people

Awful customer service! bought a car and the ac wasn’t working and when bringing it back for repairs they want to do it on their time and leave us hanging without a rental or any compensation for not having the vehicle when they took 27 days to deliver it and didn’t even check the AC... don’t buy here if you value your time and money.

Im very satisfied.UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW 12/16/18: Now its been about 4 months after I got my new car and I just wanna add that even though they are very polite in assisting you in your warranty, I do feel now that they might have a competence issue with car service. My car came with a brake problem that made the steering wheel shake like hell when I stepped in the brake. I brought my car to them 4 times and they replaced the tires once and the brakes twice. First time they replace just the front and, later, they replaced both, because the problem continued. After that (my fourth visit) the brakes started shaking again after 3 weeks of the last service. The problem is that I live about 50 miles from their store so, I decided to take issue in my own hands and brought my car to a specialized shop to address the issue AGAIN (fifth time). Only now the problem is really solved. It looks like the mechanic used cheap parts to fix my car and the rotors were getting warped to quick because of thermal shock. It costed me 272.00 dollars to have my car performing the way it is supposed to perform. So, I still would go back there to buy another car but, now, I would be more careful checking the condition of the car before signing anything. I hope this update helps you a little more.

Bad experience with this place, troubles with the car even when I told them the problem I heard in the car from day one I picked it up, inspection didn’t pass (they fixed) car shut down last Monday because of problem they never checked, the week is done and I haven’t heard nothing from them about my car no call saying what’s going and haven’t called cuz last time I did and they gave me a car not fixed, even the person on front desk can’t even help you when you call, but they charging on time, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! NOT RECOMMENDED so disappointed!

Absolutely horrible expirience with this place as professional as they may seem. They are really scamming people out of money. I origianally was approved for a honda odessy that the engine light came on in less than 20 minutes. That vehicle had issues! I was given a second vehicle that also has issues and after getting the run around for months now they say my warranty is up and that i need to go half on the cost. The vehicle isnt in safe driving condotion the steering wheel is hard to turn and their is no ac. So i cant even put my kids in the car. I worked so hard for nothing $5,099.50 just straight down the drain. The owners dont take my calls. If your looking for a vehicle go else where because although the cars are used They HAVE SERIOUS ISSUES. now im forced to continue to finace a vehicle that barely works. I had a better chance buying a car off the streets. Im so heart broken. Because this car was for me to get around with my children.

Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. Brought car back for repairs got the usual BS ... Its not a new car you know. Yes we know but when the problems start the first day and you spend 25,000 you would expect a better response . Lets see how the repairs go, or is the attorney general getting a call. Will report after the repairs maybe they will get a better rating. ******The repair process was painful since Im two hours away. They tried some short cuts on the repiairs so I ended up making a few trips to complete the repairs. The biggest problem was Infiniti stated the front drive system was beyond repair and had to be replaced. They tried to just replace a gasket and add fluid. Which was just totally incompetent and lead to more problems so decide for yourself. Scammers

Worst Experience ever. I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer around a month ago. A week later the Check Engine light turns on and off. The A/C compressor broke down. It took me 3 days to get them to fix this issue. I had to pay for taxi to go home and comeBack. When they are selling you the car theyre ok, but S soon that car is sold they dont give a damn about you nor your car. I regret buying a car at this dealership. Most of the people that buys there dont have credit, if credit is the issue try getting a co-signer and go to a well certified dealership where you can pay less and receive better service. These people are the worst. Do not buy there!

Worst customer service ever! Waited 1.5 hrs to purchase a car and no one cared to come over to see if we Needed any assistance. They lie to you on the phone just to get you into their show room and claim they never said what they did on the phone.( happened twice by two different sales reps.) From what Ive observed, their business model is to buy old, run-down cars from auctions and dealerships that dont want to work with “trade-in” cars. They remodel the car, and sell it for double or triple what its really worth. The target audience are new arrivals from Brazil without immigration documents who are deluded by the advertised value and the ease of payment, but what happens is that the total value is much higher than what the car is really worth. And if you finance it, youre even more lost! The interest rate they charge is much higher than the usual financing interest rate. Plus their tawdry ads keep harassing you on YouTube for months after you buy a car.If all this is ok for you, ok, go ahead!Their business model is to buy trash/cars from auctions, junk yards and cars that dealerships dont want to have the trouble, to sell recently arrived immigrants for astonishing interest rates.

I called them I was indignant because the car was new and it was already in trouble .... they took the car to fix it ... the car came back the same thing .... you cant explain everything here .... but they are very bad at communication .... they are not organizers and among others

After the subscription, the conversation changes. They think only of them and never of the clients situation. I saw a friend in a very bad situation. She felt coerced and helpless! I was not the customer, but I saw everything up close. I saw after sales.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this store. I bought a semi-new car, and before the purchase everyone is very attentive, I asked a lot about the condition of the car, 15 days later the car started showing brake problems. They do not answer the phone after the purchase is made. Today I need to resolve this issue, I already called 5 times. They dont answer. Disappointed

The worst possible I bought a car of the year and found that the car is crashed.

They put an extended warranty without me asking, they did not tell me anything about the insurance, and when I discovered and went to use it does not cover much and still the workshop is always busy, I went to take the car there 3 times and the guy never had time to I left the car to clean it, I just lost my trip and hours of work.Not to mention that I bought the car with problem in the bearing, already came bixadoe with other problems in the engine and broken breeze, which I only went to see after I started to drive the car.And I paid almost two cars, they sell well above the table and with absurd interest.And as I was just arriving here, and needed an urgent car to work they took advantage.

Terrible service, total neglect! We made a transfer through them and besides taking almost a month to make such a transfer, nobody called to notify anything, when we called they would come back and not return, matters were dealt with anyway and informed to us anyway. I do not recommend buying cars at this agency in any way, let alone recommend taking any financing that was from cars purchased from Inman.
