The worst place ever! Awful sales experience and worst financial support services. Dont go there and lose time and money. Your credit score will be affected! I purchased a car almost two months ago, and I put trade-in as a payment with another vehicle, and now, I still have my other car account open with missing payments because they didnt make the payoff. My credit score has been affected tremendously, and they dont care. Avoid using this dealership. Now, I have to pay a lawyer to find a solution for them. The car they gave me was in terrible condition. No gas, a lot of scratches, no cleaned, and some details that for $50K youll dont want make the deal here. AVOID THIS PLACE

Rebecca was incredible! She was so knowledgeable, friendly, motivated and available with any questions. I have to say she’s the best sakes person I have ever encountered. She made me feel at ease through the process. I always felt she had my best interest not just making a sale. Will recommend highly. He goes above and beyond for you, and helps as much as possible. There was no pressure and didnt feel rushed at all. He was very informative and answering every question of ours patiently. Had a great experience at Colonial Nissan in Medford. Stopped in on Friday evening when Blanca welcomed me at the door with whom I spoke over phone for a certified pre-owned vehicle. I was assisted by a great sales guy Wilson who was very professional, polite and incredibly knowledgeable. I never felt pressured at any point and Wilson was very helpful throughout the process. I received a generous offer for my trade. They really tried their best to take care of me and make sure that I felt like I got a good deal. We received a letter from Colonial Nissan Medford to buy back our 2019 Rogue, 11k miles for $23,000, use it towards a new car and a lower loan rate. After 3 hours they ended up making a $20,000 offer with a 40% higher loan. The only thing they are good at is make you wait and call you to give them a 10/10 rating. When its to good to be true this is probably a scam. This place is a SCAM.

0 stars should be an option...details here:They emailed and called us in because we had positive equity on our current lease and offered us lower monthly in turn for a new signing of a better, newer model. When I arrived, they said they didnt know why I was there. After 40 min of waiting, plugging the numbers they offered to reduce our monthly payments by 30-50/month. I scheduled another appt... due to lack of customer service and content knowledge. When I came back, again they didnt remember what my appointment was for... after more waiting.. they offered me to test drive a car that wasnt available (Sold).. and then offered a new 3 year lease for a sub-standard car for the same amount of money. The newer, better car had multiple blind spots and was a downgrade, the interior was not pleasing. They insulted my credit, gave bad advice on paying towards interest on our lease ... I left and will not be re-signing with Colonial Nissan again. Why does being a female at a car dealership have to be so degrading?

I had a fantastic experience buying a new Nissan Rogue from Colonial Nissan in Medford. Mike Simon was an excellent sales rep to work with; cordial, polite, helpful, and down-to-earth. Joe and Carl were great about answering questions and supporting us - without pressure - as we decided if we wanted to buy or not. I spent Presidents Day weekend going from dealership to dealership as my lease was ending, and Colonial Nissan blew them all away as far as the kindness and helpfulness of their employees and the overall customer experience. Came in for my regularly scheduled oil change and to have a recall issue looked at. Initially was told it would take 2 hours, but was surprised when they had it finished in just about 1 hour. They were not able to fix the issue with the recall completely, but it was explained the dealership had to order the last part to finish the recall repair. I would recommend this dealership to any Nissan owner.

I can’t say enough about Nilo Oliveira!!!!!! He was so professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable !! He made us so comfortable and answered all of our questions before we even asked! He was on to of everything. He was so genuine and not pushy. He truly cared about our needs and concerns!!!! He even came in on his day off because it was a better day for us to pick up our vehicle. First I was told it would only be a day, then the part they received was broken so they wouldn’t have it until Tuesday. They call me Monday night to say it’s ready. I take it home and it’s making noise again by Wednesday. Dropped off again Thursday and was brushed off, put on hold for half an hour, and then spoken down to by Jim about the difference between front and rear. No actual explanation was given for the problem or the solution and now I’m beginning to doubt if my muffler was ever replaced in the first place.

When I signed in they told me the price would be $89.95 instead. When I went to check out the final price was $102.

Came in and told the service representative I was having an issue with my drivers door window switch. It seemed like a faulty connection, loose wire, or something easy because I could bang on my door and the switch would work temporarily. I asked them to look for a loose wire or faulty connection because that’s what it seemed to be to my car naive mind. They take my car for 15 minutes tops, turn around and tell me I need a new window power switch. They charge me for a half an hour of “service” and act like that’s a favor. Here is where I get very upset. I went home, YouTubed how to open my car door up to get to my window power switch, and do so in 10 minutes of labor. I’m not learned in cars so for someone who is that process should be even quicker. I get to my window switch and I don’t even have to do anything, I shift it around a little bit and boom my windows are fully operational. I’m upset because if the dealership even tried to check my window switch before turning around and telling me I need a new 500$ part they would have fixed my issue. I just moved to the area and was hoping for a place I could trust and bring my car to when I had issues but this will definitely not be it. Oh also I called back to try and settle my dispute with them, feeling had for 70$ (Even though the 70$ is not what I care about at the end of the day, the blatant lies and the fraud they committed is what’s upsetting to me) and they didn’t want to hear me out. So here I am writing this salty review because it is all I can do. But they definitely earned this one.

I went to Colonial once a few years back but didn’t return ( not for any particular reason other than II was used to going to the competitor) until I had an experience with the competitor. I only have limited days of so I went to the competitor on my day off for an oil change I got there about 12 pm .. I was told it would be a few hours like 3 or 4 the man said.. “it’s 12 what do you want “ I thought that was kind of rude. He didn’t offer any other alternative I didn’t have a ride and nor is the dealership in a place that is safe for a walk or to get a coffee. & .. I wasn’t about to have my only day off sitting in a waiting room for an oil change. Which brings me to my next day off.. I went Colonial I was told it would be a about an hour ... it was done in half an hour! Plus I had a 50% off coupon. Great customer service and overall satisfaction. No time wasted!!!

Have been in not great straits for a while do to Covid-19, including some unemployment and a car accident that left me borrowing while I scrapped together enough to buy a used vehicle. I felt incredibly welcomed in this dealership by Guerson and Wilson who helped pair me with an excellent vehicle I was able to get approved for with my low credit. Overdue review. Not trustworthy sold a car to my elderly parents for 3k over the KBB a few years ago and not to mention there was no manual in the glovebox. Fast forward a few months ago and this time they wanted to trade and decided to go back to the Medford dealership. My sister went with my parents this time and was firm at what she was looking for. The exceptional sales rep told her that he cannot take anything off the sticker for a used vehical even though they had cash. Fishy to say the least as they went all the way to Auburn to get the deal and car they wanted. Also, I tried calling the GM here and he was not nice to say the least. Dollars before ethics is the theme in my opinion at this location.

Fantastic experience. Had to get my airbags updated due to a Manufacturer’s recall. My car was a 2005 but they did the change for free and didn’t try to upsell me on anything.Later on, I sold that same car here. I worked with Declan on this and he was great. He drove the car around for a few minutes then offered me a better price than I expected. He let me keep the car until the day before my move, then removed the license plates himself. I brought my 2008 Altima Hybrid into your location for regular service and because the check engine light was on. A few hours after a very pleasant and professional check-in, I received a call informing me that there was a problem with the vehicles hybrid system which would cost $7,500 to repair, 3x more than the appraised value of the car. I was also informed that my vehicle needed an additional $2,500 of repairs, although these additional repairs were not fully necessary. Given the cost of the repairs, I was grateful that the service representative I spoke with recommended against making the repairs, as it would not have made financial sense for me, even though it meant my car was not eligible to get a renewed emissions sticker and I would not be able to legally drive the car. I had the regular maintenance performed and picked my car up the next day.Anxious about my car, I took it to another independent auto shop to get a second opinion on the vehicle, presenting them with the list of recommended repairs from the technicians at Nissan of Medford. After examining my vehicles hybrid system, they identified that the problem was a single fuse which needed to be replaced for the cost of $50. They reviewed the additional recommended repairs as well. Ultimately, they fixed the cars hybrid system and made most of the repairs to my vehicle for a cost of $800, over 90% less than the price which was quoted to me by Nissan of Medford, and I have been able to get a state inspection sticker with no problems whatsoever.Historically, Ive brought my Altima to Nissan of Medford because Ive believed that the service department at the dealership knows my vehicle better and will therefore give it better service, and Ive always felt like the individuals I interacted with were professional. However, this experience has very much soured me on the dealership, and I dont think that Ill be bringing any vehicle back to you again. Most notably, Im beyond dismayed that your dealership estimated a $7,500 repair on my vehicle when a subsequent technician examined the vehicle and was able to fix it for a fraction of the price (I watched them run the computer diagnostic on my vehicle, and none of the error codes I was given by your dealership were detected). This experience tells me one of two things: (1) Nissan of Medford was either trying to get me to pay for a very expensive repair or possibly buy a new vehicle when neither were necessary, or (2) the service technician at Nissan of Medford did not perform a thorough enough examination of my vehicle to determine that the problem with the hybrid engine required a simple fix. Furthermore, given the substantial price differential between what Nissan of Medford quoted me for the additional repairs to the vehicle vs. what it cost me to have it repaired elsewhere really makes me feel like your dealership has been taking advantage of my trust. I dont think I will bring my vehicle back to you ever again.

Every time Ive gone to Nissan Dealer in Medford (Mystic Ave. location) the atmosphere, customer service and employees are always welcoming and great. They are very accommodating with last minute visits as well. Ive been a customer at this location for 2-3 years already and this is the place to go. The waiting area is great, there are vending machines for snacks, drinks, they provide coffee, hot chocolate, popcorn, exetra and theres a massage chair which is great to use while waiting. The place is very well maintained/clean.

I went to colonial Nissan of Medford and was welcomed with open arms I was greeted by Aj who helped me looking for a car. Aj made the process very smooth and gave me all the answers I needed he was a very respectful person, easy to talk to, knew what he was talking about and very knowledgeable. He was also very easy to connect with and you can have fun with him while shopping for a car. He provided great customer service and especially since this was my very first car purchase Aj made the whole process easy and made me not have any stress to buying my car and I’m glad I was able to work with him. I highly recommend you go shopping here for a car and ask for Aj to help you as well, he makes the process go so smoothly.

I had an amazing experience with the salespeople at Colonial Nissan. They werent pushy or aggressive in their sales tactics, but were attentive to my needs on a strict budget, and willing to keep the price low. They gave me the best price they could and threw in a free oil change and cleaning. Dennis was very kind and personable. Would highly recommend!
