I have used Ultra Pure for years. I have had not problems. I rent the cooler from them and when it wasnt working right they came and exchanged it for a new one. I have forgotten to put my empties out a couple of times and they was nice enough to send their driver back to make sure I got my new bottles. I would highly recommend Ultra Pure!

Very friendly service! They come to our business and make sure everything is working properly and replace any empty bottles on a time schedule which means we dont have to call when a bottle(s) is empty! Needless to say the water from their hot/cold dispenser is flawless!

Great gift. Got water delivery for a young lady who said she didnt like receiving gifts. But she lived in an old apartment and I knew she was health conscious, with 2 small children. Her quality of life has gone up with this clean water that she doesnt have to lug up her steps, and she is very happy with it. Company provided dispenser and (by request) a childproof nozzle. Great company with a no-BS local owner. Feels good to support good local business, and this is a really good one.

Used bottled water place in grants pass and had massive problems with algae bloom in fish tanks and lost an incredible amount of tropical fish. Switched to this company and havent had a problem since which tells me this company is honest and trustworthy. I drive over an hour from Selma to buy this water for drinking and fish tanks

Ultra Pure Water has the best service hands down! I love the water and the Hot/Cold dispenser. Staff is always full of smiles when delivering and I really like the space saving storage rack. Dont settle for just water, get Ultra Pure Water!

Reverse osmosis process is bad for our bodies.

The folks provide incredible water at a fair price, only draw back you have to get used to their hours of operation. Other then thatGREAT!
