I go here often and I love that they have a section dedicated to tarot cards, books about witchcraft, spirituality, wicca 🧹 ✨ c paganism Ect. And the customer service is always friendly and helpful 😊

Success at Barns & Noble. I found 2 books to read and the nice gentleman at the counter got me excited about a 3rd book. Very knowledgeable and NICE.

Wonderful selection of books! What we were most impressed with was a salesman who talked to every customer that went through his line. He knew about every book that the customers were buying, and talked to them about what a wonderful book it is! The salesman could answer any question the a customer asked him. He truly amazed us! Great, great book store!

I love books and I love Barns & Noble. I always spend way too much when Im there... but I keep going back even though Ive run out space for all my books 📚 I love how they will order in books they dont have in stock to pick up or ship it to you. 💕

They really need to organize the story better, I used to love Barnes, but this one really needs a facelift and deep cleaning

I typically shop for books here and then buy them on amazon because of the significant price difference. The exception is toys- they have a good selection that you usually cant find other places. My kids love the large toy section.

This has to be one of the best organized Barnes & Nobles I have ever visited. They have subgroupings for niche categories such as historical fiction, casual mysteries, and others. Just an all-around good job here.

Is Starbucks getting replace? B&N is a great place to hangout on the smokey days. Found a bunch of inexpensive books in the kids section.

Do Not Buy books from Amazon!! They will not let you browse all day long, like B & N will. This is the only place to buy books, magazines or graphic novels, in our opinion.

Wonderful place, found a book for my niece whos visiting from Montana, she was very happy and our sales clerk was so friendly 😊

Always great to visit here. Tons of books and selections. Helpful staff. Can order books and they get delivered within 5 days usually. Saved a lot of money on textbooks and quick deliveries.

Well, i mean we still have books stores even though print is dead. (Just kidding) The staff is nice, and its always a pleasant place to shop for unique gifts.

I work there, so I am a bit partial. But I have always loved this location even before I started working there. Our staff might be smaller than in the past, but we do are absolute best to live up to the best customer service possible. We all love to read (ask anyone for recommendations) and the environment is the best Ive ever worked in.

Nice place. The selection is great and theyll try to order it for you if they dont have it. The staff is always helpful and cheerful. Plus the close coffee is a perk.

Wonderful place to relax, read, and walk around w your 3 yr old as she uuuuus and ahhhhs at the big selection of pricey toys. They have a nice kid section where you can have your little ones sit and read. You too can sit and read, although the comfy seats are not many.

Got this book at a pretty good price! Only 12 dollars, and I have pretty much become a forensic investigator. Who needs school when you can pretty much become whatever youre reading!? The service at Barnes and Noble was outstanding. Everyone was super kind. 10/10 would recommend!

This was the worst experience in 5 years. Thd aisles are very difficult to navigate and none of the staff appeared friendly or offered assistance. My cashier didnt even say hi it was very off putting not to have the cashier even greet you in a friendly manner. Lots of books but very poor service and hard to locate with the newer layout.

I was merely on me way to the Medford Public Library whence I passed the local B&N !!!

They had what I wanted in stock and was very helpful. A good experience overall!

Although I found what I was looking for, it wasnt easy. Where do you expect to find a book of the United States Constitution, thats right...in the History section. Guess where I actually stumbled upon them? Unbelievably, I found them tucked away on a circular table tree of Fiction books. Each time I bought one, twice, I mentioned how concerned I was that they would put them in a place where nobody would ever find them unless by surprise as I did. I got the same reaction both times, they didnt know why they were They were not surprised at all and did not offer to move them where they actually should be. I will never shop there again. Our Constitution is the most important paper of our history and is what keeps us free. Why in the world would you want to hide that?

So much great literature! Be patient while checking out because they can take a while.

New format and layout is improved. I miss when they had lots of chairs around to sit and start a book.

Barnes & Noble, this place has the best atmosphere to just grab a book and read it in a private Nook :-) so bring a cup of coffee and stay awhile.

Friendly personnel, and theres a hand sanitizer at the entrance. Clean, beautiful displays.

The books are in nice condition, staff is very friendly, and its a nice environment. You can sit and read, you dont have to purchase anything. Easy to navigate.

Things are normally good but now they have the game section next to the windows up front. Everything facing the window is super faded, so you probably want to get the non-faded game box behind the faded one.

Standard Barnes and nobel, great selection of childrens toys including Thomas the train engines.

Very nice store. Starbucks inside is a definite win. That is always very friendly. We spend a lot of time in the kids area. They have a great selection of books and it’s always clean. Recently we stayed for a book reading for kids. It was pretty cool one of the employees handed out coloring sheets that related to the book. The kids got to color well the employee read to them. After the book was over the character actually came out and took pictures with the kids. My Daughter was absolutely thrilled to show the character the picture she just drew. The staff of course was all very friendly.

Nice quiet place to read and have a Starbucks. A great selection of every genre of books. Also, a great childrens area. The childrens readings are a really fun thing for the kids.

I was amazed at how much fun I had at Barnes & Nobles. There are so many things to see and do. I got lost in the cook books. Then I got lost in the poetry. I went on adventure in science fiction. I played with the minds of children’s literature. I could go on and on. I felt like a small child on Christmas morning, opening up present after present.

Recently reopened after closing for COVID it is a changed but still good book buying experience. COVID changes are limited to shields at checkout stations and closure of the Starbucks connection. The store has been vastly re-arranged so you will need to relearn locations for your favorite categories and products. Bargain books have been greatly de-emphasized which has resulted in expansion of some other categories. Glad to be able to buy books and magazines locally again.

Nice store that is connected to a Starbucks. However it is a little pricey. Most likely because it is connected to the Starbucks. It has a large selection of books. The store appeared to have a good selection of recently released books by popular authors. Very well organized that made books easy to locate books of a plethora of interest. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy books and have coffee at the Starbucks that is connected to the Barnes & Noble.
