Bad customer service experience, everyone has bad days but to be so rude I just had to leave a review.

The only liquor store i’ll go to the four times a year i do. They knocked down the wall and now it’s so big. Went in for bourbon, came out with bourbon, mugs and three new friends. Happy friday to everybody.

My girlfriend and I walked in minutes before the store closed. Both gentlemen were kind and personable! Loved the customer service we received; shared a good laughter with the guys.Keep up the good work guys!

They need to stock ...a.s.a.p there pints and everthing else they are penny pinching on for the real real

This is the best liquor store that people are super friendly And so nice.

90% of the time they are out of what I came for.Asked the unfriendly associate about why they don’t order more pints and half pints. His reply was “ the owner would rather not carry these at all. They only make 35 cents per purchase” I will do business elsewhere where the customers are served, never denied their product and the sales team are friendly.

Called to ask two questions about whether they had specific liquor in stock and the guy on the phone didnt know what Soju was, but when I told him it said Jinro on his website he says Oh I have that yeah and then cut me off before I could ask him if he had 16 yo bush mills, needless to say I will just go to my regular store and buy something else rather than give my money to this one. Im not gonna frequent a place where someone answers the phone just to rush me off of it, if you are busy deal with your in house customers first, but dont bother answering the phone if you cant answer two simple questions.... Lame.

They have liquor. Thats what you want right? Theyve got it.
