Bought a daybed and mattress. When it was delivered we discovered they had given us a used mattress instead of the new one we paid for. My husband called Nancy who said I had okd it, and that I understood we were paying for new but getting used. OF course my husband spoke to me, I had no such conversation, nor had I okd buying a used mattress. Eww. She just kept lying to us- first she claimed it wasnt used, but my husband had taken pictures and could tell it was the floor model. Then she lied and said I had said it was ok. Then she lied and said another one was miraculously available the next day... even though she had told us it would take eight weeks to get another mattress. WE had lost trust in her completely so we returned the mattress. Buyer Beware. She seems nice but will lie to make a sale and is not trustworthy at all. We went to Mattress land instead, and they were great.

Extremely great customer service, so helpful and personable. Nancy helped us figure out our bedroom set up, she really listened to what we wanted and helped us zone in on our ideal bedroom. We are new home owners and were a little lost, but she really listened and gave real suggestions. We are very happy with our purchase!! And will definitely be returning!

Nancy has been wonderful to work with. I was just starting to research an adjustable bed that would work with my specific challenges. She had me try several matress options, I felt like Goldie Lox as she carefully guided me. I was not ready to make a purchase that day but I did leave with a much clearer idea.A few days later I ended up purchasing a barely used bed from someone who happened to one of Nacys very satisfied customers, (she had just lost her father). Wonderful place to shop for new beds or any of your bed needs. My and my boyfriend went in to buy a new box spring and walked out with a whole new set up, which we LOVE. The sales man was so nice and knowledgeable! He knew exactly what we needed and made sure we were satisfied with our whole purchase! We ended up going up in size in our mattress to a king which he recommended and at first we were hesitant but now that its home and weve had a few nights on it I wont be going back to a queen! Bought a terrible futon mattress here. After five months of use it became lumpy and uncomfortable. This was their mid-quality line - not the most expensive one, but not the cheapest, either ($200 for a full). We followed the instructions given in the warrantee information. Because of Beds For Less 30-day return policy, were not able to get our money back. Its going to the landfill!

Great deal on a new bad and unjustifiable frame should have gotten free pillows though.
