The owner Pam was nice enough to take me back in the employees only area and showed me some things that were not on the floor. She also was nice enough to work with me on a ribbon when she found out we were having a ribbon cutting ceremony. I will go back if I need those kind of items.

This place was really nice and had lots of different party planning items. Service was friendly and fast. Some items are a little less expensive at the dollar store. But for one stop shopping of party supplies this is the place.

WORST PLACE TO RENT FROM!!! Starting with some of the worst costumer service I have ever experienced! Whomever assisted me was extremely rude to both myself and my wife upon booking and renting table clothes for our wedding. The price was $220 for one day of 25 table clothes, would’ve been better off buying them myself. Secondly, my now wife and I are on our honeymoon and the familymember that was in charge of returning them misunderstood, and was late getting them back. She left work as soon as she realized and returned them the same day they were due. Simple mistake, we understand that is our fault. But to charge someone an additional $220 for table cloths is just outrageous. We have now paid $440 for table cloths that were not worth that much at all. Needless to say, I will never return to this establishment and highly encourage others to stay away as well. We learned our lesson the hard way.

I have always had really great experiences. This is my go to place for balloons and other party supplies. The people have always been very helpful and polite.

I never write reviews, but I am so done with this place!! Worst place EVER!!!! If I could I would give them no stars!! I called after New Years Eve, on Tuesday 1/3/17, to see if they had any decorations left because we were having a pot luck at work and we were going to decorate a little for New Years. The decoration I got just said Happy New Year and was silver, black and gold with no year on it, so it did not say 2017. I even bought a 2017 banner and asked if anything was on sale and was told NO! Because of the snow, many people were not able to be at work, so we did not decorate and go all out like we were going to. I called to see if they would return or exchange the plain New Year decoration with no year on it and was flat out told no before I could even finish describing what it was!! This is the 3rd time in 2 years I have gone in there and each time is a HORRIBLE experience. Back in April, I pre ordered a bouquet of balloons (24 regular latex and 4 Mylar) which were outrageously priced, and they did not have them ready when they were supposed to be and when they finally did get blown up, 4 popped right as I went out their front door, before I even got to my car, and they made me pay to replace them. The lady that works there, I am assuming is the owner, never smiles and just snaps at you! She is unprofessional and just down right RUDE. Their prices are ridiculous and unfortunately, since there are limited party stores around here, they stay in business. I will NEVER go back there, this was the final straw. From now on, I will got to Party Magic on 869 Stewart Ave in Medford. I should have gone there to begin with, but Gotta Party was closer and it was snowing. PARTY MAGIC has what you need and they are super nice and reasonably priced. If they dont have something, they will help you order it and do all they can to make your party perfect. Dont waste your time or money on this store!!!

The WORST. two women ever!!!!! They charged me twice because I didnt have them back by 1 pm after claiming they called me twice! I had no phone call at all!
