Good luck calling the service department, no one answers the phone. When I call I ask for the service department, it just rings. Now my vehicle is being serviced I tried to call and nothing, no answer. Left messages, nothing. Asked the lady who transfers the calls for help and was treated rudely. I have my vehicle there now and it makes me nervous, I will be updating this review. Let you know who it goes.

Oil change. Technician said about 1 hour. Seemed a little long. First come first served.Bays were full. Ok. After an hour another customer in the waiting area said she was there for over 2 hrs.At hour 2 I asked how things were going. They acted surprised. They told me they had run out of oil!! I offered to buy it as I was already late for an appt elsewhere. They told I’d have to buy it. I said ok. I will need a ride to the store. They said no.

Look, we all hate Lithia. And rightfully so. I stood at the service counter today for five full minutes before giving up while the man working had a personal conversation with another employee and completely ignored me. HOWEVER, Dustin in the parts department is actually really great. He was super patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and sorted my situation right out. I give Dustin, and only Dustin, five stars.
