Josh fixed the 4WD on our old 99 Dodge Ram, just in time for snow season! It turned out that there were several problems with vacuum switches and rusty actuators, so I was glad I had a professional take care of the job. He also volunteered to shop around at junkyards to find a cheap replacement for the busted steering column, and picked it up for us himself. Hes honest and doesnt hide anything, but most importantly he always put himself in our shoes and did what we would have done. He picks up the phone and replies to text messages immediately, and always has a helpful suggestion, even when it doesnt earn him any money. Josh is highly skilled and trustworthy, but there are other skilled and trustworthy mechanics around if you want to beat the bushes. Hes the rare one whos always on your team and putting you first - not just doing what he thinks or what the book says without thinking, but actually thinking about your specific situation. You can take your car to the stealership and come back with a light wallet and a bad feeling, or take it to Josh and feel good about the whole thing.
