There are many good automotive shops and, unfortunately there are a lot of not so good.... HR Automotive is EXCELLENT!!! Bob and Debbie are great to work with. Bob is a skilled and knowledgeable technician who demonstrates care and concern for the customer, as does Debbie. Debbie communicated with me in a timely manner when my Honda work was completed, and provided a quick check-out with billing. HR Automotive is honest and trustworthy. I recommend them highly to all my Family and Friends.

Bob is a master Honda mechanic and it shows. He quickly diagnosed the problem on my CRV and fixed it at a fair price.Im not taking my Honda anywhere else.

I never made it into the shop. I called to make an appointment and was told they only specialize in Hondas and acuras. I mention that my car was a Lexus, basically a Toyota, Japanese, like a honda or an acura, and the lady answering the phone said, thanks for the information but we cant help you. That just lets me know that HR automotive has no confidence and no skills beyond a Honda, pathetic.

We were certain that we would have to put our beloved Honda Pilot out to pasture but Bob not only fixed it, he made sure the heads were right, sent them back when they werent, and still came in under his quote. He basically rebuilt the engine and our Pilot has never run better. We highly, highly recommend H R Automotive. Bonus: Their dog is cute too. :)

I have had my axle repaired by 2 different mechanics and after 3-4 month the noise came back, I finally gave up. Bob helped me on my card and told me about the axle I said yeah its been repairs mulitple times and the noise keeps coming back. I ended up having him repair it and have not have a ticking since when I turn(3 years ago) Amazing job! Thanks so much, love the Christmas cards each year also..Who does that?? :)

Bob and Debbie are the real-deal. We are lucky to have this type of shop in our Valley: true specialists in the Honda realm, and do very solid, quality work. Bob is a calm, thorough, and knowledgeable technician and he is very honest: does whats necessary, doesnt cheat you on what is not. I used to visit a shop like this on the East Coast who only worked on Hondas and its a real gift. Hondas run forever, but they need love...I highly recommend this shop for all Honda needs: skip the other shops, including Lithia, and go to someone who is honest and does great work. Dont be put off by the simplicity of the shop--Im sure thats what helps keep his costs very reasonable, which they are.

My accord was periodically not starting. The dealership didnt have an answer for it. Bob took a look at it, fixed what he thought was the problem, then had me drive it for a month to make sure. He didnt charge me until he and I were both confident the repair was complete. Hes both honest and competent. We want to just buy Hondas so we can ensure getting Bob with the deal!
