Yes, the service department at Mitsubishi 112 is one of the best experiences I have. I continue to buy my cars there because the service department is so pleasant. Ive always had great experiences but Kim who is my favorite service advisor is truly professional, not demeaning, provides friendly service and doesnt give you a death sentence when you get your quote. She is candid and helpful and one of the reasons I continue to come back and service my car there vs go to another shop. She is truly an asset to your business and brings a smile anytime I need something. She goes out of her way to be respectful even know I am somewhat of a high maintenance client! LOL

The manager Sam is a pleasure to deal with. They took our old car and looked it over and told us what was wrong with it so we could make an informed decision as to what to do with it or get a new car. My wife loved the Outlander GT but it turned out we needed our minivan for another year before going to an SUV. We didnt end up buying a new car but we will not hesitate to call Sam and the owner Steve when we are ready!

Never have I had such a bad experience getting my car repaired.Mechanic lowered lift on top of my rim damaging it. They said they would fix it 2 months later they wanted me to drop off my vehicle to have the rim repaired. Once arriving the rim was clean and repainted but the damage was still present across the rim. 4 months later several phone calls to the service writer and also tried to contact the manager who never answers and never calls back i am left with a damaged rim.I would stay away and take the drive to riverhead mitsubishi.

As a local guide I have been all over, especially Long Island, NY and this has got to be one of the best experiences I have had with a dealerships service center. I had my:Mitsubishi Outlander Sport 2013Towed their for service due to having a oil changing company previously work on it JL (I wont bring my self to mention their name again because they did not help me fix my car after they ruined my engine). I never stepped foot into the building and was given the best customer care ever on the phone by their wonderful Service Center Secretary. She was always pleasant to speak to even though I had to leave my car their for nearly 3 weeks to handle the issue. I was then given one of the best experiences speaking with Jerome in the same department. He truly helped me solve what happened.If you want an honest service I would recommend coming here with your Mitsubishi, if your out on the east end. If I could give more stars I actually would. They are always attentive to your issues, trust me when I say it takes a lot to even do such a thing and still be busy.

One of the worst service experiences of my life. Stay away from this dealership at all costs. Car was initially diagnosed incorrectly charging over a thousand dollars, 1st time I went it to pick up car they couldnt find it and I had to sit there 45 minutes, I broke down leaving the dealership after initial fix, waited over 5 weeks for parts to come in, owner wasnt accommodating until his financial interest came into play. Ive sold Mercedes, BMWs and Chevys, so I have a lot of experience with car dealerships...Ive never seen anything like this place. Its a shame because two of the people there, Kim and David, are nice people. Avoid this place like the plague.

Had the best dealer experience here ever!! We were here to buy my mother a car as an early mothers day gift, and, although we didnt have the highest budget, Jessica B. was so friendly and was able to find the car that went above and beyond our expectations! BUYER BEWARE-Worst experience ever!!!! Salesman Jorge has a winning smile but turn your back and bend over. Finance guy Melvin, watch out, not only does he lie through his teeth but when you realize just how bad he screwed you over and you try and call him on it the nasty comes out full force!!! So if you like to keep your money in your pocket avoid this place at all costs. They like to to tack on unwanted useless warranties without you knowing $2500.00 with, they take deposits and add them rather then subtract them from your balance!!!! They curse you out and hang up on you repeatedly. They tell you certain fees are included in the purchase price and then tack them on without you knowing until its too late. In fact the judge said its illegal and yet we still didnt get our money back! Make sure if you have to go to court against them you subpoena everyone involved or what you say is just hear say even though you have the text messages between you and the salesman that proves every word your saying. Please check the Better Business Bureau so you NEVER purchase a car at this dealership. The worst place to do business!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

We were there today 8-22-18 and the Service person was not friendly. We tried to speak to one of the managers and he said he was the sells manager and didnt know anything about cars. They are very quick to respond to make money but when you bring back your car for an issue to be solved they are not there to help you. They always give you a smart answer,the are very nasty people. Im sorry I had to give one star, because honestly they are not even worth the one star. The parts department is absolutely disgraceful. The man who answered the phone was so RUDE. He has zero customer service skills whatsoever. If you are in a profession that requires customer service skills, at least know how to deal with the public, if not, find a new profession. Buyer Beware!!! My credit wasnt good. Payments were way too high to afford. No fault of the dealership ... I couldnt get the new car. However, getting my deposit back has been a nightmare. I seen the receipt that they refunded my money back to my card. However, still didnt get it. When I called and politely tried to remedy the problem the general manager Mario was so rude and hung up on me. It isnt their money why should they care!! When I went into the dealership he tried to deny he wasnt the one on the phone with me. Said he did the refund to leave him alone. Instead of trying to help figure it out.... I told him being rude is not how you run a business. I was going to come back for a vehicle in a couple of months but no thank you. Awful person to be running a business. I went to the bank and they called the dealership to let them know that nothing is pending or even shows any type of refund. Mario hung up on him. Then a woman from finance called him back... the entire bank can hear this woman screaming at the gentlemen over the phone. She even had the nerve to ask him of He knows how to do his job!! Worst dealership ever . I got my car from there with 26% of interest. They told I could trade in after a year . I came back a year later and they refused to do it . The experience from walking in, to picking up my new car was great! I was greeted by Tim and was on a test drive. Loved the car! Price, rebate, finance options were all on my side, thanks to Mario .A few days after I realized that there was a mistake on the payoff of my trade. Went in with a transmission problem that was still under warrenty. The guy in front Bill when i go in always has an attitude whether you go in for an oil change or major problem. He always tries to put the blame on the customer. My car with only 69000 miles needs a new transmission and with that i was not even given a loaner car while the fix the problem. Went there to lease a 2018 Outlander PHEV sign and drive I was straight up with them and let them know that the only money I wanted to pay was the first month and DMV fee was told a price by the owner son joe Jr. who is a complete moron and the sales girl jo, first off the vehicle wasn’t there they had to get it from another dealer. When filling out the paper work the sales girl try to tell me about a $500 deposit???? For getting the car to the dealer again I told her the $500 I’m giving is for the first month and dmv fee.after I filled out the paper She then went to the manger, came back with a completely different price saying they have to put the taxes in we are talking about a extra $70 a month, a complete bait and switch they will lie straight to your face waste your time and then say sorry there must have been a communication error. I really wanted to give this place a good review, but sad to say my first impression was never changed. Jessica was my 1st sales person, she was straight foward and seemed pretty honest. But then I dealt with a guy named Jerry after I left a deposit. Jerry was nice, but new and naive, just like myself!The problem is with Mario (manager), he was so rude and a complete Jerk. I have never been so disrespected in my life, and to think of the amount of money that I spent there. I went for the oil changes since purchase and the service department is not too friendly either. He is not Rude, just not friendly...no smile...so expression...stone cold faced.I learned after purchase that I had been completely ripped off. The cost was inflated! and they band aided every thing from paint chips to windshield cracks, a part in the head light had been rigged. the hood latch was broken, my brother got the part and fixed it or I would have to hold the hood up to check anything. I bought the Outlander (7passenger) I never used the rear seats until recently and I found the nastiest mess in the seats, they did not even care to vacuum the back out. This place does the minumum but wants you to pay the max. Buyer beware!

Terrible dealership. I like my Outlander, but would never use or recommend this dealership again. First time I leased a vehicle there it took them 2 months to get me a second key. I figured no big deal, small mistake. When I returned it and leased a new one, they literally forgot to put the antenna on the car. I was also promised that it came with the sirius radio standard on the model I got. It didnt. The salesman s response was My bad, I thought this model came with it. He said he would take care of it. 3 months later I am still getting the run around. They also lied about how many miles I was getting on my lease. Terrible all around experience. Sergio the service manager at this dealership is absolutely useless. I went in on Saturday to have a Recall fixed on my vehicle and at the same time I also had some serious transmission issues. My vehicle is only about a year old with just 25000 miles on it. I was told on Saturday that the transmission tech wasnt in so I should bring my car back in Monday morning and I would be given a loaner car while they fixed my problem. Arriving at the dealership on Monday I was told that the service manager had looked up my information incorrectly and since I wasnt the customer they thought I was who was the original owner of the vehicle I was no longer going to be given a loaner car to drive even though at the same time I was told it could take multiple weeks to get my vehicle back. After standing around at the dealership for about 2 hours I was told to take my broken car back and call back after lunch that day when the tech line could tell the service department how to proceed. After this I brought the vehicle to smithaven mazda/Mitsubishi and recieved worlds better service immediately and none of the hassle I was given at 112 Mitsubishi. I would highly recommend anyone who needs work done on their Mitsubishi to go to smithaven instead of 112 if you actually want a good hassle free service experience. If I could rate this dealership any lower than 1 star I definitely would. Avoid this place at all costs!

The salesman there was nothing but rude... My experience with this dealer was actually quiet positive. Amidst all the bad reviews on here. I purchased my 2016 Outlander on 3-12-16 and I LOVE IT!!! I dealt with the salesman Tom W. He was not pushy at all. I actually felt like he cared about my whole car buying experience. I was treated very well from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I drove off! Absolutely positively DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this stealership! My elderly parents recently purchased a new outlander awd from here and were taken to the cleaners. The finance department had several contracts with different figures all overinflated thanks to creative number manipulation. They were charged for an extended warranty in which they didnt want. They cancelled it within a day after realizing it was added to the contract yet the money has never been refunded to their loan. When they try and call either Jessica or Mario give them the run around or refuse to call them back. You would be better served going somewhere else. If I could have given them zero stars I would have.

Brought my wife a 2015 outlander GT. I told them what I wanted they went and got it for me. didnt try just sell me what they had in stock. fill my needs. gave me a great price cant be happier thank you 112 Mitsubishi

My exp xperince with mitsubishi is that my wallet was stolen from desk and call back later to tell me they found the wallet under car tire try to put u in a raggedy car with payments close to 700 to me is a bunch of drug addicts trying to make money for there next fix not all the staff but 65 percent is they are sheep in wolf clothing

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER: THEY STOLE PARTS from my quad. When I brought attention to this, gave me a run around for 2 weeks + that they will look at video. Finally after calling everyday, they said their guys said it came in wothout the parts. HA. Also, charged me for service I dont think supplied and my other quad, was running went it when in, now it doesnt and still charged me. BIGGEST RIP OFF PLACE! STAY AWAY! Mike service manager and Bill manager, are (&^*&#$^. Recently won my lawsuit...and No payment, go figure....and no repsonse to this review either.

These guys are a bunch of scam artists. They claimed they didnt have the vehicle I originally wanted and offered me the higher model. We signed our contract and were out the door and they called us two days later saying we owed them an additional $5k or we needed to bring the car back because their salesman made a huge error. I will never give them my business again.
