Great parts selection, questionable service. Got a window that no one else had, but it took them 40 minutes to find it. And theres signs all over the office saying no cellphones. Seriously? Youre a junkyard. You think people are going to steal your trade secrets or something?

I called for a part at 10:21a.m And was told it was on the shelf. I told the gentleman I called that I would be there shortly. Took me a little over an hour to get there. I arrived at 11:33 am only to find out that they gave the part to someone else. Not going there again. Especially since I had to drive 12 miles to get there.

They had my seat belt buckle for for a 2006 Santa Fe in stock. It was the cheapest price around. Even though I couldnt get there for days, they were nice enough to hold it for me. Everyone was so friendly and congenial. Unlike other wrecking yards where theyre a little grumpy and short with you.

Clean and neat as can be for a junkyard, and got a better price than online.

Untrustworthy and overpriced. sell defective parts knowingly and refuse to take return, hang up on me multiple times. They leave all electronic and metal part outside in the rain to rust. Nothing you buy from them will work for you. its cheaper and safer to just order online elsewhere. all I wanted is to get the part I paid for, call them 3 times trying to get an exchange. I am now have to filing charge back with my credit card company. After wasting 8 hrs installing the a fuel tank full of rain water ??? rusted pump and gage inside out and try to troubleshoot over the rust issue. Now have to buy else where and redo the whole job. Big waste of my time. DO NOT BUY THERE! You will have to redo everything over defective untested parts and waste a lot of time and money.

Every time Ive been there, they try to overcharge me for parts. These days its easy to look up how much parts are worth online, and Medford Auto is consistently close to 2x the fair value of the part. The reason why they have so many parts is because their prices are so high and everyone shops elsewhere. Even with shipping Ive always been able to get parts at half the price on ebay.

Over priced! Theyre crazy ... They think theyre selling new parts.They used to be good but I stopped going there years ago. If Im desperate for a part Ill stop by to check availability but I walked out the last 2 times. They wanted to charge me $250 for a 4x4inch piece of metal with the battery Trey studs... Crazy!

Terrible. I went there for rear bumper assembly . Carlos who it terrible with customer service was quick to give me a price and take my money. I waited an hour for them to pull it. Then Carlos realized it was two parts and he tried charging me extra money and part still wasnt pulled. Terrible never again

Bought an engine from them which didnt work. Instead of immediately returning it like I should have I tinkered with it for a while trying to get it to work. Ending up bringing it back 5 days after the warranty expired and they wouldnt accept it, even though I was in communication with them towards the end of the warranty letting them know it wasnt working. Even a partial refund would have been great but they didnt care at all. They dont stand by what they sell, end of story. By the way, I ended up getting another motor from a different place and it works like a charm, purred right up on the first start unlike this one. Life lessons I guess. Will never go back here, thats for sure.

Took a little time today I went there but was worth it and then when I couldnt use the parts that I bought they took it back without a problem and return my money recommended

I went to buy a drivers side headlight for a 2007 altima and I told them I dont believe that was the correct side when they brought it out. They assured me it was. It ended up not being the right one and they refused to take it back and give a refund the next morning not to mention the man who we dealt with was rude. This was not an electrical part, just the lens. It was their mistake so I dont see what the issue is. I refuse to deal with them again.

I purchased a motor for my daughters 2002 jeep and after the mechanic put it in the oil gauge was running hot a the time when he contacted them they wanted him to try several thing it has since been 2 months still fighting with them the motor was $1000.00 plus my mechanics labor. They are now claiming they do not have another motor. DO NOT USE THEM GO ELSE WHERE BUYER BEWARE

Went to purchase a corner portion of a rear bumper to a 2004 Xterra back in the spring. They wanted $70 for it used and were very rude over the phone. They said they closed an hour in a half before they were suppose to. By the way i found the part online for $40 NEW
