Even though I didnt end up renting anything I was given great customer service even when a issue came up they were very helpful with fixing it. If I ever do need to lease any of the products they carry I would absolutely go back there.

Because of the Very Nice Professional Assistant Managers help to locate the items I wanted she really went all out to be a helpful salesperson and didnt bother me trying to sell me other things I did not want! She just asked if theres anything else I need give her a call at store and shell be glad to help me! She knows the products and very interesting intelligent and hard working woman! I dont know if the others are as helpful but Id definitely go back to buy something from them again!

I wish I could leave ZERO stars.... if you ever dealt with them Im sure you had the Pleasure 🙄 of getting reminder calls days before and the day your bill is due. Everyone pays their bills, yet they feel the need to harass you and your references the day you are due.... why? Why is that neccessary? Its annoying, and I will never deal with them again for this horrible customer service practice. When you ask them not to do this they yell at you on the phone... 0 stars

Aimee is the best. She treats you right and makes sure your taken care of. She is always on top of things. Its great to always have a face that you have seen alot still there. She makes me glad i choose to spend my money there. Always friendly and has lots of information and gets you what you want. The other staff is great too.

Best experience ever at a Rent to Own type establishment. Shane N., the Store Manager, was phenomenal. He made sure that my husband and I walked out of that store happy. And we definitely did!

People were nice and helpful its a option to have if you are like me and your credit is not good and you want something that is to much to buy if you have to pay full price right away. That being said you have to be aware of how much it will cost you in the long run. I was able to get a phone that otherwise I could not afford the phone is a refurbished one and I was told it was new. I could live with that but it broke after 2 days. It is Sunday so i have to wait till Monday to talk to a worker to hopefully get it fixed and that should not be a problem as long as they honor the contract. I will be posting more if there is a problem. Other than that I am hoppy to have a product that I usually just wish I could have as long as they fix it.

Friendly people, furniture is decent. Prices are high because you are financing something with outrageous interest if you dont have good credit. They do no credit check, just use your list of friends to track you down.

Over the past several years I have bought 2 washer & dryer sets, 3 TVs, a living room set, and 2 bedroom sets from here - items and customer service always so great, that I would give the items to my kids when they moved out and buy another one from RAC. Been about 2 years since Ive been in there, and went to go look today. Had every intention of getting a washer and dryer and a recliner...nope! I cannot believe how very aweful the store had become. 3 washing machines on the display floor and all of them filthy...caked on dried soap and dirt all over the inside of them all. Seriously??? Why put up items for sale without taking 15 minutes to clean them up? Not one machine, but all of them. Asking almost 3 thousand dollars for the set and they cant even clean them up? Garage sale items are cleaner than their store items. Was so disgusted I didnt even look at the recliners. I just left. Guess I will have to go to Aarons now - too bad.

Worst customer service ever! Several calls & store visits to coordinate furniture selection and set up delivery. I needed an entire house furnished as my belongings were damaged. My card was charged over $800 prior to scheduling delivery then delivery never happened. Very difficult to make other delivery times due to short staffing, no truck, items not available - rented to someone else, excuses were endless. I requested a refund to my card & was told I would have to drive to the store over 30 miles to do it in person. They placed charge over the phone, but wouldnt return over the phone. District manager got involved he explained he wanted new store manager to work this out. Again requested a refund, was told to drive to the store, because they didnt have ability to do refund over the phone - even though now four days later no furniture & over $800 taken from bank account. So with no resolution from them, I had to file a claim with my bank to have funds temporarily available. Approximately 45 days later after investigation the funds were returned permanently. In the interim, I was able to purchase necessities from Craigslist to get by. Although some items were not brand new they were superior quality and condition of the limited selection at their store. Dont waste your time and money here, better off to shop the classifieds because your getting used stuff from them anyway. Lesson learned!!

They had no customers besides me.......i bought a 49 inch tv that was BROKEN. Spent the next day bringing it back and waiting about an HR just for them to do paperwork for ONE tv. These people are incompetent as they come and this isnt my frustration speaking, it is the truth.

I found the staff at this store friendly and efficient. The manager helped me to get the bedroom furniture I needed in a hurry for unexpected guests.
