We have not purchased anything YET. However, that will probably change by tomorrow. We have been all over Medford looking for counter stools, and while doing so, we have tried out a few petite rocking recliners. Nothing has been up to snuff until we stopped by Rebelle.First; we were not assaulted as soon as we walked in by an eager, commission-based employee. And even if the two ladies that work at (or possibly own) this store work on commission we were free to browse without interruption. That relaxes a person and we found a petite rocking recliner that we will more than likely buy upon our return tomorrow.Second; the quality of their furniture surpasses any of the other furniture stores we have been to in the last month. REAL leather! And yes, we will pay the extra cost associated with that because its worth it!Nicely done, Rebelle. Three stories of quality furniture in a variety of styles and colors.We will return. I still need a love seat in a soft leather.

Quality furniture. High prices. The marketing game is top notch. Here is a couch and one matching chair on clearance. Want a second chair? They can order it, but you will pay the full price. Everything is clearance! Its a god send. Good luck coordinating though as they will never have what you actually need, but can convince you to order it, again at full price.

We came here after having a very lackluster experience at LA-Z-Boy. We walked in to Rebelle and Pam met us at the door. She was super helpful, she listened to what we wanted while also giving us every bit of information. She gave us time to look around and talk amongst ourselves. She helped us completely customize our couch. The place is huge with a wonderful selection along with really cool artwork for sale. We bought a piece of artwork along with our couch. This place isnt that much more than say LA-Z-Boy or Garrisons and the service and selection are well worth the extra money.

Finally, furniture I like! Found a sweet new chair for my living room. Cant wait for delivery!!!

On April 28, 2019 I purchased a twin XL bed and frame from Rebelle Home. I was told that they had to order the bed since it was not in stock. I paid for the bed on my Visa credit card. I purchased the bed because I will be admitted into Assisted Living quarters soon following a ruptured appendix operation and extensive rehabilitation following surgery. Yesterday, my physical therapy nurse recommended that I make sure that I attain a bed with an adjustable frame because I find it difficult to lie flat when sleeping .I notified a friend of this and he has made arrangements to purchase an adjustable frame bed at another outlet. When notifying Rebelle Home to cancel the bed on order, my friend was told that that there would be no credit card refunds and that there would be a 25 % re-stocking fee charged while the remaining 75 % would not be refunded but only offered as an in-store credit. My friend explained the medical reason for the cancellation and that it was necessary to make the change for the benefit of my own health and comfort. He spoke to Zack who had sold me the bed and Zack told him that on the sales receipt there was a notice about no credit card refunds. My friend explained that this information was neither spoken about nor brought up during the original sales transaction nor was there a signature by myself acknowledging this requirement either by myself nor by my friend who was assisting me. He checked the sales receipt and there is NO signature on the sales receipt in the spaces designated for acknowledgment of the no refund policy. The only thing that I signed was the actual credit card slip in the purchase amount that had NO reference about refunds and I was not given a copy of that receipt. My friend asked to speak to the manager and Zack replied that he was the manager so my friend asked Zack to have the owner please give him a call. So far there has been no response and I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I feel that in this instance I am justified in obtaining a complete refund for the purchase price of $877.00

We had a great experience at Rebelle Home and were able to find our solid cherry dining table and bedroom set we had been searching for. Their furniture is a great quality, solid wood, and you can choose your colors. They were able to lower the headboard to a specific size we needed! You can really tell this quality versus what you find elsewhere in Southern Oregon.

Horrible communication! I paid for an item & waited weeks. When I called to check on it I was told the website was encrypted and he was unable to order it. That sounded weird but ok. Whats disappointing is no one ever called to let me know that the item Id paid for was never ordered. They said they would talk to the owner about discounting the floor model but never did. Very disappointing since they do have real wood furniture and I am happy the the peices I purchased before. Too bad they dont really care about their customers.

Rebelle Home is the only place to buy your furniture. You are treated like royalty when shopping with them. The sales people are not pushy and let you decide what you want for your home but are there if you have any question of if you do need help in any way. They want you to lay on sofas to test them out for comfort. Try out the furniture like it is in your home. If you put your feet up, do that at the store. It does take awhile to get your furniture but when you do you will know it was worth the wait. The delivery team will work with you and the day for your delivery. If you need a piece of furniture moved they will help you if they can. Polite and very knowledgeable on furniture placement for those of you not sure how far a sofa should be from a wall, or how close the chairs should be, what looks right. But they will place it where you want it and are very considerate. They are cautious of what is already in your home and of your new furniture. Wonderful experience dealing with all aspects of Rebelle Home, from the Owner, Salesperson and Delivery. We will buy all of our future purchases with Rebelle.

The selection of American made furniture is fantastic. The quality v price is very good. You get what you pay for, and Rebelle delivers on both price and quality. Our salesman was great to work with, no pressure and well informed. Good job, Rebelle!

We have visited the Rebelle showroom several times while renovating our home. Very high quality at reasonable prices (if you know anything about shopping for furniture). We had been looking for a living room set for months, our flooring and paint having been completed in October, we found exactly what we wanted at Rebelle the first week of November. Sad to say, they refused to sell us the pieces that were on the floor, stating that we would have to order them instead. This would be three months to receive (likely more considering the holidays).I understand how most things work, but if you have a cash customer standing in your showroom wanting to purchase several pieces, wouldnt you try to find a way to make it work? Otherwise, simply shut down the showroom and keep your business online or in a catalog.So, enough of a rant. All things being equal, I can get over the lack of a sale. Problem is that I emailed the store via the Rebelle website letting them know of my disappointment. Never heard a word. No response, no explanation (a simple explanation would have gone a long way towards helping me to understand their policies).I will continue to do business with honest and responsible businesses. Ignoring questions or dissatisfaction of your customers ends this rapport. Funny thing is that I found the exact same furniture online the next day for a slightly better price. 10 week wait time for the online store but I still would have bought from Rebelle had they responded to my original inquiry.

Every display was extremely well put together, the sales associates were friendly and all smiles. Michael has owned the business since 2011. I was impressed how well the whole store was decorated and would consider this place first in decorating my own home.

We have had two shopping experiences at Rebelle. Both times we were treated very well. The salespeople were helpful, friendly and relaxed. There was no pressure. The products they offer are very nice with affordable prices. We were able to purchase off the floor and had our furniture delivered the same day. That might not happen every time, but it was nice! We now own four lovely items from Rebelle and are happy to recommend this business.

We are moving and really needed a nice kitchen table set. We shopped tirelessly but were never satisfied with the quality. We saw Rebelle Home on line and we instantly knew we had quality for the right price. We are going back today to shop for bedroom chest of drawers and dressers. I am surprised that after spending $5500 on a couch and chair, I was charged a delivery fee. I know this is a minor thing ($89) but I am watching an ad now on TV that states free delivery. Hmm....I have also had to contact the salesman more than once to schedule delivery and to have a small issue fixed with our motorized recliner. It seems like my business is not really important to them. I do like the quality of their products; I am sorry that the salesman seems to appear to feel like I am a bother.

Nice furniture but highly priced. While I was shopping the sales rep let me know a $200 desk was being marked up to $600 later in the day so I better buy now! I wouldnt buy it knowing they were going to mark something so high plus, I dont like being hustled.

Apon entering the expansive foyer, it is easy to see why the outside of the building is so deceptively intriguing. It is a 3-storied building and it does have an elevator which you can access from the ground. There is furniture for all rooms of your home and they run from blasi to wow! And all points in between!! There is furniture that can last you 3-5 years if you dont use it hard everyday, to furniture that can survive an everyday pounding and last 20 years and STILL look like you just bought it. You get what you pay for.I was there for their door busters and it was a good thing I got there on day one. I chose a nice, almost blue/silver settee and a rather short winged wing-back chair in (gulp) red. There were so many choices in the basement for chairs, sofas, love seats, dining room, bedroom, area rugs..Upstairs there are a great many tables, bookshelves chairs, recliners, and on the top floor, although not as expensive, were more to see.At first I was thinking Hoo boy! I hope I brought my wallet, but surprisingly enough it was so easy to select what I wanted and the price was very reasonable, too. Add to that there was NO pressure to buy, and the associates were more than friendly, professional and educated, and it was a very good experience.Dont get fooled by their name! That is the only thing in the whole building that sounds expensive. Quality isnt costly at Rebelle!!

We wanted to replace our couch. After going to several different furniture stores, we went to Rebelle Home. The salesman was very patient with us, and we found the couch that we could build from the beginning. Just had it delivered yesterday, and it is beautiful!!!

Too expensive...My husband and I went into see the Grand Grand sale and a nice gentleman came and helped us. He took us to the most expensive pieces as they are on commission. We had been to so many stores around the area that we pretty much had an idea of prices for the pieces we were looking for. The Grand Grand sales was not really sale prices as we could find comparable furniture for far less than the sale price. When commenting this on their Facebook page, they deleted my comment and blocked me so I couldnt comment again.

We selected a table made from Sheesham Wood, Rebelles was the only store in the area that carried this kind of quality table that we were looking for. Our original order was for one of the smaller dining tables but after we got home (prior to deliver) we opted for the larger table. Called Harlan and he switched the table with no muss or fuss.
