It was great, checked in, the receiver informed me where to go. Untapped, Untapped, offloaded me. good stuff
I have lived in an apartment for a year and I really like the Package Concierge system. All carriers deliver to this system, and I receive a text notification when the package is there. Now I can purchase with confidence since my product will be delivered in a secure place, and available 24/7. This is important since I travel for work.
They should hold the vendors and/or package handlers (i.e. Amazon, etc, etc) accountable. That being said, making sure that valid information (i.e. Tracking number, etc, etc) for each package is given to them for posting on their website is key. A picture of said item and/or a legible valid signature if not left in the concierge should be provided as well.
I’ve lived in apartments for about ten years now and have had packages that were delivered to my door during that time.. but by the time I got home from work, they were no where to be found. This locker system has saved me from having to experience package theft over the last two years. With Package Concierge specifically, I use just one code to retrieve multiple packages at once which to me is a lot easier than other systems I’ve used at past apartment communities.
So user friendly for residents! Love their systems
Great concept, BUT unethical and deceitful company. If your package is missing, placed in the wrong cubby, or never receive a notification that your package arrived, you will never get your package back nor will they take any responsibility. Dont even try to call their customer service because they are non-existent. They promised me a full refund, however I never received any funds from them and my refund was supposed to be fulfilled LAST YEAR. I even opened up a complaint with BBB and they have done nothing to resolve any issues. Dont trust or use this company
Love the system - cutting-edge and nice to get notified as soon as the package is delivered.
I love the security of always knowing your package wont get stolen
This system is a joke and their service is really poor. At first I thought this was very convenient, but think twice before moving into a building that has Package Concierge as an automated system for you to get your packages. You will constantly be frustrated for not be getting the barcode to access the lockers or mailroom when your package is delivered, and customer service will always say it is the property management responsibility. Why such system exists if they will rely on your property to instruct the delivery guys? I gave improvements feedback on how to help the customer to get the package when the property management is closed (and the code was not sent), and this company did not take as improvement and kept trying to justify how it works. Very poor service, which by the way closes early on Sundays. Be prepared to take days to get your package, because it will be lost at the same building you live.
WOW. I just talked to customer service and I think his name was Josh. This is really the best hands down customer service I have ever had at any company. I called the 800 number, it was picked up first or second ring and Josh had my issue fixed first call in under a few minutes. I seriously have not been paid to type this and this is a new level of customer service. I figured this was going to be a huge pain with no one who knew what was going on but I was presently supersized. I am hands down supersized in 2018 to receive down to Earth good service. Please give Josh a raise.
I have been in contact with customer service about getting the required deposit returned, this didnt happen automatically when my account was closed which would have been the Christian thing to do. It has now been more than 12 days since the last response from Package Concierge. I am going to formalize a Better Business Bureau complaint I suggest others that are reading this review or have an issue with Package Concierge go to the BBB as well. This sort of service in todays age should be rejected and a company that lacks morals should go out of business or be shut down.
Awful service. Awful unsecured system. No access at all time. They are lying. “Good Luck” is literally the answer that I got from their customer support employer when I couldn’t retrieve my package. So good luck !
My building has one of these things and its a game-changer - no more lost/stolen packages. Huge fan.
These people are total scum. If you call them with questions about their service, the woman hangs up on you and lies saying it was disconnected. Ha ha. I wont be putting their lockers in my facility.
