Incredibly helpful and kind. Very patient, knowledgeable and funny too! Firts time doing business here and I am so impressed. It is my new favorite hardware store. They helped me and went above and beyond where all I got was attitude from Home Depot. Love this place!

The staff at Wills is excellent, polite and helpful. I went in today to find gloves (hard in today’s world to find) and they were sold out. I needed a single pair to look at a house today and was telling her how hard they were to find. She reached behind the counter and handed me a pair of her own. It’s not often you find people who are so helpful, in today’s world. Thank you for being there to help out. You have a customer for life!

Wills is a nice, smaller version of a Home Depot, and thats a good thing!They always have what I need, and if by some chance I cant find it, theres always someone who can help.Well located in Medfield, and is definitely worth the stop!

Decent selection and very good customer service. They had what I needed but a little over priced which can be expected from a smaller hardware store. I dont mind paying a little extra to support a local business

Great hardware store. Wills has been in Medfield forever. Good selection, big enough store but not too big, helpful employees, and reasonable prices. I like going here much more than the big box stores.

Everyone in the store is incredibly helpful. I went in yesterday with a list of things I wasnt even sure theyd carry. One of the young workers pointed me to everything I needed and got help from one of the owners on one part that he wasnt sure where to find. I was in & out in about 15 minutes and couldnt be happier. Sure beats wandering around one of the big chain stores unable to find what you need OR someone to help you.

Wills Hardware Inc is a perfect example of an ideal hardware store. Great service and a great selection of nuts and bolts and everything else.

Definitely your local hardware store experience. The owners are hands-on and helpful. They will help with one-off services, such as window/door screen repairs, and have pretty much all the seasonal stuff you need, from lawn and garden to decorations. Convenient to get to, 50 yards west off Route 27 and maybe a mile north of 109.

Handy rather than going over to the big box stores and always someone to help you find what you need. Ive checked prices and theyve been competitive, some times even cheaper than HD and Lowes. Plus the time and fuel saved makes up for any difference. Paint, window screen, pet friendly ice melt, electrical switches, water softener pellets, fertilizer etc has been great quality and about same price as Amazon, etc

Staff was very rude when I asked for help. Always like supporting local businesses, but will not be returning back. I would recommend driving a little farther for other options.
